则堕胎。凡诸疽溃后，宜贴阳和解凝膏。

膏贴，加以代刀散三钱，酒服穿之，或刀点分许穿之，以洞天膏贴，不几日收功。如患盘数
寸者，或患居背心、脑后、腰腹、肚腋、阴囊等险之穴，用五通丸、醒消丸，早晚以败毒汤
轮送一次，皮皱痛息，再服至愈。倘溃，即用托毒散、醒消丸，亦早晚轮服。如患盘不满一
寸，亦红肿者是疖，蟾酥丸、梅花点舌丹，皆可消肿止痛。
马曰∶此治法极是。
又曰∶腰腹、肚腋等处痈疖，五通、醒消二丸最佳。
患处位于手足掌指部位的皮肤上，表现为坚硬、瘙痒且干燥剧烈者，使用红油在有风的地方，每天用火烘烤后涂抹二至三次，直至痊愈为止。制作方法是：取麻油一两，红砒一钱，将红砒敲碎如米糠状，放入油中煎煮，直到红砒烧枯、烟尽为止，滤去红砒保留药油。在有风的地方，每天用火烘烤药油并涂抹二至三次，直至痊愈停止。
如果是灰指甲（甲癣），当天取白凤仙花捣烂涂敷于指甲上，上下包裹好，每天更换一次，涂抹至灰甲脱落长出好甲为止。
使用阳和解凝膏贴敷，一夜即可痊愈；若已溃破，则贴三张以收功。
凡是患有一切颜色发白、大小不一的疽病，忌用洞天膏贴敷或嫩膏外敷，否则会导致寒邪凝滞，使病情更加结聚。最忌讳使用千捶膏和鲫鱼膏贴敷，因为这两种膏药内都含有巴豆和蓖麻，贴敷后会因药物提拔作用而助长毒势。常见到横痃、乳岩患者，贴敷这些膏药甚至导致致命后果。孕妇贴敷则会导致堕胎。凡是各种疽病溃破后，适宜贴敷阳和解凝膏。
凡是患处颜色红肿疼痛，根盘直径约一寸左右的是痈。毒气发作三四天，尚未化脓时，用嫩膏围敷患处周围，内服醒消丸，用温热的陈年酒送服三钱，即可制止疼痛。夜间能入睡，次日患处皮肤起皱，再服用全消丸。如果过了四五天，患处即将化脓，也服用醒消丸，以消除四周的肿硬，疼痛停止，毒势消散，患处变得“哑”（不活跃/局限），这是以大变小（控制扩散）的方法。对于已有脓头的患处，取咬头膏贴敷，配合代刀散三钱，用酒送服以穿透排脓，或用针尖挑破少许，再用洞天膏贴敷，不出几日即可收功。如果患处直径达数寸，或者患处位于背心、脑后、腰腹、肚腋、阴囊等危险部位，使用五通丸、醒消丸，早晚各一次交替服用败毒汤送服，待皮肤起皱、疼痛停止后，继续服用直至痊愈。如果已经溃破，即用托毒散、醒消丸，也是早晚交替服用。如果患处直径不满一寸，同样红肿的是疖，蟾酥丸、梅花点舌丹都可以消肿止痛。
Lesions occurring on the skin of the palms and soles, presenting with hardness, itching, and severe dryness, are treated by applying Hong You (Red Oil) in a ventilated area. The oil is warmed by fire and rubbed onto the affected area two to three times daily until healed. Preparation: Take 1 liang of Sesame Oil (Sesamum indicum Oil), 1 qian of Red Arsenic (Realgar processed as red arsenic). Crush the arsenic finely like rice bran, add to the oil, and boil until the arsenic is burnt out and smoke ceases. Strain to remove the arsenic residue, retaining the oil. In a ventilated place, warm the oil with fire and apply it two to three times daily until cured.
For Onychomycosis (Gray Nail), crush fresh Impatiens balsamina flowers on the same day and apply them to the nail, wrapping tightly above and below. Change once daily until the diseased nail falls off and healthy nail grows.
Apply Yanghe Jiening Gao (Yanghe Dissolving Cold Plaster); one night's application can cure it. If ulcerated, apply three plasters to complete treatment.
For all types of Ju (deep-seated abscesses) that are white in color and vary in size, avoid using Dongtian Gao (Plaster) or Nen Gao (Soft Ointment). Using them will cause cold stagnation and further condensation of the pathogen. It is strictly forbidden to use Qianchui Gao (Thousand-Beaten Plaster) or Ji Yu Gao (Crucian Carp Plaster), as both contain Crotonis Fructus (Croton Seed) and Ricini Semen (Castor Bean). Their application may stimulate and exacerbate the toxin. Cases of Heng Xuan (Bubo/Groin Abscess) and Ru Yan (Breast Cancer/Tumor) have been seen to become fatal due to such applications. Pregnant women must not use them, as they may induce abortion. After any Ju has ulcerated, it is appropriate to apply Yanghe Jiening Gao.
For lesions that are red, swollen, painful, with a base diameter of approximately one cun, this is classified as Yong (Superficial Abscess). If the toxin has manifested for three to four days without suppuration, apply Nen Gao around the periphery of the lesion. Internally administer Xingxiao Wan (Xingxiao Pill) with warm aged wine, 3 qian per dose, to immediately relieve pain. If the patient sleeps well at night and the skin wrinkles the next day, administer Quanxiao Wan (Quanxiao Pill). If four to five days pass and the lesion is about to suppurate, still administer Xingxiao Wan to reduce swelling and induration around the periphery, stop pain, dissipate toxicity, and localize the lesion ("silence" the lesion), which is the method of "transforming large into small." For lesions with pus heads, apply Yaotou Gao (Head-Piercing Plaster) combined with Daishao San (Knife-Replacement Powder), 3 qian taken with wine to penetrate the pus, or puncture slightly with a needle, then apply Dongtian Gao; healing occurs within a few days. For lesions several cun in diameter, or those located in dangerous areas such as the back, nape of the neck, waist, abdomen, armpits, or scrotum, use Wutong Wan (Wutong Pill) and Xingxiao Wan, alternating with Baidu Tang (Toxin-Detoxifying Decoction) twice daily. Continue administration until skin wrinkling occurs and pain subsides, then continue until cure. If ulcerated, use Tuodu San (Toxin-Expelling Powder) and Xingxiao Wan, also administered alternately morning and evening. For lesions less than one cun in diameter that are also red and swollen, this is Jie (Furuncle). Chansu Wan (Toad Venom Pill) and Meihua Dianshe Dan (Plum-Blossom Pointed Tongue Elixir) can both reduce swelling and relieve pain.
