唤肠散
专治内痔在肛门里肠头上。外面全然不见。痛苦不禁。虽服药。其痔未得搽药。焉能得愈。纵千
金不得其传妙法。怎生得见内痔耶。或登厕出血。或略少见。不得搽药。必用此药唤出大肠来。以葱
汤洗净上药。世之罕方。
磁石（活的能吸铁砂一两研） 枯矾（五分） 干白姜（三分炮另研） 草乌尖（五分生用）
上为细末。却用葱涎或姜汁调涂肛上。少时。肛门自内脱出。当看痔疮上下洗净拭干。看方上用
前护肉药贴毕。次上枯痔药。如法三上。凡洗用新笔药水洗之。如此三五七日。痔根下脱净。即用长
肉生肌膏药贴之。待疮好。用贴顶升肠散收入其肠。再服槐角丸解毒。如痔脱不净不快者。再加斑蝥
巴豆一个。或每半个末于内一次即落净。不可再上。宜皂角汤洗之。
宣肠散
治内外大便结涩令痔痛甚。
巴豆（去油一钱） 大黄（炮） 朴硝 枳壳 陈皮（各一两）
上等分。每服二钱。水一盏煎七分。加酒少许服之。以利为度妙。
导水散
滑石 木通 泽泻 车前 朴硝 大黄 通草 灯心
上咀水二钟。煎八分。空心服即通。
贴顶升肠散
内痔疮已好。此药将肠子收入如神。
萆麻（三四粒） 麝香（三分）
同捣如膏。将头顶心发去一钱大块。将此药贴之。少顷其肠即收入。如缓。再用醋一口喷患人面
上。其肠即入。
洗肠药方
如欲收肠。先以五倍子一两煎水一碗。少入白矾末
洗之。方用升肠药其肠收入。再不复下。脱肛用之亦妙。
秦艽补 汤
秘传痔 煎药神方。
当归 川芎 白芍 生地 黄连 黄芩 山楂 连翘 秦艽 地榆 雷丸 枳壳 槐角 白芷
棕根 升麻
各等分。水三碗煎二碗。空心服之。如肥人加条黄芩三分。
槐角丸
治痔 下血。
槐肉（二两） 当归 防风 枳壳（炒） 黄芩（各一两酒浸炒） 地榆（五钱）
上末酒糊丸桐子大。每服五六十丸。空心酒或白汤送下效。
槐耳散
治肠痔下血如神。
槐树上木耳采不拘多少。曝干为末。空心米汤调二钱送下效。酒亦可。
独羊饭（单方）
治肠痔下血如神。
用鲜羊蹄根叶一斤煮烂食之立止。
槐萼散
治肠风痔 下血有验。
槐萼（炒） 生地黄（酒拌蒸） 青皮 白术 荆芥（各六分） 川芎（四分） 升麻 当归身
（酒浸各一钱）
上末每服三钱。空心米饮送下。煎服亦妙。
文蛤散
文蛤 玄胡索 明矾枯（各一钱）
如痔疮口内水多。以此入疮口少许即干。如无水止贴乳香甚妙。
【唤肠散】
专门治疗位于肛门内部直肠顶端的内痔。外部完全看不见。痛苦难以忍受。虽然服用了药物，但如果不将痔疮搽药引出，怎么能痊愈呢？即使有千金之资也得不到这种妙法的传授，怎么能见到内部的痔疮呢？或者上厕所时出血，或者稍微少一点不出血。如果不搽药引出，必须使用此药将大肠拉出来。用葱汤洗净后上药。这是世间罕见的方子。

以上药材研成细末。然后用葱汁或姜汁调和涂抹在肛门上。过一会儿，肛门会从内部脱出。此时要看清楚痔疮的上下位置，洗净并擦干。按照方子上所说的先用护肉药贴好，然后再上枯痔药。按规定操作三次。凡是清洗都要用新笔药水洗。这样经过三到五到七天，痔根就会脱落干净。随即贴上长肉生肌膏药。等到疮口愈合，用贴顶升肠散将其肠子收回。再服用槐角丸解毒。如果痔疮脱出不干净、不痛快，就再加一个斑蝥和巴豆，或者每个切成一半研成末放入其中，一次就能脱落干净。不可再次上药。宜用皂角汤清洗。
【宣肠散】
治疗内外因大便干结涩滞导致痔疮疼痛剧烈的情况。
巴豆（去油一钱） 大黄（炮制） 朴硝 枳壳 陈皮（各一两）
以上药材等分。每次服用二钱，用水一盏煎至七分，加少许酒服用。以通便为度，效果奇妙。
【导水散】
滑石 木通 泽泻 车前子 朴硝 大黄 通草 灯心草
以上药材切碎，用水两钟，煎至八分。空腹服用即可通畅。
【贴顶升肠散】
内痔疮已经好转，此药能将肠子收入体内，灵验如神。
蓖麻子（三四粒） 麝香（三分）
一起捣烂如膏状。去掉头顶中心头发一寸见方的大块皮肤，将此药贴在上面。过一会儿肠子就会收入。如果收得慢，再用一口醋喷在患者脸上，肠子就会立即进入。
【洗肠药方】
如果想要收回肠子，先用五倍子一两煎一碗水，加入少量白矾末清洗。然后使用升肠药，其肠即收入，不再下垂。脱肛使用此方也很奇妙。
【秦艽补汤】
秘传的痔疮煎药神方。
当归 川芎 白芍 生地 黄连 黄芩 山楂 连翘 秦艽 地榆 雷丸 枳壳 槐角 白芷 棕根 升麻
以上药材各等分。用水三碗煎至二碗。空腹服用。如果是肥胖的人，增加黄芩三分。
【槐角丸】
治疗痔疮下血。
槐实（二两） 当归 防风 枳壳（炒） 黄芩（各一两，酒浸炒） 地榆（五钱）
以上药材研末，用酒糊做成梧桐子大小的丸剂。每次服用五六十丸，空腹时用酒或白开水送服，效果良好。
【槐耳散】
治疗肠痔下血，灵验如神。
槐树上的木耳采摘不拘多少。晒干研成末。空腹时用米汤调服二钱送下，效果良好。用酒送服也可以。
【独羊饭】（单方）
治疗肠痔下血，灵验如神。
用鲜羊蹄根叶一斤煮烂食用，立止出血。
【槐萼散】
治疗肠风痔疮下血，有疗效。
槐萼（炒） 生地黄（酒拌蒸） 青皮 白术 荆芥（各六分） 川芎（四分） 升麻 当归身（酒浸，各一钱）
以上药材研末，每次服用三钱。空腹时用米饮送下。煎服也很好。
【文蛤散】
文蛤 玄胡索 明矾枯（各一钱）
如果痔疮口内水分过多，将此药少许放入疮口，水分即干。如果没有水，仅贴敷乳香也非常奇妙。
[Huan Chang San (Call Intestine Powder)]
Specially treats internal hemorrhoids located at the apex of the rectum inside the anus. They are completely invisible externally. The pain is unbearable. Although medicines are taken, if the hemorrhoids are not drawn out and medicated, how can they heal? Even with a thousand gold pieces, one cannot obtain this miraculous method; how else can one see the internal hemorrhoids? Whether bleeding during defecation or having slight/no bleeding, without applying medication to draw them out, this medicine must be used to pull the large intestine out. Cleanse with scallion decoction before applying the medicine. This is a rare prescription in the world.
Ci Shi (Magnetitum, 1 liang, live magnetite capable of attracting iron sand, ground) Ku Fan (Alumen Exsiccatum, 5 fen) Gan Bai Jiang (Dried White Ginger, 3 fen, processed and ground separately) Cao Wu Jian (Aconiti Radix Lateralis Preparata Acuminata, 5 fen, raw use)
Grind the above into fine powder. Then mix with juice from scallions or ginger and apply around the anus. After a short while, the anus will prolapse internally. Observe the upper and lower parts of the hemorrhoid, clean and dry them. Apply the flesh-protecting medicine as described in the formula first, then apply the hemorrhoid-withering medicine. Follow the method for three applications. For washing, use water prepared with new brush medicine. After three to five or seven days, the root of the hemorrhoid will fall off completely. Immediately apply Chang Rou Sheng Ji Gao (Flesh-Growing Ointment). Wait for the wound to heal, then use Tie Ding Sheng Chang San (Top-Applying Intestine-Raising Powder) to return the intestine. Take Huai Jiao Wan (Sophora Fruit Pill) to detoxify. If the hemorrhoid does not prolapse cleanly or quickly, add one Ban Mao (Mylabris) and one Ba Dou (Crotonis Fructus), or half of each ground into powder and inserted once, causing it to fall off completely. Do not apply again. Wash with Zao Jiao Tang (Gleditsia Decoction).
[Xuan Chang San (Promote Intestine Powder)]
Treats severe pain caused by internal and external constipation leading to hemorrhoids.
Ba Dou (Crotonis Fructus, de-oiled, 1 qian) Da Huang (Rhei Radix et Rhizoma, processed) Po Xiao (Natrii Sulfas) Zhi Ke (Aurantii Fructus) Chen Pi (Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium, 1 liang each)
Divide equally. Take 2 qian per dose. Decoct with one cup of water until reduced to 0.7 cup. Add a little wine and take. Stop when bowel movement occurs; this is excellent.
[Dao Shui San (Guide Water Powder)]
Hua Shi (Talcum) Mu Tong (Akebiae Caulis) Ze Xie (Alismatis Rhizoma) Che Qian (Plantaginis Semen) Po Xiao (Natrii Sulfas) Da Huang (Rhei Radix et Rhizoma) Tong Cao (Tetrapanacis Medulla) Deng Xin Cao (Junci Medulla)
Cut the herbs. Decoct with two cups of water until reduced to 0.8 cup. Take on an empty stomach for immediate relief.
[Tie Ding Sheng Chang San (Top-Applying Intestine-Raising Powder)]
For healed internal hemorrhoids; this medicine returns the intestine miraculously.
Bi Ma Zi (Ricini Semen, 3-4 grains) She Xiang (Moschus, 3 fen)
Pound together into a paste. Remove a patch of hair from the vertex (Baihui area) about one cun square. Apply this paste there. In a short while, the intestine will return. If slow, spray a mouthful of vinegar onto the patient's face, and the intestine will enter immediately.
[Xi Chang Yao Fang (Intestine-Washing Prescription)]
To reduce prolapse, first decoct 1 liang of Wu Bei Zi (Galla Chinensis) in one bowl of water. Add a small amount of Bai Fan (Alumen) powder and wash. Then use Sheng Chang medicine to raise the intestine so it stays up. Also excellent for rectal prolapse.
[Qin Jiao Bu Tang (Gentian Tonifying Decoction)]
Secretly passed down divine prescription for hemorrhoid decoction.
Dang Gui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix) Chuan Xiong (Chuanxiong Rhizoma) Bai Shao (Paeoniae Radix Alba) Sheng Di (Rehmanniae Radix) Huang Lian (Coptidis Rhizoma) Huang Qin (Scutellariae Radix) Shan Zha (Crataegi Fructus) Lian Qiao (Forsythiae Fructus) Qin Jiao (Gentianae Macrophyllae Radix) Di Yu (Sanguisorbae Radix) Lei Wan (Ascaris) Zhi Ke (Aurantii Fructus) Huai Jiao (Sophorae Fructus) Bai Zhi (Angelicae Dahuricae Radix) Zong Gen (Livistonae Radix) Sheng Ma (Cimicifugae Rhizoma)
Equal parts. Decoct three bowls of water until two bowls remain. Take on an empty stomach. For obese persons, add Huang Qin (Scutellariae Radix) 3 fen.
[Huai Jiao Wan (Sophora Fruit Pill)]
Treats hemorrhoidal bleeding.
Huai Rou (Sophorae Fructus, 2 liang) Dang Gui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix) Fang Feng (Saposhnikoviae Radix) Zhi Ke (Aurantii Fructus, stir-fried) Huang Qin (Scutellariae Radix, 1 liang each, soaked in wine and stir-fried) Di Yu (Sanguisorbae Radix, 5 qian)
Grind into powder. Make pills with wine paste, size of Sophora seeds. Take 50-60 pills per dose. Take on an empty stomach with wine or plain water for efficacy.
[Huai Er San (Sophora Ear Powder)]
Treats intestinal hemorrhoidal bleeding miraculously.
Harvest Mu Er (Auricularia Auricula-Judae) growing on Sophora trees, any amount. Dry and grind into powder. Take 2 qian mixed with rice water on an empty stomach for efficacy. Wine may also be used.
[Duo Yang Fan (Single Sheep Meal) [Simple Formula]]
Treats intestinal hemorrhoidal bleeding miraculously.
Use 1 jin of fresh Yang Ti (Osmorhiza longiloba) roots and leaves, boil until soft, and eat. Bleeding stops immediately.
[Huai E San (Sophora Calyx Powder)]
Effective for wind-intestinal hemorrhoidal bleeding.
Huai E (Sophorae Flos, stir-fried) Sheng Di Huang (Rehmanniae Radix, steamed with wine) Qing Pi (Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium Viride) Bai Zhu (Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma) Jing Jie (Schizonepetae Spica, 6 fen each) Chuan Xiong (Chuanxiong Rhizoma, 4 fen) Sheng Ma (Cimicifugae Rhizoma) Dang Gui Shen (Angelicae Sinensis Radix Cortex, soaked in wine, 1 qian each)
Grind into powder. Take 3 qian per dose. Take on an empty stomach with rice drink. Decoction is also excellent.
[Wen Ge San (Clam Shell Powder)]
Wen Ge (Clam Shell) Yan Hu Suo (Corydalis Rhizoma) Ming Fan Ku (Alumen Exsiccatum, 1 qian each)
If there is excessive moisture in the hemorrhoid opening, put a small amount of this medicine into the wound to dry it. If there is no moisture, applying Ru Xiang (Frankincense) alone is also excellent.
