凡疮破已久。脓血多出。气血衰败。不能得愈者。十常八九。盖又因色欲令疮腐而多皇。歹肉存
而不长。新肉以败肉滑而时出清水。亦有不得其治法。虽数岁不能愈。内宜服补中益气加托毒药。外
以药水洗净。而以桑条晒干。将一头烧着吹灭 。以火在于疮上。少远之。勿令痛。亦不可太远。则
无益。炙令热而微痒为妙。日数次。亦不多灸。后少刻以长肉生肌膏贴方能取其神效矣。
夫大凡杨梅疮并结久烂坑见骨。及多年KT 疮并血风疮顽癣疥疮。百治不痊者。盖因日久心颓。不
慎房室。
不能戒口。不谨调护。故令疮顽多治不痊。殊不知人有虚实。气血虚实。疮之虚实。以此虚实分辨清
白。虚则以补中益气汤加内托解毒药三二十剂。多寡见其血气平和疮势活泛。可用药拈子熏之不数而
愈。愈后仍服解毒和中之药数剂而安。此百发百中之机也。如实则以内疏其毒。令肠胃通。无其壅滞。
血气和而疮亦轻。然后以捻子熏之即愈。仍以解毒补中药数剂服之而安。如八仙灯鬼吹火三圣拈子等
类治之。无不神效。人不知此等用度。而只言利害二字。弃而不用。岂有先贤制度而误人耶。用者当
详谨在于通变矣。
点者化也散也。凡疮疡初结之时。其根尚活动。其毒始凝。内服其内疏内托之剂。外以降下粉霜
伍厘点之即消。至大不过一分。此方外之术。余访多年。用之随手而应。刻期见效。此玄门之秘授仙
方。孰能知之。今录于下。以备之于后人幸甚也矣。
凡是疮疡破溃时间已久，脓血大量流出，导致气血衰败，无法痊愈的情况，十有八九。这往往是因为房事过度导致疮口腐烂且分泌物增多，坏死的肌肉留存而新肉不长，新生的肌肉因坏死肌肉的滑腻而时常渗出清水。也有因为治疗方法不当，虽然经过数年仍不能痊愈的。内服应当服用补中益气汤加入托毒药物，外用用药水清洗疮口，然后取桑树枝条晒干，将一头点燃后吹灭明火，让火苗在疮口上方烘烤，距离要稍远一些，不要让人感到疼痛，但也不能太远，否则没有疗效。以烤得局部发热且微微发痒为最佳效果。每天进行数次，也不宜灸治过多。之后片刻，贴上长肉生肌膏，才能取得神奇的效果。
大凡杨梅疮以及结痂久不愈合形成深坑甚至露出骨头的情况，还有多年的疳疮、血风疮、顽固性癣疥疮等，经过多种治疗都不痊愈的。这是因为日久心神颓废，不慎房事，不能忌口，护理不严谨，所以导致疮疡顽固，多方治疗难以痊愈。殊不知人有虚实之分，气血有虚实之别，疮疡也有虚实之异，以此虚实来分辨清楚。属于虚证的，则服用补中益气汤加入内托解毒药物三二十剂，根据气血平和及疮势活跃的程度调整药量，待气血调和、疮势活跃后，可用药捻熏蒸，不需多次即可痊愈。痊愈后仍服用几剂解毒和中的药物以巩固疗效。这是百发百中的关键所在。如果属实证，则通过内疏的方法排出毒素，使肠胃通畅，消除壅滞，气血调和，疮疡也会减轻，然后用药捻熏蒸即可痊愈。随后仍以解毒补中的药物服用几剂以安养身体。如使用八仙灯、鬼吹火、三圣拈子等方法治疗，无不神效。人们不了解这些用法，只谈论利害二字，弃之不用，难道是先贤的制度有误吗？使用者应当详细谨慎地在于灵活变通。
“点”就是化解、消散的意思。凡是疮疡初起之时，其根部尚且活动，毒邪刚刚凝聚，内服内疏内托的药物，外用降下粉霜五厘点进行涂抹即可消除。面积最大不超过一分。这是外治的技术，我访求多年，使用它随手应验，限期见效。这是玄门秘传的仙方，谁能知晓呢？现在记录在下面，以备后人参考，幸甚。
Whenever a sore has been ulcerated for a long time, with profuse discharge of pus and blood, leading to the exhaustion of Qi and Blood, making recovery impossible, this accounts for eight or nine out of ten cases. This is often due to excessive sexual activity causing the sore to rot and produce excessive secretions, with necrotic tissue remaining while new granulation fails to grow; the newly formed tissue frequently exudes clear fluid due to the slickness of the necrotic tissue. There are also cases where, due to improper treatment methods, the condition persists for several years without healing. Internally, one should administer Buzhong Yiqi Tang (Tonify the Middle and Augment the Qi Decoction) added with herbs that promote the expulsion of toxins externally. Externally, wash the sore with medicinal water, then take dried mulberry branches, ignite one end, blow out the flame, and hold the smoldering tip near the sore. Keep it at a slight distance so as not to cause pain, but not too far away, otherwise there will be no benefit. The ideal effect is achieved when the area feels warm and slightly itchy. Perform this several times a day, but do not moxa excessively. Shortly after, apply Shengji Gaun (Flesh-Regenerating Ointment) to achieve miraculous results.
Generally speaking, for yaws (Yangmei Chuang) that have persisted for a long time, forming deep ulcers exposing bone, as well as chronic gan chuang (chancre), Xuefeng Chuang (Blood Wind Sore), stubborn tinea, scabies, etc., which fail to heal despite numerous treatments: this is because over time, the heart spirit becomes depleted, sexual restraint is neglected, dietary restrictions are ignored, and care is inadequate. Thus, the sore becomes stubborn and resistant to treatment. One must realize that individuals vary in deficiency and excess, Qi and Blood vary in deficiency and excess, and sores vary in deficiency and excess. Differentiate clearly based on these principles. For deficiency patterns, administer Buzhong Yiqi Tang (Tonify the Middle and Augment the Qi Decoction) combined with internal support and detoxifying herbs for 30–40 doses. Adjust according to the degree of Qi and Blood balance and the vitality of the sore. Once Qi and Blood are harmonious and the sore shows signs of activity, use herbal moxa sticks (Nianzi) for fumigation; it will heal without frequent applications. After healing, continue taking a few doses of detoxifying and harmonizing herbs to ensure stability. This is the key to hundred-percent efficacy. For excess patterns, internally疏导 (shu) the toxin to ensure free flow in the intestines and stomach, eliminating stagnation. When Qi and Blood harmonize, the sore will lighten. Then, use herbal moxa sticks for fumigation to achieve cure. Follow up with a few doses of detoxifying and tonifying herbs to stabilize health. Treatments such as Baxian Deng (Eight Immortals Lamp), Guichuihuo (Ghost Blowing Fire), and Sansheng Nianzi (Three Sages Moxa Sticks) are all miraculously effective. People who do not understand these methods only discuss pros and cons and discard them. Could the prescriptions of ancient sages be erroneous? Users must be detailed, cautious, and flexible in their application.
"Dian" (Pointing/Spotting) means transformation and dispersion. When a sore first forms, its base is still mobile, and the pathogenic toxin is just coagulating. Internally administer formulas that internally疏导 (shu) and internally support (tuo). Externally, apply five li of Jiangxia Fenshuang (Calomel Powder) by spotting. It will resolve immediately. The affected area should not exceed one fen in size. This is an external therapeutic technique. I have sought this method for many years, and it yields immediate results within the expected timeframe. This is a secret immortal prescription from the Xuanmen (Mysterious Gate) school. Who can know it? I record it below for the benefit of future generations, which would be a great fortune.
