Kujin Jian (Withered Tendon Arrow), caused by melancholy injuring the Liver, leading to a lack of nutritious blood in the Liver and subsequent outward emission of tendon qi. Initially, it appears as large as a red bean, dry and slightly elevated. After a long time, it ruptures, pushing out a tendon-like head that becomes loose, withered, and emaciated. It mostly occurs between the chest and breasts. It is advisable to use Silk Medicinal Thread (Silk Ligature) to tie tightly at the root; after seven days, the lesion will naturally fall off. Then sprinkle Zhenzhu San (Pearl Powder) upon it, and the scar will naturally contract. Concurrently, avoid stimulating foods.
Women's itching between the toes arises from the downward flow and accumulation of Wind-Dampness from the Three Yang meridians, which fails to dissipate, thus causing itching first followed by wet rot. Similarly, in the curved areas of the sole of the foot, both itching and dampness occur.
