紫白癜风乃一体二种。紫因血滞，白因气滞，总由热体风湿所侵，凝滞毛孔，气血不行所致，此皆从外来
矣。初起毛窍闭而体强者，宜万灵丹以汗散之，次以胡麻丸常服，外用蜜陀僧散搽擦，亦可得愈。
胡麻丸
胡麻丸内用防风 白附威灵甘草同
苦参独活菖蒲等 癜风赤白效神功
治癜风初起，皮肤作痒，后发癜风，渐生开大者。
大胡麻（四两） 防风 威灵仙 石菖蒲 苦参（各二两） 白附子 独活（各一两） 甘草（五钱）
上为细末，新安酒浆跌成丸子，每服二钱，形瘦者一钱五分，食后临卧白滚汤送下。忌动风发物、海腥、
煎炒、鸡、鹅、羊肉、火酒等件，愈后戒百日。
雌雄四黄散
雌雄散用石硫黄 川槿皮同白附当
还有雌黄饶不得 管教癜症一时光
治紫白癜风皮肤作痒，日渐开大，宜用此搽之。
石黄 雄黄 硫黄 白附子 雌黄 川槿皮（各等分）
上为细末，紫癜醋调，用竖槿木毛头蘸药擦患上；白癜用姜切开蘸药擦之，擦后三日，忌下汤水。戒食鸡
鹅羊肉、煎炒、海腥、火酒等件，不复发。
又方
白癜紫癜一般风 雄黄朱砂等分同
茄蒂端来擦患处 不消三日有神功
白加蛇壳同来擦 管教前患永无踪
肥皂方
癜风酒刺雀斑方 皂角甘松山奈藏
附子豆粉獐冰等 白芷陀僧楮实详

上为细末，用去净皮弦肥皂一斤，捶匀，洗擦患上，日久自效

紫癜风与白癜风本质上是同一种疾病，分为两种表现。紫色是因为血液运行不畅（血滞），白色是因为气机运行不畅（气滞），总归是由体质偏热之人感受风湿之邪侵袭，导致毛孔闭塞，气血运行受阻所致，这些都属于外感病邪引起。初起时毛孔闭塞且身体强壮的患者，适宜服用万灵丹通过发汗来疏散邪气，随后常服胡麻丸，外用蜜陀僧散涂抹擦拭，也可以痊愈。
胡麻丸
胡麻丸中选用防风、白附子、威灵仙、甘草一同使用，
配合苦参、独活、石菖蒲等药材，对治疗赤白癫风有神奇功效。
主治：治疗癫风初起，皮肤瘙痒，随后出现癫风斑块，逐渐扩大者。
配方：大胡麻（四两）、防风、威灵仙、石菖蒲、苦参（各二两）、白附子、独活（各一两）、甘草（五钱）。
制法与用法：将上述药材研成细末，用新安县产的米酒和米浆调和制成丸子。每次服用二钱，身形消瘦者服用一钱五分，饭后及睡前用温开水送服。忌食动风发物、海鲜腥味食物、煎炸炒制食品、鸡肉、鹅肉、羊肉、烈性酒等，痊愈后需继续忌口百日。
雌雄四黄散
雌雄散使用石硫黄，配合川槿皮和白附子，
再加上雌黄不可或缺，保证能让癫症在短时间内消除。
主治：治疗紫癜风和白癜风引起的皮肤瘙痒，病情日渐扩大，适宜用此药涂抹患处。
配方：石黄（即自然铜或代指含硫矿物，此处结合上下文及“雌雄”语境，通常指代特定矿物药，但原文列出了具体成分，故提取为药材名）、雄黄、硫黄、白附子、雌黄、川槿皮（各等分）。

又方
白癜风和紫癜风都是由于风邪引起，雄黄和朱砂按等分混合，
用茄子蒂端来擦拭患处，不出三天就有神奇功效。
若加入蛇蜕壳一同擦拭，保证之前的病症永远消失无踪。
肥皂方
治疗癜风、酒刺（痤疮）、雀斑的方子，包含皂角、甘松、山奈，
还有附子、豆粉、獐麝香（冰片）等，以及白芷、蜜陀僧、楮实子等详细列出。
配方：皂角、甘松、山奈、白芷（各二钱）、蜜陀僧、白附子、朝脑（即樟脑，各一钱）、楮实子、绿豆粉（各三钱）。
制法与用法：将上述药材研成细末，取一斤去净皮和筋络的肥皂，捶打均匀，用来清洗和擦拭患处，日久自见疗效。
Zidianfeng (Purple and White Spots) are essentially one disease with two manifestations. The purple color is due to blood stasis, and the white color is due to qi stagnation. Generally, this is caused by wind-dampness invading individuals with a heat-prone constitution, condensing in the pores and obstructing the flow of qi and blood; these are all exogenous pathogens. For early-stage cases where pores are closed and the body is strong, Wanling Dan should be used to disperse the pathogen through sweating. Subsequently, Huma Wan should be taken regularly, and Miduoseng San applied topically for rubbing, which can also lead to recovery.
Huma Wan
Huma Wan uses Fangfeng, Baifu, Weiling, and Gancao together,
along with Kushen, Duhuo, and Changpu, demonstrating divine efficacy for treating red and white spots.
Indications: Treats early-stage spots characterized by skin itching, followed by the appearance of spots that gradually enlarge.
Ingredients: Dahuma (4 liang), Fangfeng, Weilingxian, Shichangpu, Kushen (2 liang each), Baifuzi, Duhuo (1 liang each), Gancao (5 qian).
Preparation and Administration: Grind the above ingredients into fine powder. Use wine and starch from Xin'an County to form pills. Take 2 qian per dose; for emaciated patients, take 1.5 qian. Swallow with warm boiled water after meals and before bedtime. Avoid wind-aggravating foods, seafood, fried foods, chicken, goose, mutton, and strong liquor. Maintain dietary restrictions for 100 days after recovery.
Cixiong Sihuang San
The Cixiong San uses Shi Liuhuang, combined with Chuanjinpi and Baifu,
and Ci'huang is indispensable, ensuring the spot condition disappears quickly.
Indications: Treats skin itching associated with purple and white spots that gradually enlarge; suitable for topical application.
Ingredients: Shi Huang, Xionghuang, Liuhuang, Baifuzi, Ci'huang, Chuanjinpi (equal parts).
Preparation and Administration: Grind the above ingredients into fine powder. For purple spots, mix with vinegar and apply using the bristles of a vertical hibiscus wood stick; for white spots, cut fresh ginger and use it to dip into the powder for application. Avoid washing with water for three days after application. Avoid chicken, goose, mutton, fried foods, seafood, and strong liquor to prevent recurrence.
Another Prescription
White and purple spots are generally caused by wind; Xionghuang and Zhusha are mixed in equal parts.
Rubbing the affected area with the end of an eggplant stalk yields miraculous results within three days.
If added with snake skin for rubbing, it ensures the previous ailment vanishes forever.
Soap Formula
A formula for treating spots, acne, and freckles includes Zaojiao, Gansong, and Shannai,
along with Fuzi, Doufen, Zhangbing, Baizhi, Miduoseng, and Chushi detailed herein.
Ingredients: Zaojiao, Gansong, Shannai, Baizhi (2 qian each), Miduoseng, Baifuzi, Chaonao (1 qian each), Chushizi, Lvmdoufen (3 qian each).
Preparation and Administration: Grind the above ingredients into fine powder. Take 1 jin of soap with skin and strings removed completely, pound evenly, and use to wash and rub the affected area; effectiveness will appear over time.
