水三碗，煎二碗，量病上下，食前后服。渣再煎一碗，服后饮酒一杯，忌牛肉、火酒、房事等件更妙。
芎归二术汤
芎归二术汤防朴 独活参苓薏苡仁
木瓜皂刺精猪肉 草甲银通土茯苓
治杨梅结毒，已成未成，筋骨疼痛，步履艰辛，及溃后腐肉
臭败，不能生肌收敛者，宜服之并效。
白术 苍术 川芎 当归 人参 茯苓 薏苡仁 皂角针 浓朴 防风 木瓜 木通 穿山甲（炒）
独活（各一钱） 金银花（二钱） 甘草 精猪肉（二两） 土茯苓

消风脱甲散

治杨梅结毒，筋骨疼痛，腐烂作臭，气血壮实者。
歌曰∶
十年十五半年五 二十年来三十补
纵然臭烂不堪闻 管教逢人再不吐

熏洗结毒方
熏洗结毒方堪效 苍术川椒共水煎
任是腐痛多彻骨 将来一洗实时捐
苍术一两，点红川椒三钱，水五碗，煎至四碗，入罐内；将患上对罐口以热气熏之，半热倾药盆内淋洗患
上，以洁净布挹干，搽后解毒紫金膏。
解毒紫金膏
解毒紫金膏最易 取功奏效识应难
矾红只与松香等 去腐生新解笑颜
治杨梅结毒，腐烂作臭，脓水淋漓，诸药不效者。细块矾红，明净松香各一斤，共碾极细末，麻油调稠；
先将患上用前汤
熏洗洁净，搽上此药，油纸盖上，以软布条要扎至紧，毋令血行，三日一换，如无前汤熏洗，只煎葱、艾、甘
草等汤，俱可洗换。又治诸毒顽 等疮神效，愈后忌发物煎炒。
神仙碧玉膏
神仙碧玉膏朝脑 轻粉杭粉岂可饶
乳香没药并白占 猪油调搽腐烂好
治结毒溃烂臭秽，疼痛不敛，及风、 等疮俱效。
轻粉（一两） 杭粉（一两） 白占（五钱） 乳香 没药（各三钱） 章冰（二钱）
用公猪净熟油五两，同白占熬化倾入碗内，入上药和匀，水内顿一时取起，临用抿脚挑膏手心中捺化，摊
油纸上，用葱汤洗净疮，对患贴之。
五宝散
五宝散内用朱砂 琥珀珍珠冰片加
飞罗面同滴乳石 饭团煎和效堪夸
治结毒筋骨疼痛，腐烂口鼻，诸药不效者服之。
滴乳石（如乳头下垂，敲破易碎，亮似蜻蜒翅者方真，四钱） 琥珀 珍珠 朱砂（各二钱） 冰片（一钱）
上各研极细，对准共为一处，再研数百转，瓷罐密收。用药二钱，加飞罗面八钱再研和匀，每用土茯苓一
斤，水八碗，煎至五碗，滤清作五次，每次加五宝散一分和匀，量病上下服，一日服完。十服自愈。如鼻子腐
烂，每日土茯苓内加辛夷二钱煎服，引药上下，忌食海腥、煎炒、房事等件。
结毒紫金丹
结毒紫金丹罕稀 此方原不欲人知
决明龟板朱砂等 米饭为丸脱苦篱
治远年近日杨梅结毒，筋骨疼痛，日久腐烂，臭败不堪闻
者；或咽喉唇鼻破坏，诸药不效者妙。
龟板（放炭火上炙焦，用新安酒浆、浓笔蘸浆涂上，反复炙涂三次，以焦黄为末，二两） 石决明（用九
孔大者， 红，童便内渍之一次） 朱砂（明亮者，各末二钱）
共再碾极细，烂米饭为丸麻子大，每服一钱，量病上下，食前后、筋骨疼痛酒下，腐烂者土茯苓汤下，至
重者四十日而愈。此功力胜于五宝散。
结毒灵药方
结毒灵药方水银 朱砂雄黄硫黄称
加上轻粉共研成 掺于腐上效如神
治杨梅结毒，腐烂作臭，或咽喉、唇、鼻腐坏日甚者并效。
水银（一两） 朱砂 雄黄 硫黄（各三钱）
共研细，入阳城罐内，泥固铁盏梁兜固紧封口，点三香为度，用水擦盏内，火毕，次日取出盏底灵药，约
有一两五、六钱。治寻常腐烂之症，灵药五钱、轻粉五钱，和匀碾细，小罐盛贮，纱封罐口，临用甘草汤洗净
患上，将罐倒悬，纱眼内筛药患上，用后单油膏药盖之，一日一换自效。男子、妇人咽烂者，灵药一钱加人中
白二分研细吹之，日用三次，内服不二散，其疼即止，随可饮食。
硫黄不二散
硫黄不二散功奇 止痛除危效不疑
加上靛花研细末 服之犹自遇神医
治杨梅结毒发于咽内，腐烂疼痛，汤水难入者。
硫黄（一钱） 靛花（一分）
共为细末，凉水一大酒杯调服，其疼即止，饮食可用。
铅回散
铅回散内药蹊跷 筋骨多疼功不饶
加上硫黄为末服 敢教苦楚寂然消
治杨梅结毒，筋骨疼痛，朝轻夜重，喜热手按揉者。
用铅半斤，铜杓内化开，倾入水内，将铅取起，再化再倾，如此百遍，铅尽为度。候半日，待水澄清，倾
去用钵底内沉下铅灰，倾在三重纸上，下用灰收干水气，取起晒干，与硫黄等分研细罐收。每服一钱，温酒调
服，至重者不过三次即效。
单油膏
单油膏药用麻油 杭粉将来渐渐投
熬化成膏倾水内 护肌护药不开流
贴结毒掺药上。
用麻油二斤熬，滴水成珠，续下杭粉十三两，搅匀成膏，倾水内，片时取起摊用。
萆 汤
萆 汤蒲芷柏苍 灵仙龟板草红当
胡麻羌活川椒等 结毒筋毒皆可尝
治结毒筋骨疼痛，头胀欲破及已溃腐烂并效。
川萆 （二钱） 苦参 防风 何首乌（各五钱） 威灵仙 当归 白芷 苍术 胡麻 石菖蒲 黄柏
（各六分） 羌活 川椒（各四分） 龟板（一钱五分） 红花（三分） 甘草（五分）
水二钟，煎八分，临服入酒一杯，量病上下服之。
碧云散
吹鼻碧云散川芎 鹅不食草一般同
青黛共研为细末 吹之鼻内有神功
治结毒入于颠顶，以致头疼胀痛如破者吹之。
鹅不食草（一两） 川芎（一两） 青黛（一钱）
共为细末，患者口噙凉水，以芦筒吹药疼之左右鼻内，取嚏为效。
仙遗粮汤由荆芥、白芷、防风、金银花、天花粉、葛根、川芎、当归、白蒺藜、薏苡仁、威灵仙、山栀、甘草、黄芩、黄连、连翘组成，用水煎服。
主治杨梅结毒（梅毒硬下疳或树胶肿），初起时筋骨疼痛，疮面已破溃，肌肉腐烂者。
药材及用量：仙遗粮（即俗称的土茯苓，四两）、防风、荆芥、川芎、当归、天花粉、金银花、白蒺藜、薏苡仁、威灵仙（各一钱）、山栀、黄连、连翘、干葛、白芷、甘草、黄芩（各六分）。若病位在下部，加牛膝。
用法：水三碗，煎至二碗，根据病变部位在上或在下，于饭前或饭后服用。药渣再加水煎一碗，服药后饮一杯酒，若能忌食牛肉、烈性酒及房事则效果更佳。
芎归二术汤由川芎、当归、白术、苍术、防风、厚朴、独活、人参、茯苓、薏苡仁、木瓜、皂角刺、精猪肉、穿山甲、木通、土茯苓、金银花、甘草组成。
主治杨梅结毒，无论已成或未成，出现筋骨疼痛，行走困难，以及溃烂后腐肉臭败，不能生肌收敛者，服用此方有效。
药材及用量：白术、苍术、川芎、当归、人参、茯苓、薏苡仁、皂角针、浓朴、防风、木瓜、木通、穿山甲（炒制）、独活（各一钱）、金银花（二钱）、甘草、精猪肉（二两）、土茯苓。
用法：水三碗，煎至一半，根据病变部位上下服用，药渣再煎服用。
消风脱甲散由红花、番白草、威灵仙、山栀、蟾蜕、冬瓜皮、大风子、薄荷、风藤、金银花、皂角刺、连翘、木通、苍术、甘草组成。
主治杨梅结毒，筋骨疼痛，腐烂发臭，且患者气血壮实者。
歌诀曰：
十年十五半年五，二十年来三十补。
纵然臭烂不堪闻，管教逢人再不吐。
药材及用量：番白草、红花、甘草、威灵仙、山栀、蟾蜕、连翘、皂角针、大风子（取肉）、薄荷、风藤、金银花、冬瓜皮、木通、苍术（各一钱）、土茯苓（四两）。
用法：水三碗，煎至二碗，分两次服用。服药后饮一大杯好酒送服，药渣再煎服用。
熏洗结毒方疗效显著，由苍术、川椒加水煎煮而成。
无论是多么彻骨之腐痛，一经熏洗即可消除。
药材及用量：苍术一两，点红川椒三钱，水五碗，煎至四碗，倒入罐内；将患处对准罐口，用热气熏蒸，待药液半热时倾入盆中淋洗患处，用干净布擦干，随后涂抹解毒紫金膏。
解毒紫金膏制作简易，但见效之功难以轻易识得。
仅用白矾红与松香等量，即可去腐生新，令人展颜欢笑。
主治杨梅结毒，腐烂发臭，脓水淋漓，其他药物无效者。
药材及用量：细块矾红一斤，明净松香一斤，共研为极细末，用麻油调成稠状。
用法：先将患处用前述汤剂熏洗干净，涂上此药，盖上油纸，用软布条紧紧包扎，以限制血液运行，三日更换一次。若无前述汤剂熏洗，仅煎葱、艾、甘草等汤清洗亦可。此外，治疗各种顽固疮疡亦神效，痊愈后忌食发物及煎炒食物。
神仙碧玉膏含樟脑、轻粉、杭粉，不可省略乳香、没药和白占，用猪油调和搽敷腐烂处效果好。
主治结毒溃烂臭秽，疼痛不愈合，以及风疮、恶疮等均有效。
药材及用量：轻粉（一两）、杭粉（一两）、白占（五钱）、乳香、没药（各三钱）、章冰（即樟脑，二钱）。
用法：用公猪净熟油五两，同白占熬化后倒入碗中，加入上述药物拌匀，在水中加热一时辰后取出。使用时挑取少许膏体在手心融化，摊在油纸上，用葱汤洗净疮口，贴于患处。
五宝散内含朱砂、琥珀、珍珠、冰片，配合飞罗面和滴乳石，用饭团煎和，疗效值得称赞。
主治结毒引起的筋骨疼痛，口鼻腐烂，其他药物无效者服用。
药材及用量：滴乳石（如乳头下垂状，敲破易碎，亮似蜻蜓翅膀者才为真品，四钱）、琥珀、珍珠、朱砂（各二钱）、冰片（一钱）。
用法：以上各药研为极细末，混合一处，再研磨数百转，装入瓷罐密封保存。用药二钱，加飞罗面八钱再研和匀。每次取土茯苓一斤，水八碗，煎至五碗，滤清汁分为五次服用，每次加入五宝散一分和匀，根据病变部位上下服用，一日服完。十服后可自愈。若鼻子腐烂，每日在土茯苓汤中加入辛夷二钱煎服，以引导药力上下运行，忌食海腥、煎炒食物及房事。
结毒紫金丹较为罕见，此方原本不欲让人知晓。
由决明子、龟板、朱砂等组成，米饭为丸，可摆脱痛苦困境。
主治久日或近日患杨梅结毒，筋骨疼痛，日久腐烂，臭败不堪闻者；或咽喉、唇、鼻破坏，其他药物无效者，此方妙效。
药材及用量：龟板（放在炭火上炙焦，用新安酒浆、浓笔蘸浆涂上，反复炙涂三次，直至焦黄为度，二两）、石决明（选用九孔大者，煅红，用童便浸泡一次）、朱砂（明亮者，各研末二钱）。
用法：共同再碾为极细末，用烂米饭制成麻子大小的丸药。每服一钱，根据病变部位上下，饭前或饭后服用，筋骨疼痛者用酒送服，腐烂者用土茯苓汤送服，重症者四十日可愈。此方功力胜过五宝散。
结毒灵药方含水银、朱砂、雄黄、硫黄，加上轻粉共同研磨而成，撒于腐烂处效果如神。
主治杨梅结毒，腐烂发臭，或咽喉、唇、鼻腐烂日渐加重者均有效。
药材及用量：水银（一两）、朱砂、雄黄、硫黄（各三钱）。
用法：共同研细，放入阳城罐内，用泥封固铁盏梁兜紧封口，点燃三炷香的时间为度，用水擦拭盏内，火熄后，次日取出盏底的灵药，约有一两五六钱。治疗寻常腐烂之症，取灵药五钱、轻粉五钱，和匀碾细，盛于小罐中，用纱封住罐口。临用时用甘草汤洗净患处，将罐倒悬，从纱眼内筛药于患处，后用单油膏药覆盖，一日一换自见成效。男子、妇人咽喉腐烂者，取灵药一钱加人中白二分研细吹入患处，日用三次，内服不二散，疼痛即刻停止，随即可以饮食。
硫黄不二散功效奇特，止痛除危，疗效无疑。
加上靛花研成细末，服用犹如遇到神医。
主治杨梅结毒发于咽内，腐烂疼痛，汤水难入者。
药材及用量：硫黄（一钱）、靛花（一分）。
用法：共为细末，用凉水一大酒杯调服，疼痛即刻停止，饮食可用。
铅回散内药物蹊跷，对多发性筋骨疼痛功效显著。
加上硫黄为末服用，敢教苦楚寂然消失。
主治杨梅结毒，筋骨疼痛，早晨轻晚上重，喜欢热手按揉者。
用法：用铅半斤，在铜杓内化开，倾入水中，将铅取出，再化再倾，如此重复百遍，直到铅用完为止。等候半天，待水澄清，倾去上层清水，取钵底沉淀的铅灰，倒在三重纸上，下面用灰吸收水分，取出晒干，与硫黄等份研细，装入罐中保存。每服一钱，温酒调服，重症者不过三次即见效。
单油膏药用麻油，逐渐投入杭粉。
熬化成膏倾入水中，保护肌肤和保护药物，防止流失。
用于贴敷结毒掺药之上。
用法：用麻油二斤熬制，滴水成珠，接着加入杭粉十三两，搅匀成膏，倾入水中，片刻后取出摊开使用。
萆薢汤由蒲芷柏苍、灵仙龟板草红当、胡麻羌活川椒等组成，结毒筋毒皆可尝试。
主治结毒引起的筋骨疼痛，头胀欲破以及已溃烂者均有效。
药材及用量：川萆薢（二钱）、苦参、防风、何首乌（各五钱）、威灵仙、当归、白芷、苍术、胡麻、石菖蒲、黄柏（各六分）、羌活、川椒（各四分）、龟板（一钱五分）、红花（三分）、甘草（五分）。
用法：水二钟，煎至八分，临服时加入酒一杯，根据病变部位上下服用。
吹鼻用的碧云散由川芎、鹅不食草一般同量，青黛共同研为细末，吹入鼻内有神奇功效。
主治结毒侵入颠顶，导致头疼胀痛如破者，吹此药治疗。
药材及用量：鹅不食草（一两）、川芎（一两）、青黛（一钱）。
用法：共为细末，患者口中含凉水，用芦筒将药吹入左右鼻内，以打喷嚏为见效。
Xian Yi Liang Tang (Immortal Leftover Grain Decoction)
Xian Yi Liang Tang consists of Jingjie (Schizonepetae Spica), Baizhi (Angelicae Dahuricae Radix), Fangfeng (Saposhnikoviae Radix), Jinyinhua (Lonicerae Japonicae Flos), Tianhuafen (Trichosanthis Radix), Gegen (Puerariae Lobatae Radix), Chuanxiong (Chuanxiong Rhizoma), Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix), Bajieli (Tribuli Fructus), Yiyiren (Coicis Semen), Weilingxian (Syringae Ramulus et Folium), Shanzhi (Gardeniae Fructus), Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma), Huangqin (Scutellariae Radix), Huanglian (Coptidis Rhizoma), and Lianqiao (Forsythiae Fructus). It is prepared by decocting in water.
Indicated for Yangmei Jiedu (Chancre or Gumma of Syphilis) in the initial stage, presenting with bone and joint pain, ulcerated sores, and muscle necrosis.
Ingredients and Dosages: Xian Yi Liang (commonly known as Tufuling, Smilax Glabrae Rhizoma, 4 liang); Fangfeng, Jingjie, Chuanxiong, Danggui, Tianhuafen, Jinyinhua, Bajieli, Yiyiren, Weilingxian (each 1 qian); Shanzhi, Huanglian, Lianqiao, Gange, Baizhi, Gancao, Huangqin (each 6 fen). If the lesion is located in the lower body, add Niuxi (Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix).
Administration: Decoct 3 bowls of water until reduced to 2 bowls. Take orally before or after meals depending on whether the lesion is upper or lower. Re-decoct the dregs with water to obtain 1 bowl. Drink one cup of wine after taking the medicine. Avoid beef, strong liquor, and sexual intercourse for better efficacy.
Xiong Gui Er Zhu Tang (Cyperi and Angelicae Two Atractylodes Decoction)
Xiong Gui Er Zhu Tang consists of Chuanxiong, Danggui, Baizhu (Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma), Cangzhu (Atractylodis Rhizoma), Fangfeng, Houpo (Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex), Duhuo (Angelicae Pubescentis Radix), Renshen (Ginseng Radix), Fuling (Poria), Yiyiren, Mugua (Chaenomelis Fructus), Zaojiaoci (Gleditsiae Sinensis Spina), Jingzhurou (Lean Pork), Chuanshanjia (Manis Squama), Mutong (Akebiae Caulis), Tufuling, Jinyinhua, and Gancao.
Indicated for Yangmei Jiedu, whether formed or unformed, presenting with bone and joint pain, difficulty walking, and post-ulceration with foul-smelling necrotic tissue that fails to regenerate muscle and close wounds. This formula is effective.
Ingredients and Dosages: Baizhu, Cangzhu, Chuanxiong, Danggui, Renshen, Fuling, Yiyiren, Zaojiaoci, Houpo, Fangfeng, Mugua, Mutong, Chuanshanjia (stir-fried), Duhuo (each 1 qian); Jinyinhua (2 qian); Gancao; Jingzhurou (2 liang); Tufuling.
Administration: Decoct 3 bowls of water until reduced by half. Take orally based on the location of the lesion. Re-decoct the dregs for administration.
Xiao Feng Tuo Jia San (Wind-Dispersing Nail-Shedding Powder)
Xiao Feng Tiao Jia San consists of Honghua (Carthami Flos), Fanbaicao (Euphorbiae Humifusae Herba), Weilingxian, Shanzhi, Chantui (Cicadae Periostracum), Dongguapi (Benincasae Exocarpium), Dafengzi (Jatrophae Semen), Bohe (Menthae Haplocalycis Herba), Fengteng (Sinomenii Caulis), Jinyinhua, Zaojiaoci, Lianqiao, Mutong, Cangzhu, and Gancao.
Indicated for Yangmei Jiedu with bone and joint pain, foul-smelling necrosis, in patients with robust Qi and Blood.
Verse:
Ten years, fifteen years, half a year five;
Twenty years plus thirty supplements.
Even if the rot is unbearable to smell,
It will ensure you never spit it out again.
Ingredients and Dosages: Fanbaicao, Honghua, Gancao, Weilingxian, Shanzhi, Chantui, Lianqiao, Zaojiaoci, Dafengzi (flesh only), Bohe, Fengteng, Jinyinhua, Dongguapi, Mutong, Cangzhu (each 1 qian); Tufuling (4 liang).
Administration: Decoct 3 bowls of water until reduced to 2 bowls. Take twice. Drink a large cup of good wine after ingestion. Re-decoct the dregs for administration.
Xun Xi Jie Du Fang (Fumigation and Washing Formula for Sores)
The Xun Xi Jie Du Fang is highly effective, composed of Cangzhu and Chuanjiao (Zanthoxyli Fructus) decocted in water.
Regardless of how deep-seated the rotting pain is, it can be eliminated immediately after fumigation and washing.
Ingredients and Dosages: Cangzhu (1 liang), Dianhong Chuanjiao (3 qian), water (5 bowls). Decoct until 4 bowls remain, pour into a pot. Position the affected area over the pot mouth to fumigate with steam. When the liquid is half-hot, pour into a basin to wash the affected area. Dry with a clean cloth, then apply Jiedu Zijin Gao.
Jiedu Zijin Gao (Detoxifying Purple Gold Ointment)
Jiedu Zijin Gao is easy to prepare, but its efficacy is hard to appreciate.
Using equal parts of Fanhong (Alumen Rubrum) and Songxiang (Pini Resina), it removes necrotic tissue and generates new flesh, bringing smiles.
Indicated for Yangmei Jiedu with foul-smelling necrosis, dripping pus, and resistance to other treatments.
Ingredients and Dosages: Fine-block Fanhong (1 jin), clear Songxiang (1 jin). Grind into an extremely fine powder and mix with Sesame Oil (Mayou) to a thick consistency.
Administration: First, clean the affected area with the aforementioned decoction. Apply this ointment, cover with oil paper, and bind tightly with soft cloth strips to restrict blood flow. Change every three days. If the aforementioned decoction is unavailable, decoct Cong (Allii Fistulosi Bulbus), Aiye (Artemisiae Argyi Folium), and Gancao for washing. Also effective for stubborn ulcers. After healing, avoid "fa" foods and fried items.
Shenxian Biyu Gao (Immortal Jade Green Ointment)
Shenxian Biyu Gao contains Zhangbing (Borneolum Syntheticum), Qingfen (Calomelas), Hangfen (Starch), along with Rushiang (Frankincense) and Moyao (Myrrh), mixed with Zhuyou (Pig Fat/Oil) for application to rotten areas.
Indicated for ulcerated, foul-smelling sores from Jiedu that are painful and non-healing, as well as wind sores and malignant ulcers.
Ingredients and Dosages: Qingfen (1 liang), Hangfen (1 liang), Baizhan (White Beeswax, 5 qian), Rushiang, Moyao (each 3 qian), Zhangbing (2 qian).
Administration: Melt 5 liang of purified cooked male pig fat with Baizhan in a bowl. Add the above ingredients and mix well. Heat in water for one shichen (2 hours). Before use, take a small amount, melt in the palm, spread on oil paper, clean the sore with Cong soup, and apply to the affected area.
Wu Bao San (Five Treasures Powder)
Wu Bao San contains Zhusha (Cinnabar), Hupo (Amber), Zhenzhu (Pearl), Bingpian (Borneol), Feiluomian (Fine Wheat Flour), and Dilushi (Collophonium), combined with rice dumplings for excellent efficacy.
Indicated for bone and joint pain, oral/nasal necrosis caused by Jiedu, when other medicines fail.
Ingredients and Dosages: Dilushi (resembling hanging teat, breaks easily, shiny like dragonfly wings, 4 qian), Hupo, Zhenzhu, Zhusha (each 2 qian), Bingpian (1 qian).
Administration: Grind each ingredient to an ultra-fine powder, mix thoroughly, and grind hundreds of times more. Store in a sealed porcelain jar. Use 2 qian of powder mixed with 8 qian of Feiluomian. For each dose, decoct 1 jin of Tufuling in 8 bowls of water until reduced to 5 bowls. Filter and divide into 5 doses. Mix 1 fen of Wu Bao San into each dose. Take according to the lesion's location, finishing within one day. Self-healing occurs after ten doses. If the nose is necrotic, add Xinyi (Magnoliae Flos, 2 qian) to the Tufuling decoction daily to guide the medicine. Avoid seafood, fried foods, and sexual intercourse.
Jiedu Zijin Dan (Detoxifying Purple Gold Pill)
Jiedu Zijin Dan is rare; this formula was originally kept secret.
Composed of Juemingzi (Cassiae Semen), Guiban (Testudinis Carapax et Plastrum), Zhusha, etc., made into pills with rice flour to relieve suffering.
Indicated for long-standing or recent Yangmei Jiedu with bone/joint pain, chronic necrosis, foul odor, or destruction of throat/lips/nose resistant to other treatments.
Ingredients and Dosages: Guiban (charred on charcoal, coated with Xin'an wine slurry using a brush, repeated three times until yellow-brown, 2 liang), Shi Jueming (Haliotidis Concha, select nine-hole variety, calcined red, soaked in Tongbian/Child's Urine once), Zhusha (bright quality, each ground to 2 qian powder).
Administration: Grind together to ultra-fine powder. Form pills the size of hemp seeds using mushy rice. Take 1 qian per dose, before or after meals depending on the lesion. Take with wine for bone/joint pain, or with Tufuling decoction for necrosis. Severe cases heal in 40 days. This formula is superior to Wu Bao San.
Jiedu Lingyao Fang (Spirit Medicine Formula for Sores)
Jiedu Lingyao Fang contains Shuiyin (Mercurius), Zhusha, Xionghuang (Realgar), Huangliu (Sulfur), plus Qingfen, ground together. Sprinkle on necrotic areas for miraculous effects.
Indicated for Yangmei Jiedu with foul necrosis, or progressive destruction of throat, lips, and nose.
Ingredients and Dosages: Shuiyin (1 liang), Zhusha, Xionghuang, Huangliu (each 3 qian).
Administration: Grind finely. Place in a Yangcheng jar, seal with mud and iron clamp. Burn for three incense sticks' duration. Wipe the inside of the lid with water. The next day, collect the sublimated Lingyao from the bottom of the lid, approx. 1.5-1.6 qian. For ordinary necrosis, mix 5 qian Lingyao with 5 qian Qingfen, grind fine, store in a small jar sealed with gauze. Before use, clean the sore with Gancao soup. Invert the jar over the sore and sieve the powder through the gauze. Cover with Danyou Gao. Change once daily. For throat necrosis in men/women, mix 1 qian Lingyao with 2 fen Renzhongbai (Urea Crystallisatum), grind fine, and insufflate into the throat three times daily. Internally take Bu'er San to stop pain and resume eating.
Huangliu Bu'er San (Sulfur Non-Two Powder)
Huangliu Bu'er San has unique merit, stopping pain and removing danger reliably.
Mixed with Dianhua (Indigo Naturalis) into fine powder, taking it is like meeting a divine physician.
Indicated for Yangmei Jiedu affecting the throat, causing necrosis, pain, and difficulty swallowing liquids.
Ingredients and Dosages: Huangliu (1 qian), Dianhua (1 fen).
Administration: Grind to fine powder. Mix with a large wine glass of cool water and take orally. Pain stops immediately, allowing diet.
Qianhui San (Lead Return Powder)
Qianhui San contains peculiar drugs, effective for multiple bone/joint pains.
Mixed with Huangliu as powder and taken orally, it makes suffering vanish silently.
Indicated for Yangmei Jiedu with bone/joint pain, lighter in morning/heavier at night, preferring warm hand massage.
Administration: Use 0.5 jin of Lead (Qian). Melt in a copper spoon, pour into water, retrieve lead. Repeat melting and pouring 100 times until lead is consumed. Wait half a day for water to clarify. Discard clear water, collect lead ash settled at the bottom of the mortar. Spread on triple-layered paper, dry under ashes to remove moisture, sun-dry. Mix equally with Huangliu, grind fine, and store in a jar. Take 1 qian per dose, mixed with warm wine. Severe cases show effect within three doses.
Danyou Gao (Single Oil Ointment)
Danyou Gao uses Mayou (Sesame Oil), gradually adding Hangfen.
Boiled into ointment and poured into water, it protects skin and medication, preventing leakage.
Used to cover medicated plasters for Jiedu.
Administration: Boil 2 jin of Mayou until it forms beads when dropped in water. Add 13 liang of Hangfen, stir uniformly into an ointment. Pour into water, retrieve after a moment, and spread for use.
Bixie Tang (Smilacis Glabrae Rhizoma Decoction)
Bixie Tang consists of Puzhibaicang, Lingxian Guiban Caohongdang, Humaqianghuochuanjiao, etc., suitable for Jiedu tendon/toxin issues.
Indicated for Jiedu-related bone/joint pain, head distension/pain, and existing ulcers.
Ingredients and Dosages: Chuanbixie (2 qian), Kushen (Sophorae Flavescentis Radix), Fangfeng, Heshouwu (Polygoni Multiflori Radix) (each 5 qian), Weilingxian, Danggui, Baizhi, Cangzhu, Huma (Sesami Semen), Shichangpu (Acori Tatarinowii Rhizoma), Huangbai (Phellodendri Chinensis Cortex) (each 6 fen), Qianghuo (Notopterygii Rhizoma et Radix), Chuanjiao (each 4 fen), Guiban (1.5 qian), Honghua (3 fen), Gancao (5 fen).
Administration: Decoct 2 zhong of water until reduced to 8 fen. Add 1 cup of wine before taking. Administer based on lesion location.
Bi Yun San (Green Cloud Powder)
Bi Yun San for nasal insufflation uses Chuanxiong and E Bushi Cao (Centipedae Herba) in equal amounts, mixed with Qingdai (Indigo Naturalis) into fine powder. Insufflating into the nose yields divine results.
Indicated for Jiedu invading the vertex, causing severe headache and distending pain.
Ingredients and Dosages: E Bushi Cao (1 liang), Chuanxiong (1 liang), Qingdai (1 qian).
Administration: Grind to fine powder. Patient holds cool water in mouth. Use a reed tube to insufflate powder into both nostrils. Effectiveness is indicated by sneezing.
