治妇人乳中结核。或肿痛。并效。久而不消者。宜以托里药为主。间服此药。
栝蒌仁（三钱） 升麻 连翘 青皮 甘草节（各二钱）
作一服。水煎服。若数剂不消。宜以托里。
治时毒疮疹。发于头面或胸膈之际。及一切疮毒。并效。
升麻 桔梗 葛根 玄参 牛蒡子 麻黄 甘草（各一钱半） 连翘（二钱）
作一帖。水姜煎。食远服。
治溃疡。虚热无睡。少食。或秽气所触作痛。
人参 白术（炒） 归身（酒拌） 麦门冬（去心） 苍术（米泔浸各一钱） 甘草（炙） 陈皮
升麻 神曲（炒各五分） 黄 （盐水拌炒二钱） 黄柏（酒炒三分） 五味子（九粒捣碎）
水二钟。姜三片。枣一枚。煎八分。食远服。
治一切痈肿毒烂。毒势甚者。先用此药二三次。后用猪蹄汤。
雄黄（一两） 白矾（四两） 寒水石（ 一两）
用滚水二三碗。乘热入前药末一两洗患处。以太乙膏或神异膏贴之。
治一切疳疮。
轻粉 银朱 滑石 寒水石 孩儿茶（各二钱） 片脑（二分）
上为细末。香油调搽。干搽亦可。若肿硬不消。以防风、荆芥、牛膝、甘草、滑石、各
五钱。用水三碗。煎二碗。乘热熏洗。
治喉风喉闭。及一切急症肿塞。立效真起死回生之药也。
蚵 草 铜青 大黄 牙硝（各五钱）
上为末。以白梅肉烂研一处。捣匀。每一两作五丸。以新棉裹噙化咽。津涎吐出。

治疗时行毒邪引起的疮疹，发于头部、面部或胸膈部位，以及一切疮毒，均有疗效。

升麻 神曲（炒制，各五分） 黄芪（盐水拌炒二钱） 黄柏（酒炒三分） 五味子（九粒捣碎）
用水两钟，生姜三片，大枣一枚，煎至八分满。在饭后较远的时间服用。
治疗一切痈肿溃烂，毒势严重的情况。先用此药清洗二三次，然后再用猪蹄汤清洗。
雄黄（一两） 白矾（四两） 寒水石（一两）
用滚开的热水二三碗，趁热加入上述药物粉末一两，清洗患处。然后用太乙膏或神异膏贴敷。
治疗一切疳疮。
轻粉 银朱 滑石 寒水石 孩儿茶（各二钱） 冰片（二分）
以上药物研成细末，用香油调匀涂抹。干燥状态下直接涂抹也可以。如果局部肿胀坚硬不消退，可用防风、荆芥、牛膝、甘草、滑石，各五钱，用水三碗，煎至二碗，趁热气熏洗患处。
治疗喉风、喉闭，以及一切急性病症导致的咽喉肿塞，是立竿见影、起死回生的良药。
蚵䗪草（即海螵蛸） 铜青 大黄 牙硝（各五钱）
以上药物研成粉末，将白梅肉捣烂混合其中，搅拌均匀。每两药粉制成五丸，用新棉花包裹含在口中，使其慢慢化开咽下。待津液和涎沫吐出即可。

Treats nodular masses in the breasts of women. It is effective whether there is pain or swelling. For those that do not dissipate after a long period, the primary treatment should be with formulas that tonify and expel toxins, with occasional use of this prescription.
Gualou Ren (Trichosanthis Semen, 3 qian) Shengma (Cimicifugae Rhizoma, 2 qian) Lianqiao (Forsythiae Fructum, 2 qian) Qingpi (Aurantii Fructus Immaturus Pericarpium, 2 qian) Gancao Jie (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma with nodes, 2 qian)
Take as one dose. Decoct in water and take orally. If the mass does not dissipate after several doses, switch to a method of tonifying and expelling toxins.
Treats epidemic toxic sores and rashes erupting on the head, face, chest, or diaphragm, as well as all kinds of sore toxins. It is effective.
Shengma (Cimicifugae Rhizoma, 1.5 qian) Jiegeng (Platycodonis Radix, 1.5 qian) Gegen (Puerariae Lobatae Radix, 1.5 qian) Xuanshen (Scrophulariae Radix, 1.5 qian) Niubangzi (Arctii Fructum, 1.5 qian) Mahuang (Ephedrae Herba, 1.5 qian) Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, 1.5 qian) Lianqiao (Forsythiae Fructum, 2 qian)
Take as one packet. Decoct with fresh ginger and water. Take at a time far from meals.
Treats ulcers accompanied by deficiency heat, insomnia, poor appetite, or pain triggered by exposure to foul odors.
Renshen (Panacis Ginseng Radix, 1 qian) Baizhu (Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma, stir-fried, 1 qian) Guishen (Angelicae Sinensis Radix, wine-mixed, 1 qian) Maimendong (Ophiopogonis Radix, heart removed, 1 qian) Cangzhu (Atractylodis Rhizoma, soaked in rice wash water, 1 qian) Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, honey-fried) Chenpi (Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium)
Shengma (Cimicifugae Rhizoma, 0.5 qian) Shenqu (Massa Medicata Fermentata, stir-fried, 0.5 qian) Huangqi (Astragali Membranacei Radix, salt-water mixed and stir-fried, 2 qian) Huangbai (Phellodendri Cortex, wine-fried, 0.3 qian) Wuweizi (Schisandrae Chinensis Fructum, nine grains, crushed)
Use two zhong of water, three slices of fresh ginger, and one jujube. Decoct until only 8/10 remains. Take at a time far from meals.
Treats all kinds of carbuncles, swellings, and ulcerated sores with severe toxin intensity. First, wash the area two or three times with this medicine, then follow with pig trotter soup.
Xionghuang (Realgar, 1 liang) Baifan (Alumen, 4 liang) Hanshuishi (Calcitum, 1 liang)
Use two or three bowls of boiling water. While hot, add one liang of the powdered medicines mentioned above to wash the affected area. Then apply Taiyi Gao or Shenyi Gao as a plaster.
Treats all kinds of gan chuang (chancre-like sores).
Qingfen (Calomelas, 2 qian) Yinzhu (Vermilion, 2 qian) Huashi (Talcum, 2 qian) Hanshuishi (Calcitum, 2 qian) Haiercha (Camelliae Seed, 2 qian) Pian Nao (Borneolum Syntheticum, 0.2 fen)
Grind the above into a fine powder. Mix with sesame oil and apply externally. Dry application is also acceptable. If swelling and induration do not dissipate, use Fangfeng (Saposhnikoviae Radix), Jingjie (Schizonepetae Spica), Niuxi (Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix), Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma), and Huashi (Talcum), each 5 qian. Use three bowls of water, decoct until two bowls remain. While hot, fumigate and wash the affected area.
Treats hou feng (wind affecting the throat) and hou bi (throat closure), as well as all acute conditions causing swelling and obstruction of the throat. It is a miraculous remedy that produces immediate results and can revive the dying.
Hehecao (Sepia Echinochimaerae, 5 qian) Tongqing (Chloropyrite, 5 qian) Dahuang (Rhei Radix et Rhizoma, 5 qian) Yanxiao (Natrii Sulfas, 5 qian)
Grind the above into powder. Mash white plum flesh and mix thoroughly. Make five pills per liang of powder. Wrap each pill in new cotton wool, hold in the mouth to dissolve slowly, and swallow. Spit out saliva and phlegm when they appear.
