治产后心腹绞痛欲死。或血迷心窍。不知人事及寻常腹内瘀血。或积血作痛。妇人血气
痛之圣药也。亦治疝气疼痛。
五灵脂 蒲黄（俱炒等分）
每服二三钱。醋一合。熬或膏。入水一盏。煎七分。食前热服。
治一切毒蛇恶虫并兽所伤。重者毒入腹。则眼黑口噤。手足强直。此药平易不伤气血。
大有神效。不可以为易而忽之。
白矾 甘草（各一两）
为末。每服二钱。不拘时冷水调下。更敷患处。
玄参 桔梗（各一两半） 茯苓（二两半） 人参 牙硝 青黛（各一两） 甘草（七钱半）
麝香（少许） 金银箔（各十片）
上为末。炼蜜丸芡实大。每服一丸。薄荷汤下。痘毒上攻。口齿生疮。以生地黄汁化服
。及用鸡翎敷患处。

上为末。炼蜜丸如绿豆大。每服十丸。灯心汤下。
治血燥作痒。及风热疮疥瘙痒或作痛。

乌甘草（各五分）
水二钟。煎八分。食远服。
葛根 陈皮 杏仁（去皮尖） 麻黄（去节） 知母 黄芩 甘草（各等分）
每服二钱。水煎服。
龙胆草 赤茯苓 升麻 苦楝根皮 防风 芦荟 油发灰（各二钱） 青黛 黄连（各三
猪胆浸 。丸如麻子大每服二十丸薄荷汤下。
治疗产后心腹剧烈绞痛，痛欲致死。或是瘀血迷蒙心窍，导致神志昏迷、不省人事，以及平时腹内的瘀血阻滞，或因积血引起的疼痛。这是治疗妇人血气痛的圣药。同时也治疗疝气疼痛。
五灵脂、蒲黄（均炒制，等量）
每次服用二三钱，醋一合，熬制成膏状，加入水一盏，煎至七分，饭前热服。
治疗各种毒蛇、恶虫及野兽咬伤。重症者毒邪入腹，则出现两眼发黑、牙关紧闭、手足强直。此药性质平和，不损伤气血，有极大神效。不可因为药性平易而轻视它。

研为细末。每次服用二钱，不拘时间，用冷水调服。同时外敷患处。
玄参、桔梗（各一两半）、茯苓（二两半）、人参、牙硝、青黛（各一两）、甘草（七钱半）、麝香（少许）、金银箔（各十片）。
以上药物研为细末，用炼蜜制成如芡实大小的丸剂。每次服用一丸，用薄荷汤送服。若痘毒上攻，导致口齿生疮，可用生地黄汁化开丸药服用，并用鸡毛蘸药液敷于患处。
连翘、防风（去芦头）、黄柏、肉桂（去粗皮）、桑白皮、香豉、独活、秦艽、牡丹皮（各半两）、海藻（二钱半）。
以上药物研为细末，用炼蜜制成如绿豆大小的丸剂。每次服用十丸，用灯心草汤送服。
治疗血燥引起的瘙痒，以及风热疮疥导致的瘙痒或疼痛。
当归（酒拌）、川芎、白芍、防风、生地黄（酒拌）、白蒺藜、荆芥（各钱半）、黄芪、何首乌、甘草（各五分）。
用水二钟，煎至八分，饭后服用。
葛根、陈皮、杏仁（去皮尖）、麻黄（去节）、知母、黄芩、甘草（各等分）。
每次服用二钱，水煎服。

用猪胆汁浸渍后，制成如麻子大小的丸剂。每次服用二十丸，用薄荷汤送服。
Treats severe colicky pain in the heart and abdomen after childbirth, to the point of death. It treats conditions where blood stasis clouds the orifices of the Heart, leading to unconsciousness, as well as ordinary intra-abdominal blood stasis or pain caused by accumulated blood. It is a sacred medicine for treating blood-qi pain in women. It also treats hernia pain.
Wulingzhi (Trogopterus Dung) and Puhuang (Lycopodium Spore), both stir-fried and in equal parts.
Take 2–3 qian per dose. Add one he of vinegar, boil down to an ointment consistency, add one zhan of water, decoct until 70% remains, and take hot before meals.
Treats all kinds of bites from venomous snakes, harmful insects, and beasts. In severe cases, toxins enter the abdomen, causing blackening of the eyes, lockjaw, and stiffness of the limbs. This medicine is mild and does not damage Qi and Blood; it has great miraculous effects. Do not neglect it because it is easily obtained.
Baifan (Alumen) and Gancao (Licorice Root), one liang each.
Grind into powder. Take 2 qian per dose at any time, mixed with cold water. Apply externally to the affected area as well.
Xuanshen (Scrophularia Root), Jiegeng (Platycodon Root), each one-and-a-half liang; Fuling (Poria), two-and-a-half liang; Renshen (Ginseng Root), Yanxiao (Natrii Sulfas), Qingdai (Indigo Naturalis), each one liang; Gancao (Licorice Root), seven-and-a-half qian; Shexiang (Musk), a small amount; Jinyinbo (Gold Leaf) and Yinbo (Silver Leaf), ten pieces each.
Grind the above into powder. Form pills with refined honey, sized like Euryale Seed (Qianshi). Take one pill per dose, washed down with Mint Decoction (Bohe Tang). If toxin from smallpox attacks upward, causing sores in the mouth and teeth, dissolve the pill in Juice of Shengdi Huang (Rehmannia Root) to take. Also apply using chicken feathers dipped in the medication to the affected area.
Lianqiao (Forsythia Fruit), Fangfeng (Saposhnikovia Root, remove rhizome), Huangbai (Phellodendron Bark), Rougui (Cinnamon Bark, remove rough bark), Sangbaipi (Mulberry Root Bark), Xiangchi (Prepared Soybean), Duhuo (Angelica Pubescens Root), Qinjiao (Gentiana Macrophylla Root), Mudanpi (Moutan Cortex), each half liang; Haizao (Sargassum Thallus), two-and-a-half qian.
Grind the above into powder. Form pills with refined honey, sized like mung beans. Take ten pills per dose, washed down with Centella Decoction (Dengxin Tang).
Treats itching caused by Blood dryness, as well as itching or pain from wind-heat sores and scabies.
Danggui (Angelica Sinensis Root, mixed with wine), Chuanxiong (Ligusticum Rhizome), Baishao (White Peony Root), Fangfeng (Saposhnikovia Root), Shengdi Huang (Rehmannia Root, mixed with wine), Baijili (Tribulus Fruit), Jingjie (Schizonepeta Spike), each one-and-a-half qian; Huangqi (Astragalus Root), Heshouwu (Polygonum Multiflorum Root), Gancao (Licorice Root), each five fen.
Add two zhong of water, decoct until eight-tenths remain. Take after meals.
Gegen (Kudzu Root), Chenpi (Citrus Reticulata Peel), Xingren (Apricot Seed, remove skin and tip), Mahuang (Ephedra Stem, remove joints), Zhimu (Anemarrhena Rhizome), Huangqin (Scutellaria Root), Gancao (Licorice Root), all in equal parts.
Take 2 qian per dose, decoct in water and drink.
Longdancao (Gentiana Root), Chi Fuling (Red Poria), Shengma (Cimicifuga Rhizome), Kulian Genpi (Toosendan Bark), Fangfeng (Saposhnikovia Root), Lvhui (Aloe), Youfa Hui (Ash of Oiled Hair), each two qian; Qingdai (Indigo Naturalis), Huanglian (Coptis Rhizome), each three qian.
Soak in Pig Gallbladder Juice. Form pills sized like sesame seeds. Take twenty pills per dose, washed down with Mint Decoction (Bohe Tang).
