冷剂作挺子。多年冷漏恶疮，先用甘草煎水洗，然后贴之；痈肿，皂荚酒调服一丸，如弹子
大；齿断痈肿，贴之，大效。
治一切恶毒疮疼痛，生肌散方。
白术（一升淘四十九遍） 旧皮巾子（一只）
上二味，入瓷瓶子内，泥固头，以大火烧为灰，候冷，细研为末。日二、三上贴之。
治一切恶毒疮，日夜疼痛，脓血不止，宜用此方。

系，于饭上蒸五度，然后用铫子煎五六沸，绵滤去滓，又入胡粉、乳香、白蜡等，更煎一两
沸，以瓷器盛。于软帛上摊贴，日二换之。

治疗各种陈年恶毒疮、发背、冷漏丁疮、刀箭创伤的乌蛇膏方。

治疗各种恶毒疮疼痛的生肌散方。
白术（一升，淘洗四十九遍） 旧皮巾子（一只）
以上两味药，放入瓷瓶内，用泥封固瓶口，用大火烧成灰，待冷却后，细研为末。每天二、三次贴敷患处。
治疗各种恶毒疮，日夜疼痛，脓血不止，宜用此方。

治疗各种恶毒疮的挺子膏方。
麒麟竭（半两） 定粉（一两） 没药（半两） 自然铜（半两） 黄丹（一两） 无名异（半两） 蜡（四两）
以上药物，捣碎过筛为末，先用蜡在铫子内熔化，然后加入药末，用柳枝搅拌，不要停手，直到冷却制成棒状。患者使用时，在漆碟子底部点生油，涂抹均匀，每天两次贴敷。
治疗各种恶毒疮肿的白薇膏方。
白薇（半两） 白蔹（半两） 白芨（半两） 白附子（半两） 白芷（半两） 赤芍药（半两） 胡粉（二两，细研） 乳香（一分，细研） 白蜡（三两） 油（十二两）
以上药物，白薇等六味切碎，用油浸泡七天，用瓷瓶子盛装，用三两重的纸封住瓶口，绳子牢固系紧，放在饭上蒸五次，然后用铫子煎煮五六沸，用绵布滤去药渣，再加入胡粉、乳香、白蜡等，再煎煮一两沸，用瓷器盛装。摊涂在软布上贴敷，每天更换两次。
治疗各种恶毒疮肿的莨菪膏方。
莨菪（二合） 白蔹（末） 川芎（末） 丁香（末） 沉香（末） 乳香（末） 木香（末） 鸡舌香（末，各一两） 黄丹（七两） 麻油（一升半）
以上药物，只有莨菪子单独捣碎，用绵布包裹放入油铛中煎煮，待颜色焦黑，滤出，然后加入白蔹、黄丹等，先用柳木篦不停地搅拌，待稀稠适中，即制成膏药，贮存在瓷盒中。摊涂在旧布上贴敷，每天更换两次。
Formula for Di Sheng Xiong Huang Ointment to Treat All Kinds of Malignant Ulcers and Swellings.
Realgar (Xionghuang, 雄黄) (1 liang, finely ground), Lead Tetroxide (Huandan, 黄丹) (2 liang), Frankincense (Ruxiang, 乳香) (1 fen, finely ground), Myrrh (Moyao, 没药) (1 fen, finely ground), Dragon's Blood (Qilinjie, 麒麟竭) (1 fen, finely ground), Litharge (Miduoseng, 密陀僧) (0.5 liang, finely ground), Musk (Shexiang, 麝香) (0.5 fen, finely ground), Clove (Dingxiang, 丁香) (0.5 fen, powdered), Red Peony Root (Hong Shaoyao, 红芍药) (1 fen, chopped), Bletilla Rhizome (Baiji, 白芨) (1 fen, chopped), Akebia Stem (Bailian, 白蔹) (1 fen, chopped), Angelica Dahurica (Baizhi, 白芷) (1 fen, chopped), Non-ash Wood (Buhui Mu, 不灰木) (1 fen, chopped), Locust Twig and Willow Twig (each 1 cun; use roots in winter and twigs in summer; place together with human hair in one container, soak in water for one day, then filter out), Human Hair (like a ball size, washed clean), Oil (0.5 jin), Beeswax (4 liang).
For the above herbs, starting from Red Peony Root downwards, decoct in oil until Angelica Dahurica turns scorched red, filter out the dregs, add Beeswax and the eight other herbs below Realgar, stir constantly with a willow wood spatula until the color turns black, then pour into a porcelain box. According to the size of the ulcer, spread on old cloth and apply as a plaster.
Formula for Wu She Ointment to Treat All Kinds of Long-standing Malignant Ulcers, Back Carbuncles, Cold Fistulas, Boils, and Knife/Arrow Wounds.
Natrix natrix (Wushe, 乌蛇) (4 liang), Angelica Sinensis (Danggui, 当归) (2 liang), Astragalus Membranaceus (Huangqi, 黄芪) (1.5 liang), Prepared Rehmannia Root (Sheng Gan Dihuang, 生干地黄) (1.5 liang), Human Hair (3 fen, burned to ash), Saposhnikovia Root (Fangfeng, 防风) (1 liang, remove radicle), Licorice Root (Gancao, 甘草) (2 liang), Lead Tetroxide (Huandan, 黄丹) (6 liang), Basic Lead Carbonate (Hufen, 胡粉) (4 liang), Beeswax (2 liang), Pine Rosin (Songzhi, 松脂) (2 liang).
Chop all the above herbs finely. In a cauldron with 2.5 jin of clear oil, add Beeswax, Pine Rosin, and the herbs. Decoct until black, filter through cotton cloth to remove dregs, return the liquid to the cauldron, add Lead Tetroxide, and immediately stir constantly over high heat until the color turns black. Test by dropping into water; it should form bead-like shapes with appropriate hardness. The ointment is ready. Spread on old cloth according to the size of the ulcer and apply. Change twice daily until healed.
Formula for Tingzi Ointment to Treat Pain from All Kinds of Abscesses, Carbuncles, and Malignant Ulcers.
Aconite Root (Fuzi, 附子) (1 liang, peel and remove umbilicus, raw use), Red Peony Root (Chi Shaoyao, 赤芍药) (1 liang), Angelica Sinensis (Danggui, 当归) (1 liang), Apricot Seed (Xingren, 杏仁) (2 liang, soaked in hot water, peel skin and tips, remove double kernels), Coptis Rhizome (Huanglian, 黄连) (1 liang), Red Willow Bark (Chiliupi, 赤柳皮) (4 liang), Dragon's Blood (Qilinjie, 麒麟竭) (1 liang), Myrrh (Moyao, 没药), Lead Tetroxide (Huandan, 黄丹) (3 liang), Clear Oil (2 jin).
Chop all the above herbs finely. First, put Clear Oil and the herbs into a cauldron and decoct until scorched yellow. Let cool and settle, then filter. Then add Lead Tetroxide, Dragon's Blood, and Myrrh, and decoct together. Stir constantly with a willow wood spatula until the color turns black. Take a small amount and drop into water; if it forms beads, the ointment is ready. Allow to cool and shape into sticks. For long-standing cold fistulas and malignant ulcers, wash with Licorice decoction first, then apply. For abscesses and swellings, take one pill (size of a bullet) mixed with Soap Pod wine orally. For gum abscesses and swellings, apply externally; highly effective.
Formula for Shengji San to Treat Pain from All Kinds of Malignant Ulcers.
Atractylodes Macrocephala Rhizome (Baizhu, 白术) (1 sheng, washed forty-nine times), Old Leather Cloth (Jiu Pi Jinzi, 旧皮巾子) (one piece).
Place the above two ingredients in a porcelain bottle, seal the mouth with mud, and burn over high fire until turned to ash. After cooling, grind finely into powder. Apply to the affected area two or three times daily.
This formula is suitable for treating all kinds of malignant ulcers characterized by day-and-night pain and continuous pus and blood discharge.
Realgar (Xionghuang, 雄黄) (3 fen, finely ground), Dragon's Blood (Qilinjie, 麒麟竭) (3 fen, finely ground), Frankincense (Ruxiang, 乳香) (3 fen, finely ground), Musk (Shexiang, 麝香) (1 fen, finely ground), Apricot Seed (Xingren, 杏仁) (2 liang, soaked in hot water, peel skin and tips, remove double kernels), Willow Branch (Yizhi, 柳枝) (one handful, chopped), Lixi Oil (Lixi You, 沥油) (8 liang).
First, put the oil into a small pot and decoct with Apricot Seeds and Willow Branches until black. Filter through cotton cloth, wipe the pot clean, add 2 liang of Lead Tetroxide to the oil and boil, stirring often with a willow twig until black. When drops do not disperse in water, add the powders of the previous four herbs. Boil for a long time until thick, then pour into a porcelain vessel. Spread on soft cloth and apply. Change twice daily.
Formula for Tingzi Ointment to Treat All Kinds of Malignant Ulcers.
Dragon's Blood (Qilinjie, 麒麟竭) (0.5 liang), Lead Subcarbonate (Dingfen, 定粉) (1 liang), Myrrh (Moyao, 没药) (0.5 liang), Pyrite (Ziran Tong, 自然铜) (0.5 liang), Lead Tetroxide (Huandan, 黄丹) (1 liang), Hematite (Wuming Yi, 无名异) (0.5 liang), Beeswax (4 liang).
Pulverize the above herbs into powder. First, melt Beeswax in a small pot, then add the herb powders. Stir constantly with a willow twig without stopping until cooled and shaped into sticks. For patients, apply raw oil to the bottom of a lacquer dish, rub to make it thick, and apply twice daily.
Formula for Baiwei Ointment to Treat All Kinds of Malignant Ulcers and Swellings.
Clematis Root (Baiwei, 白薇) (0.5 liang), Akebia Stem (Bailian, 白蔹) (0.5 liang), Bletilla Rhizome (Baiji, 白芨) (0.5 liang), Typhonium Rhizome (Baifuzi, 白附子) (0.5 liang), Angelica Dahurica (Baizhi, 白芷) (0.5 liang), Red Peony Root (Chi Shaoyao, 赤芍药) (0.5 liang), Basic Lead Carbonate (Hufen, 胡粉) (2 liang, finely ground), Frankincense (Ruxiang, 乳香) (1 fen, finely ground), White Beeswax (Baila, 白蜡) (3 liang), Oil (12 liang).
Chop the six herbs including Baiwei. Soak in oil for seven days. Store in a porcelain bottle, seal the mouth with paper weighing 3 liang, and tie securely with rope. Steam over rice five times. Then decoct in a small pot for five or six boils. Filter through cotton cloth to remove dregs. Add Basic Lead Carbonate, Frankincense, and White Beeswax, and decoct for one or two more boils. Store in a porcelain vessel. Spread on soft cloth and apply. Change twice daily.
Formula for Langdang Ointment to Treat All Kinds of Malignant Ulcers and Swellings.
Datura Seed (Langdang, 莨菪) (2 he), Akebia Stem Powder (Bailian, 白蔹), Ligusticum Rhizome Powder (Xiongqiong, 川芎), Clove Powder (Dingxiang, 丁香), Agarwood Powder (Chenxiang, 沉香), Frankincense Powder (Ruxiang, 乳香), Aucklandia Root Powder (Muxiang, 木香), Cardamom Powder (Jishexiang, 鸡舌香) (each 1 liang), Lead Tetroxide (Huandan, 黄丹) (7 liang), Sesame Oil (Mayou, 麻油) (1.5 sheng).
For the above herbs, only Datura seeds are crushed separately, wrapped in cotton cloth, and placed in an oil cauldron to decoct until scorched black. Filter out. Then add Akebia Stem powder and Lead Tetroxide. Stir constantly with a willow wood spatula until the consistency is appropriate. The ointment is ready. Store in a porcelain box. Spread on old cloth and apply. Change twice daily.
