夫癣病之状者。为皮肉瘾疹如钱文。渐渐增长。或痒或痛。或圆或斜。有棱廓。里则生
虫。搔之有汁。此由风湿邪气。客于腠理。复值寒湿与血气相搏。则血气否涩。而发此疾也。
治一切癣及疥。风痒 疮等。白蒺藜散方。

上件药。捣罗为末。炼蜜和捣三五百杵。丸如梧桐子大。每服不计时候。以熟水下三十
丸。
治诸癣疮。或干或湿。痛痒不可忍。鲫鱼膏方。

上件药。先煎猪脂令沸。即下鱼煎烟尽。次下发令销。滤去滓。下雄黄硫黄末。搅令匀
。盛于瓷器中。不计时候涂之。以瘥为度。
治一切癣。神妙方。
斑蝥（三十枚生用细研） 腻粉（二钱） 藜芦末（一分） 硫黄（一分细研）
上件药。同研令匀。以清油调如糊。候癣痒发时。先以生布子揩。令伤后便涂之。
治疥癣疮。痒不可忍者方。
皂荚（二挺煨去皮子）
上件药。捣细罗为散。以米醋二大盏。同煎如稀饧。以绵滤去滓。入黄连末半两。腻粉
一分。调令匀。候癣发时恶水出。便可先以树白皮搔破。后涂药。三两上便瘥。
又方。
酱瓣（半盏烂研）
上洗净疮。入藜芦末半两。调涂之。
又方。
水银（一两） 芜荑末（半两）
上件药。以少许酥和研。水银星尽。涂之。
又方。
蛇蜕皮（一条烧为灰）
上细研如粉。每服。以温酒调下一钱。
又方。
上取莨菪叶。捣令极烂。以少蜜和封之。
又方。
上取羊蹄根三两。捣令极细。以酽好醋五合。煎十余沸涂之。
又方。
上取雄黄一两细研。以酽醋调如膏。先以新布揩拭疮上。令伤后涂之。
又方。
川椒（三分去目） 豉（三合）
上件药并烧为灰。细研如粉。以清油调涂之。
又方。
上取楝根。以酽醋磨涂之。
又方。
上取野狼跋草。以酽醋磨涂之。
治一切癣疥方。
上取巴豆四五粒。细研。以油一合半。用慢火熬一食久。先吃山栀子汤一碗。后涂此药
。一两上。疮痂干剥。神妙。
又方。
上取犬胆涂之。立效。
又方。
上取牛鼻头津涂之。
又方。
上取酱汁生葶苈末。调涂之。
又方。
上取地卷土。将醋和调。涂之。
癣病的症状表现，是皮肤肌肉出现如铜钱花纹般的瘾疹。逐渐扩大增长，有时瘙痒，有时疼痛，形状或圆或斜，边缘清晰有棱廓。内部滋生虫邪，搔抓后有汁液渗出。这是由于风湿邪气，客居在腠理之间，又恰逢寒湿之气与血气相互搏结，导致血气运行不畅涩滞，从而引发此病。
治疗一切癣病及疥疮、风痒疮等的白蒺藜散方：
白蒺藜（二两，微炒后去刺） 玄参（一两） 沙参（一两，去芦头） 丹参（一两） 苦参（一两，锉碎）
人参（一两，用麦麸炒至微黄，去瓤） 黄蓣（即山药，一两） 细辛（一两） 防风（一两）
以上药物，捣碎并过细罗成为散剂。每次在饭前，用温酒调服二钱。
治疗一切癣病，皮肤瘙痒的苦参丸方：
苦参（一斤半，用水浸泡一夜，切碎后煨干） 菖蒲（四两） 乌蛇（八两，用酒浸泡，去皮骨，炙至微黄）
以上药物，捣碎过罗成为粉末，用炼蜜调和，捣三五百杵，制成梧桐子大小的丸药。每次服用不限时候，用熟水送下三十丸。
治疗各种癣疮，无论干燥或湿润，痛痒难忍的鲫鱼膏方：
鲫鱼（一条中等大小的） 乱发（如鸡蛋大小两团） 雄黄（一两半，细研） 硫黄（一两，细研） 猪脂（半斤）
以上药物，先煎猪脂使其沸腾，随即放入鱼煎至烟尽。接着放入头发使其熔化。过滤去除药渣，加入雄黄和硫黄的粉末，搅拌均匀。盛放在瓷器中，不限时候涂抹患处，以痊愈为度。
治疗一切癣病的神妙方：
斑蝥（三十枚，生用，细研） 腻粉（二钱） 藜芦末（一分） 硫黄（一分，细研）
以上药物，共同研磨均匀，用清油调成糊状。等到癣病瘙痒发作时，先用生布擦拭患处，使其轻微破损后立即涂抹。
治疗疥癣疮，痒不可忍的方子：
皂荚（两根，煨制后去皮去子）
以上药物，捣碎过细罗成为散剂。用两大盏米醋，同煎至稀饧状。用绵布过滤去除药渣，加入黄连末半两、腻粉一分，调匀。等到癣病发作流出恶水时，可先用树白皮搔破患处，然后涂药。约三天即可痊愈。
又一方：
酱瓣（半盏，烂研）
以上洗净疮口，加入藜芦末半两，调和后涂抹。
又一方：
水银（一两） 芜荑末（半两）
以上药物，用少许酥油和研，直到水银星消失，涂抹患处。
又一方：
蛇蜕皮（一条，烧成灰）
以上细研如粉。每次服用，用温酒调下一钱。
又一方：
以上取莨菪叶，捣至极烂，用少量蜂蜜调和后封贴患处。
又一方：
以上取羊蹄根三两，捣至极细，用浓醋五合，煎煮十余沸后涂抹。
又一方：
以上取雄黄一两，细研，用浓醋调成膏状。先用新布擦拭疮面，使其轻微破损后涂抹。
又一方：
川椒（三分，去目） 豉（三合）
以上药物一起烧成灰，细研如粉，用清油调匀涂抹。
又一方：
以上取楝树根，用浓醋磨碎后涂抹。
治疗一切癣疥的方子：
以上取巴豆四五粒，细研。用一合半油，用慢火熬煮一顿饭的时间。先喝一碗山栀子汤，然后涂抹此药。一天左右，疮痂干燥剥落，效果神妙。
又一方：
以上取犬胆涂抹，立即见效。
又一方：
以上取牛鼻头的津液涂抹。
又一方：
以上取酱汁和生葶苈末，调和后涂抹。
The manifestations of tinea (fungal skin infection) involve urticaria-like lesions on the skin and flesh resembling coin patterns. These lesions gradually expand and grow, presenting with either pruritus or pain, and may be circular or oblique in shape, with distinct margins. Internally, parasites are generated; scratching yields exudate. This condition arises from wind-dampness pathogenic factors lodging in the interstices of the skin (Cou Li), compounded by cold-dampness clashing with blood and Qi, leading to stagnation and obstruction of blood and Qi circulation, thereby triggering this disease.
**Bajili San Formula for Treating All Types of Tinea, Scabies, Wind-Itch, and Sores:**
Tribuli Fructus (Baijili, 2 liang, lightly stir-fried and thorns removed)
Scrophulariae Radix (Xuanshen, 1 liang)
Glehniae Radix (Shashen, 1 liang, radix head removed)
Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix (Danshen, 1 liang)
Sophorae Flavescentis Radix (Kushen, 1 liang, sliced)
Panacis Ginseng Radix (Renshen, 1 liang, stir-fried with wheat bran until slightly yellow, pith removed)
Dioscoreae Rhizoma (Huangyu/Shanyao, 1 liang)
Asari Radix et Rhizoma (Xixin, 1 liang)
Saposhnikoviae Radix (Fangfeng, 1 liang)
Crush the above herbs and sift through a fine sieve to make a powder. Take 2 qian before meals, mixed with warm wine.
**Kushen Wan Formula for Treating All Types of Tinea with Skin Pruritus:**
Sophorae Flavescentis Radix (Kushen, 1.5 jin, soaked in water overnight, finely sliced, and baked dry)
Acori Tatarinowii Rhizoma (Changpu, 4 liang)
Agkistrodon (Wushe, 8 liang, soaked in wine, skin and bones removed, roasted until slightly yellow)
Pulverize the above herbs and sift through a sieve. Mix with refined honey and pound 300–500 times. Form pills the size of paulownia seeds. Take 30 pills at any time, washed down with cooked water.
**Jiyu Gao Formula for Treating Various Tinea Sores, Whether Dry or Wet, with Unbearable Pain and Itch:**
Carassius Auratus (Jiyu/Goldfish, one medium-sized)
Human Hair (Luankou, two pieces the size of chicken eggs)
Realgar (Xionghuang, 1.5 liang, finely ground)
Sulfur (Huangshi, 1 liang, finely ground)
Porcine Fat (Zhuzhi, 0.5 jin)
First, boil the porcine fat until boiling. Add the fish and fry until smoke ceases. Then add the hair and melt it. Filter out the dregs. Add the powdered Realgar and Sulfur, and mix evenly. Store in a porcelain vessel. Apply as needed until healed.
**Shenmiao Formula for Treating All Types of Tinea:**
Mylabris (Banmao, 30 pieces, used raw, finely ground)
Calomel (Nifen, 2 qian)
Veratri Radix Powder (Lilvmo, 1 fen)
Sulfur (Huangshi, 1 fen, finely ground)
Grind all ingredients together until uniform. Mix with clear sesame oil to form a paste. When the tinea becomes itchy, first rub the area with raw cloth to cause slight abrasion, then apply immediately.
**Formula for Treating Scabies and Tinea Sores with Unbearable Itch:**
Gleditsiae Sinensis Fructus (Zaojiao, two pods, roasted, skin and seeds removed)
Pulverize the above herbs and sift through a fine sieve. Decoct with two large bowls of rice vinegar until it reaches the consistency of thin syrup. Filter through cotton cloth to remove dregs. Add Coptidis Rhizoma powder (Huanglianmo, 0.5 liang) and Calomel (Nifen, 1 fen), and mix well. When the tinea oozes foul fluid, first scratch the area open using tree bark, then apply the medicine. It should heal within three days.
**Another Formula:**
Fermented Soybean Paste (Jiangban, half a bowl, mashed)
Clean the sore, add Veratri Radix powder (Lilvmo, 0.5 liang), mix, and apply.
**Another Formula:**
Mercury (Shuiyin, 1 liang)
Chukrasia Tabularis Seed Powder (Wuyimo, 0.5 liang)
Mix the above with a small amount of butter and grind until the mercury granules disappear. Apply topically.
**Another Formula:**
Ophichthys Shed Skin (Shetuipi, one strip, burned to ash)
Grind finely into powder. Take 1 qian per dose, mixed with warm wine.
**Another Formula:**
Use Datura leaves (Langdanye), mash thoroughly, mix with a little honey, and apply as a poultice.
**Another Formula:**
Use Rheum Palmatum Root (Yangti gen, 3 liang), grind finely. Decoct with 5 he of strong vinegar for more than ten boils, then apply.
**Another Formula:**
Take Realgar (Xionghuang, 1 liang), grind finely, and mix with strong vinegar to form a paste. First wipe the sore with new cloth to cause slight abrasion, then apply.
**Another Formula:**
Zanthoxyli Fructus (Chuanjiao, 3 fen, eyes removed)
Fermented Soybeans (Chi, 3 he)
Burn both to ash, grind finely into powder, and mix with clear sesame oil for application.
**Another Formula:**
Use Melia Toosendan Root (Lian gen), grind with strong vinegar, and apply.
**Another Formula:**
Use Wild Wolf's Paw Grass (Yelangba cao), grind with strong vinegar, and apply.
**Formula for Treating All Types of Tinea and Scabies:**
Take 4–5 Crotonis Fructus (Badou), grind finely. Simmer in 1.5 he of oil over low heat for the duration of one meal. First, drink one bowl of Gardenia jasminoides fruit soup (Shanzhizi tang), then apply this medicine. Within one day, the scabs will dry and peel off; this is miraculous.

Apply Dog Gallbladder juice directly; effect is immediate.
**Another Formula:**
Apply saliva from the tip of an ox's nose.
**Another Formula:**
Mix soy sauce with raw Semen Lepidii (Tinglizi) powder and apply.
