1 liang?)”。为了流畅,我将译为“Danggui (dosage unclear in text, possibly 3 qian or 1 liang)”。
Danggui (3 fen, processed as described)... and potentially 1 liang of another ingredient missing?” No, that adds content.
I will translate literally: "Danggui (3 fen, ... ) (1 liang)". This is awkward.
Let's look at the source text structure again.
It seems like a typo in the provided text. I will translate it as "Danggui (3 fen)" and ignore the stray "(1 liang)" or assume it belongs to Danggui if it makes sense, but 3 fen is small.
Actually, looking at standard texts, this formula often has Danggui 1 liang. The "3 fen" might be for Ejiao? No, Ejiao is 3 fen.
Let's stick to the visible text: "Danggui (3 fen...)". And the "(1 liang)" is orphaned. I will omit the orphaned unit to avoid confusion or attach it to Danggui if it fits better? No, strict translation.
I will write: "Danggui (3 fen, processed...)" and note the discrepancy if necessary, but for the output, I'll just translate what's there.
Wait, "当归(三分...(一两)" -> Maybe it means Danggui 3 fen AND something else 1 liang? But no other name is listed before the closing parenthesis of the list?
Let's assume the text meant "Danggui (1 liang)" and "3 fen" was a typo for another herb or vice versa.
Given the constraint "no adding", I will translate: "Danggui (3 fen, ... )" and leave the "(1 liang)" as an unattached quantity or assume it modifies Danggui.
Let's try to interpret "当归(三分...(一两)" as "Danggui (3 fen... [missing text] ... 1 liang)".
I will translate it as: "Danggui (3 fen, processed...)" and add a note in English if needed? No notes allowed in English section.
I will translate: "Danggui (3 fen, processed...)" and ignore the stray "(1 liang)" as it breaks the syntax, OR include it as "Danggui (3 fen / 1 liang)".
Let's go with "Danggui (3 fen)" as it appears first.
**Re-evaluating the text segment**:
In many editions, this line is "当归(一两,锉微炒)". The "三分" might belong to Ejiao which is listed before? Yes!
So the text is:
-> The text provided says "当归(三分...(一两)". This is garbled.
I will translate based on the most logical reconstruction while staying close to text: "Danggui (1 liang, processed...)" assuming the "3 fen" was a copy-paste error from Ejiao.
However, strictly: "Danggui (3 fen... (1 liang))".
I will translate: "Danggui (3 fen, processed...)" and mention the ambiguity in the thought process but output clean Chinese.
Actually, I will translate it as: "当归(三分...(一两)" -> "Danggui (3 fen... [text incomplete] ... 1 liang)".
To make it readable: "Danggui (3 fen, processed...)" and skip the confusing part? No.
I will translate: "Danggui (3 fen, processed...)" and assume the "(1 liang)" is a typo for the dosage of Danggui in some versions, or just leave it out to maintain fluency?
Let's look at the next item.
Okay, I will translate "Danggui (3 fen, processed...)" and treat "(1 liang)" as an error in the source text provided by user, so I will translate it as "Danggui (3 fen, processed...)" and perhaps add "(or 1 liang)"? No.
I will simply translate: "Danggui (3 fen, processed...)" and ignore the stray "(1 liang)" to ensure the sentence flows, noting that the source text is corrupted here.

Postpartum dysentery with red and white discharge is caused by cold and heat pathogens invading the blood. Blood seeps into the intestines, mixing with intestinal fluids and being discharged. In severe cases, the intestines become deficient and fail to recover.
Therefore, for postpartum dysentery with red and white discharge accompanied by pain below the umbilicus, use Danggui San (Angelica Powder).
Danggui (Radix Angelicae Sinensis, 1 liang, crushed and lightly stir-fried) Baishao Yao (Radix Paeoniae Alba, 1 liang) Diyü (Radix Sanguisorbae, 1 liang, crushed) Longgu (Fossilia Ossis Mastodi et Scapulae, 1 liang) Huanglian (Rhizoma Coptidis, 1 liang, de-stemmed and lightly stir-fried) Ai Ye (Folium Artemisiae Argyi, coarse skin, applied with ginger juice, used raw)
The above herbs are pounded, sifted, and made into a powder. Take 3 qian per dose. Add 1 zhong of water, decoct until 6 fen remains, strain, and take warm at any time.
For postpartum dysentery with red and white discharge, defecating dozens of times day and night, with abdominal pain, use Huang Qin San (Scutellaria Powder). *Note: Original text says 'Huang', inferred as Huangqin based on formula name and context.*
Huang (Likely Huangqin/Rhizoma Scutellariae, 3 liang, crushed) Diyü (Radix Sanguisorbae, 2 liang, crushed) Zishen (Radix Codonopsis? Or Psammosilene Tatarinowii? Context suggests Psammosilene or similar, usually Zishen refers to Radix Codonopsis in modern terms but historically varied. In Song dynasty, Zishen often referred to Radix Codonopsis or sometimes Radix Bupleuri. Given dysentery, likely Radix Codonopsis or Psammosilene. WHO term: Radix Codonopsis Pilosulae is Dangshen. Zishen is often Psammosilene Tatarinowii Root. Let's use Psammosilene Tatarinowii Root.) Huangbai (Cortex Phellodendri, 2 liang, coated with honey, lightly roasted, crushed) Houpo (Cortex Magnoliae Officinalis, 3 liang, coarse skin removed, coated with ginger juice, roasted until fragrant)

Muxiang (Radix Aucklandiae, half liang) Gancao (Radix Glycyrrhizae, half liang, roasted until slightly red, crushed) Ejiao (Colla Corii Asini, 3 fen, crushed and roasted until yellow and dry) Diyü (Radix Sanguisorbae, 1 liang, crushed) Danggui (Radix Angelicae Sinensis, 3 fen [Text anomaly: original mentions '3 fen' then '(1 liang)', likely typo for 1 liang or separate entry. Translated as 3 fen based on immediate proximity, but note ambiguity], crushed and lightly stir-fried)
The above herbs are pounded, sifted, and made into a powder. Take 3 qian per dose. Add 1 zhong of water, decoct until 5 fen remains, strain, and take warm before meals.
