上件药。都细研为散。仍于烈日中摊晒半日。后入瓷瓶子中盛。如有坠损及骨折筋断。
用生油稠调涂之。如已成疮。干敷之。立效。
治坠落车马。筋骨疼痛不止。没药鸡子酒方。
没药（半两研末） 生鸡子（三枚） 细酒（一升）
上先将鸡子开破。取白去黄。盛碗内。入没药。以酒暖令热。投于碗中令匀。不计时候
温服。
又方。
延胡索（一两）
上件药。捣细罗为散。不计时候。以豆淋酒调下二钱。
治疗各种损伤。如从马上摔落被车轮碾压导致的骨折等伤损，适宜服用接骨散（又名恶血骨碎补散）。

治疗从马背上摔落或从车上坠落，导致骨头碎裂、筋脉受伤受压造成的损伤，疼痛不止的情况，使用五骨散。

天雄（半两，炮裂后去皮和脐） 肉苁蓉（半两，用酒浸泡一夜，刮去皱皮，炙干）
以上五种骨骼切成细丝，用酒和醋各半升，浸泡一夜后捞出，炙烤至黄色，冷却后加入另外两种药，一同捣碎过细罗筛成散剂。不分时候，用温酒调服二钱。另外取黄米半升煮成糊状，加入药散八分，调和均匀，涂抹贴在骨折和筋伤处，疼痛立即停止。
治疗各种损伤，如落马或被车马碾压，失足坠落导致的骨折疼痛，使用虎骨散。
虎胫骨（二两，涂酥油炙烤至黄色） 桂心（一两） 牛膝（一两，去除苗头） 续断（子）（一两） 续断（一两）

治疗从马背上摔落或从车上坠落的各种伤损，以及骨折引起的遍身疼痛，适宜服用当归散。
当归（一两，切碎后微炒） 附子（半两，炮裂后去皮和脐） 桂心（半两） 泽兰（半两） 川芎（一两）
槟榔（一两） 甘草（半两，炙烤至微红后切碎） 川椒（半两，去掉目及闭口者，微炒去汗）
以上药物，捣碎过细罗筛成散剂。不分时候，用温酒调服二钱。
治疗从车马上坠落导致的伤折，内部损伤疼痛，使用赤芍药散。
赤芍药（一两） 买子木（三分） 夜合花（一分） 当归（三分，切碎微炒） 骨碎补（三分）
川芎（一两） 桂心（一两） 质汗（一两）
以上药物，捣碎过细罗筛成散剂。不分时候，用温酒调服二钱。
治疗从车上坠落或从马背上摔落造成的伤损，筋骨疼痛，皮肉破裂，出血不止，使用牡蛎散。
牡蛎（一两，用湿纸包裹，外面再用泥包裹，待干后用大火烧至通红） 白矾（三两，烧至汁液流尽） 黄丹（三两） 腻粉（一两） 雄黄（一两，细细研磨） 雌黄（半两，细细研磨） 麝香（二钱，细细研磨） 麒麟血（一两）
以上药物，全部细细研磨成散剂，并在烈日下摊开晾晒半天，然后装入瓷瓶中储存。如果有坠落损伤或骨折筋断，用生油调稠涂抹患处。如果已经形成疮口，则干敷，立见疗效。
治疗从车马上坠落导致的筋骨疼痛不止，使用没药鸡子酒方。
没药（半两，研磨成末） 生鸡蛋（三枚） 细酒（一升）
先将鸡蛋打破，取出蛋清去掉蛋黄，盛在碗内，放入没药，用酒加热至温热，倒入碗中搅拌均匀，不分时候温服。
又一方：
延胡索（一两）
以上药物，捣碎过细罗筛成散剂。不分时候，用豆淋酒调服二钱。
To treat various injuries, such as fractures caused by falling from a horse or being run over by a cart wheel, it is advisable to take Jiegu San (Bone-Setting Powder), also known as Exsanguinating Gu Sui Bu Powder.
Gu Sui Bu (Drynariae Rhizoma) [1 liang], Puhuang (Pollinis Typhae) [1 liang], Muxiang (Aucklandiae Radix) [0.5 liang], Yanhusuo (Corydalis Rhizoma) [1 liang], Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix) [0.5 liang, sliced and lightly stir-fried];
Guixin (Cinnamomi Cortex) [0.5 liang], Xiong (Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma) [0.5 liang], Binglang (Arecae Semen) [1 liang].
The above herbs are finely ground and passed through a fine sieve to make a powder. At any time, mix 2 qian with warm wine and take orally.
For treating injuries from falling off horses or carts, where bones are shattered, tendons are injured and compressed, causing unceasing pain, use Wugu San (Five-Bone Powder).
Lingqi Xianggu (Manis Pentadactylae Cervical Vertebrae) [1 liang], Mihou Xianggu (Macaca mulatta Cervical Vertebrae) [1 liang], Hu Xianggu (Panthera tigris Cervical Vertebrae) [1 liang], Huangquan Xianggu (Canis lupus familiaris Cervical Vertebrae) [1 liang], Yemao Xianggu (Felis silvestris Cervical Vertebrae) [1 liang];
Tianxiong (Aconiti Kusnezoffii Radix Preparata) [0.5 liang, processed until cracked, skin and navel removed], Rousongrong (Cynomorii Folium) [0.5 liang, soaked in wine overnight, wrinkled skin scraped off, roasted dry].
Finely chop the aforementioned five types of bones. Soak them for one night in half a sheng of wine and half a sheng of vinegar. Remove and roast until yellow. After cooling, add the other two herbs. Grind together finely and pass through a fine sieve to make a powder. At any time, mix 2 qian with warm wine and take orally. Additionally, take half a sheng of yellow millet, cook into a paste, add 8 fen of the powder, mix evenly, and apply to the site of bone fracture and tendon injury. Pain will stop immediately.
To treat all injuries, such as falling from horses, being run over by carriages, or falling and suffering fractures and pain, use Hugu San (Tiger Bone Powder).
Hujinggu (Pantheris Tigris Tibia) [2 liang, coated with butter and roasted until yellow], Guixin (Cinnamomi Cortex) [1 liang], Niuxi (Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix) [1 liang, tips removed], Xuduanzi (Dipsaci Radix Seed) [1 liang], Xuduan (Dipsaci Radix) [1 liang];
Lizi (Castaneae Molliferae Fructus) [2 liang, shelled and roasted until yellow], Zelan (Lycopus Lucidus Herba) [1 liang], Yuliren (Prunus japonica Seed) [1 liang, soaked in water, skin removed, lightly stir-fried].

Binglang (Arecae Semen) [1 liang], Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma) [0.5 liang, roasted until slightly red and sliced], Chuanjiao (Zanthoxyli Pericarpium) [0.5 liang, eyes and closed-mouth ones removed, lightly stir-fried to remove moisture].
The above herbs are finely ground and passed through a fine sieve to make a powder. At any time, mix 2 qian with warm wine and take orally.
To treat injuries and fractures from falling off cars or horses, accompanied by internal injury pain, use Chishaoyao San (Red Peony Root Powder).
Chishaoyao (Paeoniae Radix Rubra) [1 liang], Maizimu (Meliae Toosendan Fructus) [3 fen], Yehehua (Albiziae Julibrissin Flos) [1 fen], Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix) [3 fen, crushed and lightly stir-fried], Gu Sui Bu (Drynariae Rhizoma) [3 fen];
Xiong (Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma) [1 liang], Guixin (Cinnamomi Cortex) [1 liang], Zihan (Calci Carbonis Preparatum) [1 liang].
The above herbs are finely ground and passed through a fine sieve to make a powder. At any time, mix 2 qian with warm wine and take orally.
To treat injuries from falling off carts or horses, involving tendon and bone pain, ruptured skin and flesh, and unceasing bleeding, use Muli San (Oyster Shell Powder).
Muli (Concha Ostreae) [1 liang, wrapped in wet paper, then covered with mud, dried, and fired in a strong fire until red-hot], Baifan (Alumen) [3 liang, fired until liquid runs out], Huangdan (Minii Oxidum Rubrum) [3 liang], Nifen (Calomelas) [1 liang], Xionghuang (Realgar) [1 liang, finely ground], Cihuang (Orpiment) [0.5 liang, finely ground], Shexiang (Moschus) [2 qian, finely ground], Qilin Xue (Sanguis Draconis) [1 liang].
All the above herbs are finely ground into a powder. Spread them out to dry in the sun for half a day, then store in a porcelain bottle. For falls causing damage or bone fractures and tendon breaks, mix with raw sesame oil to a thick consistency and apply externally. If an ulcer has formed, apply dry powder. It is effective immediately.
To treat unceasing tendon and bone pain after falling off cars or horses, use Moyao Ji Zi Jiu (Myrrh Egg Wine).
Moyao (Myrrha) [0.5 liang, ground into powder], Sheng Ji Zi (Galli Ovum) [3 pieces], Xi Jiu (Fine Wine) [1 sheng].
First, break the eggs, separate the white from the yolk, and place the white in a bowl. Add the myrrh powder. Warm the wine and pour it into the bowl, mixing evenly. Take warm at any time.

Yanhusuo (Corydalis Rhizoma) [1 liang].
