夫妊娠小便不通者。由小肠有热。热入于胞内也。热（结甚者）。故小便不通。若不通。

上件药。捣粗罗为散。每服三钱。以水一中盏。入葱白七寸。
煎至六分。去滓。不计时候温服。

车前子〔二（一）两〕 川大黄（半两锉碎微炒）
上件药。捣罗为细散。每于食前。以蜜水调下二钱。
又方。
葵子 赤茯苓 瞿麦（以上各一两）
上件药。捣细罗为散。每服不计时候。以温水调下一钱。
治妊娠卒小便不通方。
杏仁（一两汤浸去皮尖双仁麸炒微黄） 滑石（一两捣末）
上件药。先捣热杏仁。后入滑石末。以软饭和丸。如小豆大。每服不计时候。煎葱白汤

又方。
上用滑石末。水和。泥腹下三寸上即瘥。
又方。
上用紫菀去苗。捣末。以井华水调下二钱。立通。
又方。
蔓菁子（三两）
上件药。捣细罗为散。每服不计时候。煎葱白汤调下一钱。
妊娠期间大小便不通畅，是由于脏腑之气亢盛，产生内热。热邪随着停积的部位而形成病症。如果热邪结聚在大肠，就会导致大便不通。
治疗妊娠期间大小便不通，伴有心胸腹部胀闷不适、不想进食的症状，使用槟榔散方。

以上药物，捣碎并过筛制成散剂。每次服用四钱，用水一中盏，煎煮至六分，滤去药渣，不分时候温服。

枳壳（三两，麸炒至黄色，去瓤） 川大黄（一两，锉碎，微炒） 木通（一两，锉碎） 槟榔（一两） 大腹皮（三两，锉）
以上药物，捣细并过罗制成散剂。每次服用时，用童子尿一中盏，加入葱白二寸，一同煎煮至六（八）分，滤去药渣，不分时候温服。
又一个方子。
冬葵子（一合） 川朴硝（二两）
以上药物，捣粗罗制成散剂。每次服用三钱，用水一中盏，煎煮至六分，滤去药渣，不分时候温服。
治疗妊娠期间大小便不利的方子。
取甘遂，煨至黄色，捣细并过罗制成散剂。每次服用不拘时候，用温水调服“一字”量。
妊娠期间小便不通，是由于小肠有热，热邪侵入胞宫内部。热邪结聚严重时，所以小便不通。如果小便不通，则会导致心胸烦闷。
治疗妊娠小便不通，伴有脐下胀闷不适、心神烦躁混乱的症状，使用以下方子。
冬葵子（一两） 榆白皮（一两，锉碎） 葱白（七茎）
以上药物，用水两大盏，煎煮至一大盏三分，滤去药渣，不分时候，分三次温服。
另一个方子。
滑石（一两） 寒水石（一两） 冬葵子（一两）
以上药物，捣粗罗制成散剂。每次服用三钱，用水一中盏，加入葱白七寸，煎煮至六分，滤去药渣，不分时候温服。
治疗妊娠小便不通，伴有脐下胀闷不适的方子。
车前子〔二（一）两〕 川大黄（半两，锉碎，微炒）
以上药物，捣罗制成细散剂。每次在饭前，用蜜水调服二钱。
又一个方子。
冬葵子 赤茯苓 瞿麦（以上各一两）
以上药物，捣细并过罗制成散剂。每次服用不拘时候，用温水调服一钱。
治疗妊娠突然小便不通的方子。
杏仁（一两，汤浸去皮尖及双仁，麸炒微黄） 滑石（一两，捣末）
以上药物，先捣烂热的杏仁，后加入滑石末，用软米饭和丸，如小豆大小。每次服用不拘时候，煎葱白汤送服二丸。
又一个方子。
取滑石末，用水调和，涂抹于小腹下三寸处，即刻痊愈。
又一个方子。
取紫菀去苗，捣成末，用井华水调服二钱，立即通畅。
When a pregnant woman suffers from constipation and dysuria, it is due to excess Qi in the Zang-Fu organs generating internal Heat. The Heat follows the site of stagnation to manifest as pathology. If Heat binds in the Large Intestine (Da Chang), constipation results.
To treat constipation and dysuria during pregnancy, accompanied by chest and abdominal fullness, oppression, and loss of appetite, use the Areca Seed Powder (Binglang San) formula:
Areca Seed (Binglang, 1 liang); Red Poria (Chi Fuling, 1 liang); Platycodon Root (Jiegeng, 0.5 liang, remove the root head); Betel Nut Peel (Dafupi, 1 liang, sliced); Akebia Stem (Mutong, 1 liang, sliced); Licorice Root (Gancao, 0.5 liang, honey-fried slightly, sliced).
Crush and sieve the above ingredients into a powder. Take 4 qian per dose. Add one zhong of water, decoct until reduced to 6 fen, strain, and take warm at any time.
Another prescription:
Immature Bitter Orange (Zhiqiao, 3 liang, stir-fried with bran until yellow, remove pith); Rhubarb (Dahuang, 1 liang, sliced, slightly stir-fried); Akebia Stem (Mutong, 1 liang, sliced); Areca Seed (Binglang, 1 liang); Betel Nut Peel (Dafupi, 3 liang, sliced).
Crush and sieve the above ingredients finely into a powder. For each dose, use one zhong of urine from an uncircumcised boy, add two cun of Scallion White (Congbai), decoct together until reduced to 6 (8) fen, strain, and take warm at any time.
Another prescription:
Okra Seed (Kuizi, 1 he); Mirabilite (Puxiao, 2 liang).
Crush and sieve the above ingredients coarsely into a powder. Take 3 qian per dose. Add one zhong of water, decoct until reduced to 6 fen, strain, and take warm at any time.
Prescription for treating difficult urination and defecation during pregnancy:
Take Kansui Root (Gansui), bake until yellow, crush and sieve finely into a powder. Take one "zi" amount mixed with warm water at any time.
Dysuria during pregnancy is caused by Heat in the Small Intestine entering the Uterus (Bao Gong). When Heat binds severely, urinary retention occurs. If urination is obstructed, it leads to chest and heart oppression.
To treat dysuria during pregnancy, accompanied by hypogastric fullness/oppression and mental restlessness, use the following prescription:
Okra Seed (Kuizi, 1 liang); Elm Bark (Yubai pi, 1 liang, crushed); Scallion White (Congbai, 7 stalks).
Add two large zhongs of water, decoct until reduced to one large zhong plus 3 fen, strain, and divide into three warm doses to be taken at any time.
Another prescription:
Talcum (Huashi, 1 liang); Calcined Gypsum (Hanshui shi, 1 liang); Okra Seed (Kuizi, 1 liang).
Crush and sieve the above ingredients coarsely into a powder. Take 3 qian per dose. Add one zhong of water and seven cun of Scallion White (Congbai), decoct until reduced to 6 fen, strain, and take warm at any time.
Prescription for treating dysuria during pregnancy with hypogastric fullness/oppression:
Plantago Seed (Cheqianzi, [2 (1) liang]); Rhubarb (Dahuang, 0.5 liang, sliced, slightly stir-fried).
Crush and sieve the above ingredients into a fine powder. Before meals, mix with honey-water and take 2 qian.
Another prescription:
Okra Seed (Kuizi); Red Poria (Chifuling); Dianthus Flower (Qumai) (each 1 liang).
Crush and sieve the above ingredients finely into a powder. Take 1 qian mixed with warm water at any time.
Prescription for sudden urinary retention during pregnancy:
Apricot Kernel (Xingren, 1 liang, soaked in hot water, peel and remove tips and double kernels, stir-fried with bran until slightly yellow); Talcum (Huashi, 1 liang, powdered).
First crush the heated Apricot Kernels, then add the Talcum powder. Mix with soft rice to form pills the size of small beans. Take two pills mixed with Scallion White Decoction at any time.
Another prescription:
Take Talcum powder, mix with water, apply to the lower abdomen three cun below the umbilicus; recovery will be immediate.
Another prescription:
Take Astera Root (Ziwan), remove roots, powder, and take 2 qian mixed with well-water drawn at dawn (Jinghua Shui); patency will be immediate.
Another prescription:
Turnip Seed (Manjingzi, 3 liang).
Crush and sieve the above ingredients finely into a powder. Take 1 qian mixed with Scallion White Decoction at any time.
