上件药相和。
煎至四合。去滓。不计时候。量儿大小。分减温服。
治小儿中风。口 斜僻。宜涂蝉壳散方。
蝉壳（取五月五日树东南枝上者） 寒食白面（等分）
上件药。都研令细。以酽醋调为糊。如患左斜。右边涂之。右斜。左边涂之。候口正。

又方。
上用栝蒌瓤。以水绞汁。和大麦面。溲作饼子。炙令热。熨正便止。勿令太过。
治小儿中风。口眼偏斜。身上顽麻方。
蓖麻子（一两别研） 樗根皮（一两为末） 栝蒌瓤（一两炒干为末）
上件药。同研令匀。以大麦面饼子。糁药末在上。左患贴右。右患贴左。以慢火 正。
急去
小儿出现口眼歪斜的症状，是因为风邪侵入下颌部位的筋脉所致。足阳明胃经的筋脉，上行夹持于口部；手三阳经的筋脉偏侧拘急。
治疗小儿中风引起的口眼歪斜、手足活动不利，以及风邪侵入脏腑、言语不能、心神昏沉闷乱等症状，使用防风散方。
药材包括：防风（去除芦头）、川升麻、桂心、羚羊角屑、麻黄（去除根节）、羌活、芎䓖、杏仁（用汤浸泡后去皮）。
以上药物，捣碎并过粗罗筛成散剂。每次服用一钱，用水一小盏，煎煮至剩余五分水量，滤去药渣，加入半合竹沥，再煮沸一两滚即可。根据患儿年龄大小，酌情增减剂量。
治疗小儿中风引起的口眼歪斜，使用汉防己散方。
药材包括：汉防己、防风（去除芦头）、川升麻、桂心、芎䓖、羚羊角屑、麻黄（去除根节，以上各半两）。
以上药物，捣碎并过粗罗筛成散剂。每次服用一钱，用水一小盏，煎煮至剩余五分水量，滤去药渣，加入半合竹沥，再煮沸一两滚。
治疗小儿中风引起面部牵引导致口角偏斜、身体拘挛紧急、舌头不能转动，适宜服用生地黄饮子方。
药材包括：生地黄汁（三合）、竹沥（三合）、独活（三分，研末）。
以上药物混合在一起，煎煮至四合水量，滤去药渣，不限时间，根据患儿年龄大小，分次温服。
治疗小儿中风引起的口眼歪斜，适宜外涂蝉壳散方。
药材包括：蝉壳（取五月五日东南树枝上的）、寒食白面（等分）。
以上药物，一起研磨至极细，用浓醋调成糊状。如果患侧向左歪斜，则涂抹右侧；如果向右歪斜，则涂抹左侧。待口型端正后，立即停止。
又一方：
用上法取得的栝蒌瓤，用水绞取汁液，与大麦面混合，揉捏成饼状，烤热后熨敷患处，使口眼端正即止，不要过度熨烫。
治疗小儿中风引起的口眼偏斜、身上顽固性麻木，使用以下方剂：
药材包括：蓖麻子（一两，单独研磨）、樗根皮（一两，研末）、栝蒌瓤（一两，炒干后研末）。
以上药物共同研磨均匀，用大麦面饼作为载体，将药末撒在饼上。左侧患病贴敷右侧，右侧患病贴敷左侧，用慢火加热使其端正，迅速取下。
The condition of infantile wind-stroke with deviation of the mouth and eye is caused by wind pathogen invading the tendons of the mandible. The tendons of the Foot-Yangming Stomach Channel ascend and flank the mouth, while the tendons of the Hand-Taiyang, Hand-Taiyin, and Hand-Shaoyang Channels are spasmodic on one side.
To treat infantile wind-stroke manifesting as deviation of the mouth and eye, inability to move the limbs, wind pathogen invading the Zang organs, aphasia, and mental confusion or oppression, use Fangfeng San (Saposhnikovia Powder).
Herbs include: Fangfeng (Radix Saposhnikoviae, remove the rhizome head), Chuan Shengma (Rhizoma Cimicifugae), Guixin (Cortex Cinnamomi), Lingyangjiao Xie (Horn Saigantrotis), Mahuang (Herba Ephedrae, remove roots and joints), Qianghuo (Rhizoma et Radix Notopterygii), Xiongqiong (Radix Ligustici Chuanxiong), Xingren (Semen Armeniacae Amarum, soak in hot water and remove skin).
The above herbs are coarsely ground and sieved to make a powder. Take 1 qian per dose, add one small cup of water, decoct until reduced to 0.5 cup volume, strain the dregs, add 0.5 he of Zhuli (Bamboo Sap), and boil for one or two more boils. Adjust the dosage according to the child's age and size.
To treat infantile wind-stroke with deviation of the mouth and eye, use Hanfangji San (Stephania Tetrandra Powder).
Herbs include: Hanfangji (Radix Stephaniae Tetrandrae), Fangfeng (Radix Saposhnikoviae, remove the rhizome head), Chuan Shengma (Rhizoma Cimicifugae), Guixin (Cortex Cinnamomi), Xiongqiong (Radix Ligustici Chuanxiong), Lingyangjiao Xie (Horn Saigantrotis), Mahuang (Herba Ephedrae, remove roots and joints; each half liang).
The above herbs are coarsely ground and sieved to make a powder. Take 1 qian per dose, add one small cup of water, decoct until reduced to 0.5 cup volume, strain the dregs, add 0.5 he of Zhuli (Bamboo Sap), and boil for one or two more boils.
For infantile wind-stroke causing facial traction leading to mouth deviation, body stiffness and spasm, and inability to move the tongue, it is suitable to take Shengdihuang Yinzi (Rehmannia Decoction).
Herbs include: Shengdihuang Zhi (Jus Rehmanniae Recens, three he), Zhuli (Bamboo Sap, three he), Duhuo (Radix Angelicae Pubescentis, three fen, powdered).
Mix the above ingredients, decoct until reduced to four he volume, strain the dregs, and take warm doses divided according to the child's age and size, at any time.
For infantile wind-stroke with deviation of the mouth and eye, apply Chanke San (Cicada Slough Powder) externally.
Herbs include: Chanke (Exuviation Cicadae, collected from the southeast branch of trees on the fifth day of the fifth lunar month), Hanshi Baifan (White Flour from Cold Food Festival, equal parts).
Grind the above herbs together until fine, mix with strong vinegar to form a paste. If the deviation is to the left, apply to the right side; if to the right, apply to the left side. Once the mouth returns to normal, stop immediately.
Another prescription:
Use the pulp of Gualou (Fructus Trichosanthis), squeeze out the juice with water, mix with Damai Mian (Farina Hordei), knead into cakes, heat them by roasting, and apply as a hot compress to correct the deviation. Stop when corrected, avoiding excessive heat.
To treat infantile wind-stroke with deviation of the mouth and eyes and persistent numbness of the body, use the following formula:
Herbs include: Bimazi (Semen Ricini, one liang, separately ground), Chugenpi (Cortex Ailanthi, one liang, powdered), Gualou Rang (Pulp Fructus Trichosanthis, one liang, stir-fried dry and powdered).
Grind the above herbs uniformly together. Sprinkle the herbal powder onto a Farina Hordei cake. Apply the cake to the opposite side (left lesion to right, right lesion to left). Heat gently with slow fire to correct the position, then remove promptly.
