黑豆（三合） 苣KT （三合） 诃黎勒皮（一两）
上件药。捣罗为末。以水拌令匀。内于竹筒中。以乱发塞口。用 灰内煨取油。贮于瓷
器中
又方。
葛根末 猪脂 羊脂（以上各二两）
上件药。入铫子内。以慢火熬成膏。收于瓷合中。每取一钱。涂摩头上。日再用。不过

陈香薷（二两） 胡粉（一两） 猪脂（半两）
上件药。以水一大盏。煎香薷。取汁三分。去滓。入胡粉猪脂相和。令匀。涂于头上。

治小儿头秃不生发。苦痒。蔓菁子散方。
上取蔓菁子。捣为末。以猪脂调涂于秃处。佳。
又方。
上用贯众烧灰。细研。以油调敷之。

上用鲫鱼一头。烧灰。研为末。酱汁和敷之。

上取楸叶中心嫩者。捣绞取汁。涂之。

上用麻子一升。熬黑。压取脂。敷头上良。

上用盐汤洗之。生油和蒲苇灰敷之。

夫小儿齿不生者。由骨之所终。而为髓之所养也。小儿有禀气不足者。则髓不能充于齿

治小儿齿不生。或因落不生方。
上取牛粪中黑豆。二七粒。小开去头上皮。以此豆头开处。注齿根上。时时用之。当效。
又方。
雄鼠粪（三七枚）
上件药。每日用鼠粪一枚。齿根上拭。至二十一日当生。
又方。
上取路旁遗却稻粒。于齿落处。点二七下。其齿自生。神效。
足少阴经是肾的经脉。其荣华表现在头发上。小儿先天禀受少阴之气，若血气不足，则头发稀疏单薄。也有因为疮疡而脱落不长头发的情况。
治疗小儿脑疳，头发连根结成穗状，脱落不再生长，兼有白色秃疮、头发不生的情况，都适宜使用生发神效黑豆膏方。
黑豆（三合） 苣荬菜（三合） 诃黎勒皮（一两）
以上药物，捣碎过筛成粉末，用水拌均匀，放入竹筒中，用乱发塞住口，用灶灰在周围煨烤取油，储存在瓷器中。
又一方。
葛根末 猪脂 羊脂（以上各二两）
以上药物，放入铫子内，用慢火熬制成膏，收存在瓷盒中。每次取一钱，涂抹按摩头部，每天两次，不超过五次即可见效。
治疗小儿白色秃疮，头发不生，干燥疼痛，适宜使用香薷煎方。
陈年香薷（二两） 胡粉（一两） 猪脂（半两）
以上药物，用一大盏水，煎煮香薷，取汁液三分，去掉药渣，加入胡粉和猪脂调和均匀，涂抹在头上，每天两次。
治疗小儿头秃不长头发，苦于瘙痒，适宜使用蔓菁子散方。
取蔓菁子，捣成粉末，用猪脂调匀涂抹在秃处，效果佳。
又一方。
取鲫鱼一条，烧成灰，研为粉末，用酱汁调和后敷贴。
又一方。
取楸树中心嫩叶，捣烂绞取汁液，涂抹患处。
又一方。
用雁脂敷贴患处。
小儿牙齿不生长的原因，在于骨之终末，由髓来滋养。小儿如果有禀气不足的，则髓不能充盈牙齿和骨骼。
治疗小儿牙齿不生长，或者因脱落而不再生长的方子。
取牛粪中的黑豆，十四粒，轻轻剥去豆头上的皮，用这豆头剥开处，点注在齿根上，经常使用，应当有效。
The Foot-Shaoyin meridian is the channel of the Kidney. Its flourishing aspect manifests in the hair. Children inherit the Qi of Shaoyin; if Blood and Qi are insufficient, the hair will be sparse and thin. There are also cases where hair falls out and fails to regrow due to sores.
For treating infant brain gan (脑疳) with hair falling out from the root in tufts, failing to regrow, accompanied by white tinea capitis (白秃) and failure of hair growth, the Shenxiao Heidou Gao (Divine Efficacy Black Soybean Ointment) for Hair Growth is suitable.
Heidou (Black Soybean Seed, 3 he) Jumaicai (Sonchus oleraceus Herb, 3 he) Helilepi (Pericarpium Chebulae, 1 liang)
Crush and sieve the above ingredients into powder. Mix evenly with water, place inside a bamboo tube, seal the mouth with tangled hair, and roast within ash to extract the oil. Store in a porcelain vessel.
Another prescription.
Gegen Powder (Puerariae Lobatae Radix, 2 liang) Zhizhi (Porcine Adipose, 2 liang) Yangzhi (Ovine Adipose, 2 liang)
Place the above ingredients in a ding (ceramic or metal pot), simmer slowly over low heat until it forms an ointment. Store in a porcelain box. Take one qian each time, apply and massage onto the scalp twice daily. It should take no more than five applications.
For treating infant white tinea capitis (白秃) with no hair growth, dryness, and pain, the Xiangru Jian (Elsholtzia Decoction) is suitable.
Chen Xiangru (Herba Elsholtziae, 2 liang) Hufen (Lead Carbonate, 1 liang) Zhizhi (Porcine Adipose, 0.5 liang)
Add one da zhen (large cup) of water to decoct the Xiangru. Reduce to three parts of the liquid, remove the dregs, mix in the Hufen and Zhizhi until uniform, and apply to the scalp twice daily.
For treating infant alopecia with severe itching, the Manjingzi San (Brassica Juncea Seed Powder) is suitable.
Take Manjingzi (Brassica Juncea Seed), crush into powder, mix with Zhizhi (Porcine Adipose), and apply to the bald area. This is excellent.

Burn Guanzhong (Cyrtomii Rhizoma) to ash, grind finely, and apply mixed with oil.
Another prescription.
Take one crucian carp (Carassius auratus), burn to ash, grind into powder, and apply mixed with soy sauce.
Another prescription.
Take the tender central leaves of Qiuye (Catalpa ovata Leaf), crush and squeeze to obtain juice, and apply.
Another prescription.
Take one sheng (approx. 600g) of Maziren (Semen Cannabisae), roast until black, press to extract oil, and apply to the scalp. This is beneficial.

Wash with salted water, then apply a mixture of You (vegetable/olive oil) and Puwei Hui (Ash of Cattail Reeds).

Apply Yanzhi (Anseris Adipose).
The reason infants do not grow teeth lies in the termination of the bones, which are nourished by Marrow. If an infant has insufficient inherited Qi, the Marrow cannot fill the tooth bones.
For treating infants whose teeth do not grow, or fail to regrow after falling out:
Take Heidou (Black Soybean Seed) from cow dung, fourteen grains. Gently peel off the skin at the top of each bean. Using the exposed inner part of the peeled end, apply directly to the gum/root area. Use frequently; this should be effective.

Xiong Shufen (Male Rat Feces, 21 pieces)
Use one piece of rat feces daily to wipe the tooth root. By the twenty-first day, the teeth should emerge.
Another prescription.
Take rice grains lost by the roadside, apply them to the spot where the tooth fell out, pressing fourteen times. The tooth will naturally grow back with divine efficacy.
