上取蛇蜕皮。烧灰细研。不计时候。以乳汁调下一字。随儿大小。加减服之。

上取生地黄汁一合。暖令温。调下面尘半钱。不计时候。量儿大小。以意加减。服之。

上以乱发。烧灰细研。每服。以温水调下一字。
小儿吐血，是由于体内热气亢盛，虚热侵袭血液所致。血液本性遇热则流动散乱、妄行不止；若伴有气机逆乱，血液便会随上逆之气涌出。
因此，治疗四岁以上小儿非正常时间出现的吐血症状，使用犀角散方。
处方组成：犀角屑、栀子仁、生干地黄、子芩（黄芩）、紫参、刺蓟（以上各一分）。
制法与用法：将上述药物捣碎并过粗筛制成散剂。每次服用一钱，加水一小盏，煎煮至剩余五分液量，滤去药渣。不限服药时间，温服。需根据患儿年龄大小调整剂量。
治疗小儿吐血不止的症状，使用蒲黄散方。
处方组成：蒲黄（一分）、伏龙肝（半两）、乱发灰（一分）。
制法与用法：将上述药物共同研磨成均匀细粉。不限服药时间，用温热的生地黄汁调服半钱。需根据患儿年龄大小，酌情增减剂量服用。
治疗小儿吐血伴有心烦意乱、胸闷不适的症状，使用茜根散方。
处方组成：茜根（半两）、犀角屑、川升麻、川大黄（锉碎后微炒）、黄芩、甘草（炙至微红并锉碎，以上各一分）。
制法与用法：将上述药物捣碎并过粗筛制成散剂。每次服用一钱，加水一小盏，加入黑豆三十粒、淡竹茹半分，煎煮至剩余六分液量，滤去药渣。

处方组成：刺蓟（取自然汁，用量不限）。
制法与用法：取刺蓟汁一合，加热至温热。不限服药时间，调入玄明粉半钱服用。需根据患儿年龄大小，酌情增减剂量。
又一方。
处方组成：黄连（一分，去须）。
制法与用法：将黄连捣碎并过粗筛制成散剂。每次服用一钱，加水一小盏，加入豆豉二十粒，煎煮至剩余五分液量，滤去药渣。不限服药时间。
又一方。
处方组成：蛇蜕皮。
制法与用法：将蛇蜕皮烧成灰，细细研磨。不限服药时间，用乳汁调服“一字”量的药粉。需根据患儿年龄大小，酌情增减剂量服用。
又一方。
处方组成：生地黄汁、面尘（面粉沉淀物或类似辅料）。
制法与用法：取生地黄汁一合，加热至温热，调入面尘半钱。不限服药时间，需根据患儿年龄大小，酌情增减剂量服用。
Hematemesis in children is caused by excessive heat and deficiency-heat invading the blood. Blood, when exposed to heat, flows erratically and acts recklessly; if accompanied by rebellious Qi, it ascends with the Qi.
Therefore, for children aged four or above presenting with hematemesis occurring at non-normal times, use the Rhinoceros Horn Powder (Xijiao San) prescription.
Ingredients: Rhinoceros Horn Chips (Xi Jiao Xie), Gardenia Kernel (Zi Zi Ren), Dried Rehmannia Root (Sheng Gan Di Huang), Scutellaria Root (Zi Qin), Purple Ginseng (Zi Shen), and Cuscuta Thorn (Ci Ji) (each 1 fen).
Preparation and Administration: Pound the above ingredients into a coarse powder. Take 1 qian per dose, add one small cup of water, boil until reduced to half a cup, strain, and take warm at any time. Adjust dosage according to the child's age.
For treating persistent hematemesis in children, use the Polygonum Multiflorum Seed Powder (Puhuang San) prescription.
Ingredients: Polygonum Multiflorum Seed (Puhuang) (1 fen), Longtan Earth (Fulonggan) (0.5 liang), Ash of Tangled Hair (Luantai Hui) (1 fen).
Preparation and Administration: Grind the above ingredients together into a fine, uniform powder. Take half a qian per dose, mixed with warm juice of fresh Rehmannia Root, at any time. Adjust dosage according to the child's age.
For treating hematemesis in children accompanied by cardiac irritability and chest oppression, use the Rubia Root Powder (Qiangen San) prescription.
Ingredients: Rubia Root (Qian Cao Gen) (0.5 liang), Rhinoceros Horn Chips (Xi Jiao Xie), Cimicifuga Rhizome (Chuan Shengma), Rheum Palmatum Rhizome (Chuan Da Huang) (coarsely chopped and lightly stir-fried), Scutellaria Root (Huang Qin), and Licorice Root (Gan Cao) (roasted until slightly red and coarsely chopped; each of the latter five ingredients is 1 fen).
Preparation and Administration: Pound the above ingredients into a coarse powder. Take 1 qian per dose, add one small cup of water, thirty black soybeans, and half a fen of Bamboo Shavings (Dan Zhu Ru). Boil until reduced to six-tenths of a cup, then strain.

Ingredients: Juice of Cuscuta Thorn (Ci Ji) (natural juice, amount unlimited).
Preparation and Administration: Obtain one he of the juice, warm it, and mix with half a qian of Mirabilite (Xuanming Fen) at any time. Adjust dosage according to the child's age.

Ingredients: Coptis Rhizome (Huang Lian) (1 fen, remove roots).
Preparation and Administration: Pound into a coarse powder. Take 1 qian per dose, add one small cup of water and twenty grains of Fermented Soybean (Chi), boil until reduced to five-tenths of a cup, and strain. Take at any time.

Ingredients: Snake Slough (She Tui Pi).
Preparation and Administration: Burn the snake slough to ash and grind finely. Take one "zi" (a very small measure) mixed with milk at any time. Adjust dosage according to the child's age.

Ingredients: Fresh Rehmannia Root Juice (Sheng Di Huang Zhi) and Flour Dust (Mian Chen).
