上件药。捣罗为末。炼蜜和捣三二百杵。丸如梧桐子大。每于食后。以荆芥汤下三十丸。

上件药各一分。捣罗为末。都研令匀。先以麻油三二合。以慢火消蜡了。搅和令匀。日

上件药。都研令匀。以炼了猪脂和如饧。每用。先以盐浆水洗令净。拭干涂之。
治疥疮生干痂。瘙痒不止方。

上件药。捣罗为末。醋二升熬成膏。涂之。

猪脂（一斤） 巴豆（半两去皮研烂） 蜡（半两） 硫黄（一分末）
上件药。先煎猪脂令沸。入巴豆煎候黄。次下蜡令熔。又下硫黄末。搅令匀。盛于瓷
盒内。日三五度涂之。
干疥，仅仅表现为瘙痒，搔抓后皮肤隆起并结成干燥的痂皮。这是因为风热邪气深伏在肌肉之间所致。
治疗干疥瘙痒日久不愈的黄丸方：
黄（二两，锉碎） 乌蛇（四两，酒浸透，去皮骨，炙至黄色） 川乌头（二两，炮裂，去皮脐） 附子（二两，炮裂，去皮脐） 茵芋（二两） 石南（一两） 秦艽（一两，去苗）
以上药物，捣碎过筛成粉末，用炼蜜调和，再捣三二百下，制成梧桐子大小的药丸。每次饭后，用荆芥汤送服三十丸。
治疗遍身生疥疮，干燥瘙痒，搔抓后皮肤隆起的秦艽丸方：
秦艽（二两，去苗） 黄（二两，锉碎） 漏芦（一两半） 乌蛇（四两，酒浸透，去皮骨，炙至微黄） 防风（一两半，去芦头） 黄连（一两半，去须） 苦芩（二两，锉碎） 川大黄（二两，锉碎，微炒）
以上药物，捣碎过筛成粉末，用炼蜜调和，再捣三二百下，制成梧桐子大小的药丸。每次饭后，用温酒送服三十丸。
治疗干疥日久不愈，皮肤瘙痒的方剂：
水银（一分，与胡粉一起加少量水研磨，直至水银颗粒消失不见） 胡粉（一两） 蛇床子（半两，捣成粉末） 黄连（三分，去须，捣成粉末）
以上药物，全部用生麻油调和成稀膏状。每次用药时，先用盐水浆清洗患处使其洁净，然后将药涂抹其上。干燥后即更换新药，不超过三五次即可痊愈。
治疗皮肤受风热侵袭而生疥疮，干燥瘙痒，适宜涂抹的皂荚膏方：
猎牙皂荚 腻粉 硫黄（细研） 臭黄（细研） 白矾灰 黄蜡 巴豆（去皮） 乌头（生用） 吴茱萸
以上药物各取一分，捣碎过筛成粉末，混合研磨均匀。先用麻油二三合，以慢火熔化黄蜡，然后搅拌混合均匀。每日涂抹两次。
又一方：
白矾（一两，烧成灰） 硫黄（一两，细研） 黄连（一两半，去须，捣成末） 雌黄（一两，细研） 蛇床子（三分，捣成末）
以上药物，混合研磨均匀，用炼过的猪脂调和如饴糖般稠度。每次使用时，先用盐水浆清洗患处使其洁净，擦干后涂抹。
治疗疥疮生成干痂，瘙痒不止的方剂：
皂荚（一两） 臭黄（一两）
以上药物，捣碎过筛成粉末，用醋二升熬制成膏状，涂抹患处。
又一方：
猪脂（一斤） 巴豆（半两，去皮，研烂） 蜡（半两） 硫黄（一分，捣成末）
以上药物，先煎煮猪脂至沸腾，放入巴豆煎至颜色变黄，接着放入蜡使其熔化，再放入硫黄末，搅拌均匀。盛放在瓷盒内，每日涂抹三到五次。
Dry scabies (Gan Jie) is characterized merely by itching; upon scratching, the skin rises and forms dry crusts. This occurs because wind-heat pathogenic factors are deeply lodged within the muscle layer.
Formula for Huang Wan to treat persistent dry scabies with long-standing itching:
Huang (2 liang, cut into small pieces) Shehuo (Ultramontanae Serpentis Corpus [Wushe], 4 liang, soaked in wine, skin and bones removed, roasted until yellow) Chuan Wutou (Aconiti Radix Lateralis Preparata [Chuanwu], 2 liang, processed until cracked, skin and umbilicus removed) Fuzi (Aconiti Radix Preparata [Fuzi], 2 liang, processed until cracked, skin and umbilicus removed) Yinyu (Corydalis Amurensis [Yinyu], 2 liang) Shinan (Rhododendri Daurici Folium [Shinan], 1 liang) Qinjiao (Gentianae Macrophyllae Radix [Qinjiao], 1 liang, remove seedlings)
Crush and sieve the above herbs into powder. Mix with refined honey and pound three to two hundred times. Form pills the size of paulownia seeds. Take thirty pills after meals, washed down with Jingjie Decoction (Schizonepeta Decoction).
Formula for Qinjiao Wan to treat scabies all over the body, dry and itchy, with raised skin upon scratching:
Qinjiao (Gentianae Macrophyllae Radix [Qinjiao], 2 liang, remove seedlings) Huang (2 liang, cut into small pieces) Loulu (Euphorbiae Humifusae Radix [Loulou], 1.5 liang) Shehuo (Ultramontanae Serpentis Corpus [Wushe], 4 liang, soaked in wine, skin and bones removed, roasted until slightly yellow) Fangfeng (Saposhnikoviae Radix [Fangfeng], 1.5 liang, remove rhizome head) Huanglian (Coptidis Rhizoma [Huanglian], 1.5 liang, remove roots/knots) Kuqin (Scutellariae Radix [Huangqin], 2 liang, cut into small pieces) Chuan Dahuang (Rhei Radix et Rhizoma [Dahuang], 2 liang, cut into small pieces, lightly stir-fried)
Crush and sieve the above herbs into powder. Mix with refined honey and pound three to two hundred times. Form pills the size of paulownia seeds. Take thirty pills after meals, washed down with warm wine.
Formula to treat persistent dry scabies with skin itching:
Shuiyin (Mercurius [Shuiyin], 1 fen, mixed with Hufen and a little water, ground until mercury particles disappear) Hufen (Plumbi Carbonas Basicus [Hufen], 1 liang) Chuangzi (Cnidii Fructus [Shechuangzi], 0.5 liang, ground into powder) Huanglian (Coptidis Rhizoma [Huanglian], 3 fen, remove roots/knots, ground into powder)
Mix all the above herbs with raw Sesame Oil (Sesami Oleum [Mahu]) to form a thin paste. When applying, first wash the lesion clean with salted water solution, then apply the medicine. Replace when dry. It will heal within three to five applications.
Formula for Zaojiao Gao (Soap Pod Ointment) suitable for application to treat scabies caused by wind-heat on the skin, characterized by dryness and itching:
Lieya Zaojiao (Gleditsiae Sinensis Fructus [Zaojiao], wild variety) Nifen (Calomel [Nifen]) Liuhuang (Sulfur [Liuhuang], finely ground) Chouhuang (Orpiment [Chouhuang], finely ground) Baifan Hui (Alumen [Baijian] ash) Huangla (Beeswax [Huangla]) Badou (Crotonis Fructus [Badou], skin removed) Wutou (Aconiti Radix [Wutou], used raw) Wuzhuyu (Evodiae Fructus [Wuzhuyu])
Take one fen of each of the above herbs. Crush and sieve into powder, mix and grind evenly. Take two or he of Sesame Oil (Sesami Oleum [Mahu]), melt the Beeswax (Beeswax [Huangla]) over low heat, stir and mix evenly. Apply twice daily.
Another formula:
Baifan (Alumen [Baijian], 1 liang, burned to ash) Liuhuang (Sulfur [Liuhuang], 1 liang, finely ground) Huanglian (Coptidis Rhizoma [Huanglian], 1.5 liang, remove roots/knots, ground into powder) Cihuang (Realgar [Cihuang], 1 liang, finely ground) Chuangzi (Cnidii Fructus [Shechuangzi], 3 fen, ground into powder)
Mix and grind the above herbs evenly. Combine with rendered Pig Fat (Suet [Zhuzhi]) to the consistency of maltose syrup. When using, first wash the area clean with salted water solution, pat dry, and apply.
Formula to treat scabies with dry crust formation and unceasing itching:
Zaojiao (Gleditsiae Sinensis Fructus [Zaojiao], 1 liang) Chouhuang (Orpiment [Chouhuang], 1 liang)
Crush and sieve the above herbs into powder. Boil with two sheng of Vinegar (Acetum [Cu]) until it becomes a paste. Apply to the affected area.
Another formula:
Zhuzhi (Pig Fat [Suet], 1 jin) Badou (Crotonis Fructus [Badou], 0.5 liang, skin removed, pounded to pulp) La (Beeswax [Huangla], 0.5 liang) Liuhuang (Sulfur [Liuhuang], 1 fen, ground into powder)
First boil the Pig Fat (Suet [Zhuzhi]) until bubbling. Add Badou (Crotonis Fructus [Badou]) and fry until yellow. Then add Beeswax (Beeswax [Huangla]) to melt. Next, add Sulfur (Sulfur [Liuhuang]) powder and stir evenly. Store in a porcelain box. Apply three to five times daily.
