上件药。于端午日捣。细罗为散。瓷器中贮。每日于疮上敷之。止痛极效。

上以雄黄细研如粉。敷疮上即愈。

上用桑根半斤。锉。以水一斗。煎取五升。不计时候。暖服一盏。服尽即效。

上取车前叶捣烂敷之。血即立止。连根取用亦效。

凡是金属利器造成的创伤，出血不止。如果脉象大而血能自止的，（预后不良）三七日会死亡。如果是金疮出血不止，伤口前红后黑，或者呈黄色或白色，肌肉腐烂发臭，患处寒冷且僵硬强急的，即使疮口愈合也难以治疗。
治疗金疮出血不止，适宜敷用龙骨散方。

以上药物，捣碎过细罗成为散剂。敷在疮口上，出血立即停止。如果内服，每次用温酒调服二钱，每日三次服用。
治疗金疮疼痛，止血并消除瘢痕，麒麟血散方。
麒麟血（一两） 突厥白（一两） 密陀僧（四两） 小鹰粪（二两） 锻石（一斤，用小便五升浸泡三天后，飞淘晒干）
以上药物，捣碎过细罗成为散剂。储存在瓷器中，封闭好，不要让尘土污染它。只要是金属刀刃造成的损伤，厚厚地敷上散剂，用布帛包裹封裹，不要让它通风，也不要沾水。三天后打开，就不会留下瘢痕。凡是金属刀刃所伤，不让伤口受风就会痊愈。
治疗金疮疼痛、出血不止，适宜敷用雄黑豆散方。
雄黑豆（半升，颗粒紧小的是好药） 黄柏（半斤，锉碎） 芸苔子（油菜籽，四两） 桑根白皮（四两，锉碎） 黄连（二两，去须） 龙骨（二两，用） 乌贼鱼骨（海螵蛸，四两）
以上药物，捣碎过细罗成为散剂。每次取适量敷在疮口上。
治疗金疮，被刀箭所伤，出血不止，日夜疼痛，川大黄散方。
川大黄（一两，锉碎，生用） 甘草（一两，锉碎，生用） 黄柏（三至五两，锉碎） 甘菊花（一两） 旋复花（一两） 蔓荆花（一两）
以上药物，捣碎过细罗成为散剂，敷用效果神奇。
治疗金疮，都被刀斧损伤，出血不止，适宜使用此方。
石榴花（半斤） 锻石（一斤，炒）
以上药物，捣碎过细罗成为散剂，敷在疮口上，用布帛包裹，不要让伤口接触风和冷水。疮口愈合即痊愈。
治疗金疮出血不止，适宜敷用锻石散方。
锻石（二斗，用小便浸泡五天，细淘洗过） 大麻心（五两） 叶（一两） 桑叶（五两） 青蒿叶（半斤） 刺蓟（六两） 益母草（六两） 芸苔子（六两）
以上药物在端午节采集混合。将锻石放入臼中，杵烂成泥状，做成片状，晒干。要用时，随即捣碎过罗成为散剂，敷在疮口上。
治疗金疮出血不止、疼痛的方子。
以上取麒麟血捣碎过罗成为粉末，敷在疮口上。
又一方。
生栗子（一升，晒干） 干姜（三分，炮裂后锉碎） 白芨（五两）
以上药物，在端午节捣碎，过细罗成为散剂。储存在瓷器中，每天敷在疮口上，止痛效果极好。
又一方。
以上取白芍药锉碎炒至变黄，捣碎过细罗成为粉末，敷在疮口上，效果极好。
又一方。
以上取桑根半斤，锉碎，用水一斗，煎取五升。不限时候，趁热服一盏。服完即见效。
又一方。
以上取锻石捣成末，厚厚地敷在疮口上，用布帛包裹。如果疮口深而不愈合，纳入少许药末，让疮口慢慢愈合。
又一方。
以上取干盐梅烧成灰，细细研磨敷在疮口上即可痊愈。

以上取盐，三指撮的量，急火熬制，用温酒调服，立刻见效。

以上取槟榔、黄连各等分，捣成末敷在疮口上，血液即止住。
治疗金疮，出血不止的方子。
以上取车前叶捣烂敷之，血液立即停止。连根取用也有效。

When suffering from metal weapon injuries (Jinchuang) with continuous bleeding, if the pulse is large but the bleeding stops, death will occur within thirty-seven days. If the bleeding from metal weapon injuries does not stop, and the wound appears red at the front and black at the back, or yellow or white, with rotting and foul-smelling muscle tissue, accompanied by coldness and stiffness/spasm in the affected area, even if the wound heals, it will be difficult to treat effectively.
For treating continuous bleeding from metal weapon injuries, apply Longgu San (Dragon Bone Powder).
Longgu (Fossilized Bones, 3 liang) Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix, 1 liang, slightly stir-fried) Xiong (Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma, 1 liang) Xuduan (Dipsaci Radix, 1 liang) Shugan Dihuang (Prepared Rehmanniae Radix, 1 liang) Lurong (Cervi Cornu Pantotrichum, 0.5 liang, remove hair, coat with butter, roast until slightly yellow) Wuzhanggen (Root of Elaeocarpus decipiens, 1 liang) Tuju Bai (Unknown herb, likely a specific local remedy, 1 liang)
Crush the above ingredients finely and sift through a fine sieve to make a powder. Apply externally to the wound; bleeding will stop immediately. For internal use, take 2 qian per dose mixed with warm wine, three times daily.
For treating pain from metal weapon injuries, stopping bleeding, and eliminating scars, apply Qilin Xue San (Qilin Blood Powder).
Qilin Xue (Unknown substance, possibly a mineral or resin, 1 liang) Tuju Bai (1 liang) Miduoseng (Litharge/Lead Monoxide, 4 liang) Xiao Ying Fen (Excrement of Small Hawk, 2 liang) Duanshi (Calcined Iron Sulfate, 1 jin, soaked in five sheng of urine for three days, then washed, dried, and levigated)
Crush the above ingredients finely and sift through a fine sieve to make a powder. Store in a porcelain vessel, seal tightly, and prevent contamination by dust. For any injury caused by blades or weapons, apply a thick layer of the powder, wrap securely with cloth, keep away from wind and water. Open after three days; no scars should remain. Any injury caused by blades or weapons will heal if protected from wind.
For treating pain and continuous bleeding from metal weapon injuries, apply Xiong Heidou San (Male Black Soybean Powder).

Crush the above ingredients finely and sift through a fine sieve to make a powder. Apply externally to the wound as needed.
For treating metal weapon injuries caused by knives or arrows, with continuous bleeding and day-and-night pain, apply Chuan Dahuang San (Chuan Dahuang Powder).

Crush the above ingredients finely and sift through a fine sieve to make a powder. Apply externally for miraculous effects.
For treating metal weapon injuries where cuts and axe wounds cause continuous bleeding, use this formula.
Shiliuhua (Punica Granatum Flower, half jin) Duanshi (Calcined Iron Sulfate, 1 jin, stir-fried)
Crush the above ingredients finely and sift through a fine sieve to make a powder. Apply to the wound, wrap with cloth, and protect from wind and cold water. The wound will heal when closed.
For treating continuous bleeding from metal weapon injuries, apply Duanshi San (Calcined Iron Sulfate Powder).
Duanshi (Calcined Iron Sulfate, 2 dou, soaked in urine for five days, finely washed) Dama Xin (Hemp Core, 5 liang) Ye (Leaf, 1 liang) Sangye (Mori Folium, 5 liang) Qinghaoye (Artemisiae Annuae Herba, half jin) Ciji (Acanthopanacis Tricophylli Caulis, 6 liang) Yimucao (Leonuri Herba, 6 liang) Yuntaizi (Brassicae Napus Semen, 6 liang)
Harvest and mix these ingredients on the Dragon Boat Festival (Duanwu). Place the Duanshi in a mortar, pound until mushy, form into slices, and dry. When needed, grind and sift into a powder, then apply to the wound.
For treating pain and continuous bleeding from metal weapon injuries:
Grind Qilin Xue into a fine powder and apply to the wound.

Sheng Susi (Fresh Chestnuts, 1 sheng, dried) Jiangjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma, 3 fen, roasted, cracked, and sliced) Baiji (Bletillae Rhizoma, 5 liang)
On the Dragon Boat Festival, crush these ingredients, sift finely into a powder, store in a porcelain vessel, and apply to the wound daily for excellent pain relief.
Another prescription:
Slice and stir-fry Baishaoyao (Paeoniae Radix Alba) until yellow, grind into a fine powder, and apply to the wound for excellent results.

Grind Xionghuang (Realgar) into a fine powder and apply to the wound for healing.
Another prescription:
Grind Longgu (Fossilized Bones) into a fine powder and apply to the wound.
Another prescription:
Take half a jin of Sanggen (Mori Cortex), slice it, boil in one dou of water until reduced to five sheng. Drink one cup warm at any time. Effect is seen upon completion of the dose.

Grind Duanshi (Calcined Iron Sulfate) into a powder, apply thickly to the wound, and wrap with cloth. If the wound is deep and not closing, insert a small amount of powder inside to promote gradual healing.

Burn Ganyanmei (Dried Salted Plum) to ash, grind finely, and apply to the wound for healing.

Take salt (amount held by three fingers), heat rapidly, mix with warm wine, and drink for immediate effect.

Mix Binglang (Arecae Semen) and Huanglian (Coptidis Rhizoma) in equal parts, grind into powder, and apply to the wound to stop bleeding.
For treating continuous bleeding from metal weapon injuries:
Crush Cheqianye (Plantaginis Herba) leaves into a paste and apply; bleeding stops immediately. Using the whole plant including roots is also effective.

Drink three to two cups of human urine (Xiaobian) for recovery.
