夫疮头黑深。破之黄水出。四畔浮浆起。狭长似鱼脐。故谓之鱼脐丁疮也。
治鱼脐丁疮。疼痛不可忍。宜用此神效方。
淘河舌（一枚） 天南星（一分） 肉桂（一分去粗皮） 砒黄（半钱） 朱砂（一分）
巴豆（
五枚去皮） 麝香（半钱） 砂（一分）
上件药。捣罗及细研为散。用黄蜡并猪胆汁相和。消熔为丸。如绿豆大。一丸于疮上取
穴为度。其药却收取。每一丸可医五六人效。
治鱼脐丁疮。久疗不瘥。宜贴芫花根膏方。
芫花根（二两） 猪牙皂荚（五挺） 白矾（三两烧令汁尽细研） 黑豆（三合）
上件药。用醋一斗。先浸芫花根及皂荚黑豆三日。于釜中。以火煎至二升。去滓后。却
入铛中。煎至一升。入白矾末捣令匀。去火成膏。但是鱼脐丹恶疮。摊于帛上贴。日二易之。
治鱼脐丁疮如黑豆色者。以大针刺疮四边。兼中央。后宜此方。
腊月猪头（一枚烧灰）
上捣细罗为散。以鸡子清调令匀。敷疮上。日三易之。
又方。
上以寒食干饧糖。烧为灰敷之。即瘥。
治鱼脐丁疮。其头似白。肿痛不可忍方。
白苣（绞取汁）
上以针刺疮上四畔。涂汁于疮中。即瘥。
又方。
蛇蜕皮（一两炙微黄） 鸡子（一枚取清）
上件药。以水一大盏。煎蛇皮至六分。去滓。入鸡子清。搅令匀。更煎三两沸。顿服立
愈。或以蛇皮灰。用鸡子清调涂之。
疮头颜色黑且深陷。破溃后有黄色液体流出，四周浮起浆液，形状狭长类似鱼肚脐，因此称为鱼脐丁疮。
治疗鱼脐丁疮，疼痛难以忍受时，适宜使用此神效方。
河舌（一枚） 天南星（一分） 肉桂（一分，去除粗皮） 砒黄（半钱） 朱砂（一分）
巴豆（五枚，去皮） 麝香（半钱） 砂（一分）
以上药物，捣碎并过筛研成细粉。用黄蜡和猪胆汁混合，熔化后制成丸药，大小如绿豆。取一丸敷在疮上，以覆盖穴位为度。将剩余药物收好，每一丸可医治五六人，效果显著。
治疗鱼脐丁疮，久治不愈者，适宜贴敷芫花根膏方。
芫花根（二两） 猪牙皂荚（五挺） 白矾（三两，烧至汁尽后细研） 黑豆（三合）
以上药物，用醋一斗，先将芫花根、皂荚和黑豆浸泡三日。放入锅中，用火煎煮至二升。滤去药渣后，倒入铛中，继续煎煮至一升。加入白矾末，捣匀，离火即成膏状。凡是鱼脐丹及恶疮，将其摊在帛布上贴敷，每日更换两次。
治疗鱼脐丁疮呈黑豆颜色的，用大针刺破疮的四周及中央，之后适宜使用此方。
腊月猪头（一枚，烧成灰）
以上药物，捣碎并过筛成细粉。用鸡蛋清调和均匀，敷在疮上，每日更换三次。
又一方。
以上用寒食节期间的干饧糖，烧成灰后敷于患处，即可痊愈。
治疗鱼脐丁疮，疮头似白色，肿痛难以忍受的方子。
白苣（绞取汁液）
以上用针刺破疮的四周，将汁液涂于疮中，即可痊愈。
又一方。
蛇蜕皮（一两，微炙黄） 鸡蛋（一枚，取蛋清）
以上药物，用水一大盏，煎煮蛇皮至六分。滤去药渣，加入鸡蛋清，搅匀，再煎煮两三沸。一次性服用，立即痊愈。或者将蛇皮烧成灰，用鸡蛋清调匀外涂。
The head of the carbuncle is black and deep. Upon rupture, yellow fluid emerges, with floating plasma rising around the four sides, narrow and long resembling a fish's umbilicus; hence it is called "Fish-Umbilicus Carbuncle" (Yuzi Dingchuang).
For treating Fish-Umbilicus Carbuncle with unbearable pain, this miraculous formula is suitable.
He She (River Tongue) (one piece) Tian Nan Xing (Arisaema Rhizome) (one fen) Rou Gui (Cinnamon Twig) (one fen, remove coarse bark) Pi Huang (Yellow Arsenic) (half qian) Zhu Sha (Cinnabar) (one fen)
Ba Dou (Croton Seed) (five pieces, remove skin) She Xiang (Musk) (half qian) Sha (Sand/Mineral powder) (one fen)
The above medicines are pounded, sieved, and ground into a fine powder. Mix with yellow beeswax and pig bile, melt to form pills the size of mung beans. Apply one pill onto the wound, covering the acupoint area as needed. Store the remaining medicine properly; each pill can treat five or six people effectively.
For treating Fish-Umbilicus Carbuncle that has persisted without healing, applying Yuan Hua Gen Gao (Genkwa Root Ointment) is suitable.
Yuan Hua Gen (Genkwa Root) (two liang) Zhu Ya Zao Jia (Gleditsia Sinensis Fruit) (five stalks) Bai Fan (Alum) (three liang, calcined until juice is gone, then finely ground) Hei Dou (Black Soybean) (three he)
The above medicines are soaked in one dou of vinegar for three days, starting with Genkwa Root, Gleditsia Sinensis Fruit, and Black Soybeans. Boil in a pot over fire until reduced to two sheng. Remove the dregs, then transfer to a pan and boil until reduced to one sheng. Add powdered Alum, mix thoroughly, remove from heat to form an ointment. For any Fish-Umbilicus Dan or malignant sores, spread on silk cloth and apply externally, changing twice daily.
For treating Fish-Umbilicus Carbuncle appearing black like a soybean, puncture the four sides and center of the sore with a large needle, then use this formula.
Zhu Tou (Pig Head) from the twelfth lunar month (one piece, burned to ash)
Grind the above medicine finely and sieve. Mix evenly with egg white and apply to the sore, changing three times daily.
Another formula:
Use dried maltose sugar from the Cold Food Festival, burn to ash, and apply to the affected area for cure.
Formula for treating Fish-Umbilicus Carbuncle where the head appears white, with unbearable swelling and pain.
Bai Ju (Lactuca Sativa var. crispa) (extract juice by pressing)
Puncture the four sides of the sore with a needle, apply the juice into the sore for cure.
Another formula:
She Tui Pi (Snake Slough) (one liang, lightly roasted until slightly yellow) Ji Zi (Chicken Egg) (one piece, take the white)
Boil Snake Slough in one da zhen of water until reduced to six parts. Remove dregs, add Chicken Egg White, stir well, and boil for two or three boils. Take all at once for immediate recovery. Alternatively, burn Snake Slough to ash, mix with Chicken Egg White, and apply topically.
