治脾肾风虚，毒瓦斯流注，腿膝酸疼，艰于步履，小便遗沥，大便后重。此
调中益精凉血，坚强筋骨，益智轻身耐老。
木瓜（去瓤，三两） 续断 萆 （各六两） 牛膝（洗，去芦，酒浸一宿，焙） 薏
苡仁（
各二两）
上为末，醋糊丸。每服三十至五十丸，空心，食前，温酒盐汤任下。
大治男子、妇人诸虚不足，肢体劳倦，胸中烦悸，时常焦渴，唇口干燥，
能饮食。或先渴而欲发疮疖，或病痈疽而后渴者，尤宜服此。常服平补气血，
黄 （去芦，蜜炙，六两） 甘草（炙，一两）
上 咀。每二钱，水一盏，枣一枚，煎至七分，去滓，温服，不拘时。
治肾经虚弱，腰膝沉重，腿脚肿痒，注破生疮，脚心隐痛，筋脉拘挛，或腰膝
履艰难，举动喘促，面色黧黑，大小便秘涩，饮食减少，无问新久，并宜服之。

疼不可忍，阴核偏大，肤囊痈肿，结硬牵急，重大滋长，瘙痒疼痛，时出黄
沉重，足胫肿满，行步艰难，累经治疗，不见减瘥，服之渐渐内消，不动大
补虚消疝，温养肾经。此药不热，无毒，若志心服饵，其效如神。

上为细末，酒糊丸，如梧桐子大。每服三十丸至五十丸，空心，温酒或盐汤吞下。
【思仙续断丸】
治疗脾肾风虚，毒邪流注于经络，导致腿膝酸痛，行走困难，小便淋漓不尽，大便时有坠胀感。此方能调理中焦、补益精髓、凉血，并能强健筋骨、益智、轻身、抗衰老。
木瓜（去除瓤，三两） 续断 萆薢（各六两） 牛膝（洗净，去芦头，用酒浸泡一夜，焙干） 薏苡仁（各二两）
以上药材研为细末，用醋调糊制成丸剂。每次服用三十至五十丸，空腹或饭前，用温酒或淡盐汤送服均可。
【茱萸内消丸】
主治男子、妇人各种虚损不足，肢体疲劳倦怠，心中烦乱悸动，时常感到焦渴，嘴唇和口腔干燥，但食欲正常。或者先感到口渴随后想要生疮疖，或者患痈疽之后出现口渴症状的，尤其适宜服用此方。长期服用可平和地补益气血。
黄芪（去除芦头，蜜炙，六两） 甘草（炙，一两）
以上药材切碎。每次取二钱，加水一盏，大枣一枚，煎煮至七分满，滤去药渣，温热服用，不拘泥于固定时间。
【狗脊丸】
治疗肾经虚弱，腰膝沉重，腿脚肿胀瘙痒，破溃生疮，脚心隐隐作痛，筋脉拘挛，或者腰膝活动艰难，举动时气喘急促，面色黧黑，大小便干涩不通，饮食减少，无论病程新久，都适宜服用。
狗脊（去除毛刺，六两） 大艾（去除梗，四两，用糯米糊调成饼状，焙干后研为细末） 木瓜（去除瓤，四两）
以上药材用酒浸泡一夜，研为细末，用炼蜜制成丸剂，大小如梧桐子。每次服用二十丸，逐渐增加至三十丸，空腹或饭前用温酒吞服，也可用淡盐汤送服。
【吴茱萸内消丸】
治疗肾与膀胱经虚弱，被邪气搏结，形成寒疝，潜伏停留不去，引起脐腹部刺痛，小肠气疼痛难以忍受，阴囊偏大，皮肤囊肿痈肿，结块坚硬且牵引急迫，肿块逐渐增大，伴有瘙痒疼痛，时常流出黄色液体，感觉沉重，足胫部肿胀满闷，行走困难，经过多次治疗未见好转，服用此药后渐渐在体内消散，不伤正气，能补虚消疝，温养肾经。此药性质不热，无毒，若专心服用，效果神速。

[Sixian Xuduan Wan (Continuing the Broken Vessel Pill)]
Indicated for wind-deficiency of the Spleen and Kidney, with toxic pathogenic factors flowing into the collaterals, causing soreness and pain in the legs and knees, difficulty in walking, dribbling urine, and a sensation of heaviness or bearing down after defecation. This formula regulates the Middle Jiao, benefits the essence, cools the blood, strengthens the sinews and bones, enhances intelligence, lightens the body, and delays aging.
Papaya (Quince) (remove pulp, 3 liang) Duanmu Xu Duan (Dipsaci Radix) Bixie (Biji Radix) (each 6 liang) Niuxi (Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix) (wash, remove rhizome, soak in wine overnight, dry by baking) Yiyiren (Coicis Semen) (each 2 liang)
Grind all ingredients into fine powder, mix with vinegar paste to form pills. Take 30-50 pills per dose, on an empty stomach or before meals, swallowed with warm wine or salted water.
[Zhu Yu Neixiao Wan (Evodia Internal Dissolving Pill)]
Mainly treats various deficiencies in men and women, including limb fatigue and lassitude, mental restlessness and palpitations, frequent thirst, dry lips and mouth, yet with normal appetite. It is also indicated for cases where thirst precedes the desire to develop sores and boils, or for thirst occurring after suffering from carbuncles and ulcers; this formula is especially suitable for such conditions. Regular use peacefully tonifies Qi and Blood.
Huangqi (Astragali Radix) (remove rhizome, honey-fried, 6 liang) Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma) (fried, 1 liang)
Cut the ingredients into small pieces. Take 2 qian per dose, add one cup of water and one jujube, decoct until reduced to 70%, strain, and take warm at any time without restriction.
[Gouji Wan (Cibotii Rhizoma Pill)]
Treats weakness of the Kidney channel, heavy sensation in the waist and knees, swelling and itching of the legs and feet, ulceration with sores, dull pain in the sole of the foot, spasm of the sinews and vessels, difficulty in moving the waist and knees, panting upon exertion, dark complexion, constipation and dysuria, decreased appetite. Suitable for both new and chronic cases.
Gouji (Cibotii Rhizoma) (remove hairs, 6 liang) Da Ai (Artemisiae Argyi Folium) (remove stems, 4 liang, mix with glutinous rice paste to form cakes, bake dry, grind into powder) Papaya (Quince) (remove pulp, 4 liang)
Soak the ingredients in wine overnight, grind into fine powder, mix with refined honey to form pills the size of Sophora seeds. Take 20 pills initially, gradually increasing to 30 pills, on an empty stomach or before meals, swallowed with warm wine; salted water may also be used.
[Wuzhuyu Neixiao Pill]
Treats deficiency of the Kidney and Bladder channels, where pathogenic factors bind together to form cold hernia, lingering and not dispersing, causing stabbing pain in the umbilical and abdominal regions, unbearable pain from Xiao Chang Qi (intestinal qi disorder), enlargement of one side of the scrotum, skin cysts and abscesses, hard masses with pulling tension, gradual increase in size, accompanied by itching and pain, frequent discharge of yellow fluid, feeling of heaviness, swelling and fullness of the lower legs, difficulty in walking. This medicine is not hot, non-toxic, and if taken with devotion, its effect is miraculous.
