上为末，水糊为丸。每服四十粒，空心用盐汤吞下，日进三服。此药性温不热，极有神
效。
补肾脏，暖丹田，兴阳道，减小便，填精益髓，驻颜润肌。治元气虚惫，面目
干舌涩，梦想虚惊，眼中冷泪，耳作蝉鸣，腰胯沉重，百节酸疼，项筋紧急，背胛
汗盗汗，四肢无力。及治妇人子宫久冷，月脉不调，或多或少，赤白带下，并宜服
良姜（六两） 紫金藤（十六两） 巴戟（三两） 青盐（二两） 肉桂（去粗皮） 吴
茱萸（各
上为末，酒糊为丸。每服二十丸，暖盐酒送下，盐汤亦得，日午、夜卧各一服。
治真气虚损，下焦伤竭，脐腹强急，腰脚疼痛，亡血盗汗，遗泄白浊，大便自
滑数，或三消渴疾，饮食倍常，肌肉消瘦，阳事不举，颜色枯槁。久服补五脏，行
精髓，进饮食。

以上药物研为细末，用酒调糊制成丸剂。每次服用二十丸，用温热的盐酒送下，用盐汤也可以，中午和夜间卧前各服用一次。
治疗真气虚损，下焦损伤枯竭，脐腹部强直急迫，腰脚疼痛，失血盗汗，遗精泄浊，大便自滑频数，或患三消渴疾（指消渴病中的上、中、下三消），饮食倍增，肌肉消瘦，阳事不举，面色枯槁。长期服用可补益五脏，通行精髓，增进饮食。

Treats insufficiency of Heart Qi, excessive mental exertion, deficiency and damage to the Kidney Meridian, insecurity of True Yang, post-void dribbling (dribbling after urination), and turbid urine resembling paste.
In severe cases, there is bodily stiffness and fatigue, soreness and pain in bone joints, loss of appetite, dark complexion, withered appearance and emaciation, dry lips and mouth, and empty irritability with weakness. (Another version contains an additional ten characters: "This medicine is warm but not hot, and has great efficacy.")
Poria Cocos (Fuling, skin removed, four liang)
Dragon Bone (Longgu, two liang)
Chinese Gallnut (Wubeizi, six liang)
Grind the above into powder, form pills using water paste. Take forty pills per dose, swallow with salted water on an empty stomach, three times a day. This medicine is warm but not hot, and is extremely effective.
Tonifies the Kidneys, warms the Dantian, stimulates sexual function, reduces urinary frequency, fills essence and nourishes marrow, preserves youth and moistens skin. Treats exhaustion of Yuan Qi, dryness of face and tongue, vivid dreams and easy fright, cold tears from the eyes, cicada-like tinnitus in the ears, heaviness in the lower back and hips, soreness and pain in all joints, tightness of neck tendons, night sweats on the back and shoulder blades, and weakness in the four limbs. Also treats chronic coldness of the uterus in women, irregular menstruation with varying amounts, red and white leukorrhea; all are suitable for taking this medicine.

Evodia Fruit (Wuzhuyu, one liang each)
Grind the above into powder, form pills using wine paste. Take twenty pills per dose, swallow with warm salted wine; salted water is also acceptable. Take once at noon and once before bedtime.
Treats deficiency and damage of True Qi, depletion of the Lower Jiao, rigidity and urgency around the umbilicus and abdomen, pain in the waist and legs, blood loss and night sweats, seminal emission and turbid discharge, spontaneous frequent loose stools, or Sanxiao thirst diseases (Sanxiao refers to upper, middle, and lower jiao manifestations of diabetes mellitus characterized by polydipsia, polyphagia, and polyuria), increased food intake, muscle emaciation, impotence, and sallow complexion. Long-term use tonifies the Five Zang Organs, promotes circulation of essence and marrow, and improves appetite.

Grind the above into powder, form pills using wine paste, sized like paulownia seeds. Take thirty to fifty pills per dose, swallow with warm wine or salted water as preferred.
