线麻三钱，蜘蛛（即喜蛛）连窝七个，用瓦或砂锅内焙存性，研末，黄酒冲服，盖被睡
出汗。忌生冷湿面硬物五日，忌鱼腥及一切解药之物十日。重者两服，十日以内者必愈，十
日以外难痊。
抱过鸡蛋壳，新瓦上焙，研末香油调敷。
醋泥敷甚效，且无瘢痕。
即于土地上用指写一虎字，口念咒曰∶一二三四五，金木水火土，凡人被犬咬，请土地
揭起土来补。念毕即以口涎吐在土上，揭土敷在患处，以手摩之立愈。
（凡诸疮初起，饮芝麻油一杯可保无虞。喉痈在喉舌门）
冬瓜一个，削去盖合疮上，瓜当烂再削去合之 瓜未尽疮口已敛小矣，即将膏药护之甚
妙。
桐叶泡陈醋，同蒸贴之。
小麦面和好作条围疮口，再用杏仁（去皮尖）研烂填满，熟艾作薄饼如围大三饼，四面
点火灸之，三饼完黄水出消毒愈。
并成脓未破
蚕茧空壳（出过蛾者）一个，烧灰黄酒调服。
生姜一块，炭火炙一层，刮一层，为末，以猪胆汁调涂。或羊油、猪油生切片，冷水浸
贴，热即换。或芭蕉根捣涂，或干人屎烧灰醋和敷，干再涂。
不拘已成未成，已溃未溃者，均治即效
生赤小豆未四两（以陈米醋和为锭阴干，或锻石收燥），芙蓉叶四两（醉芙蓉者尤妙，
或根皮或花，阴干研或生研），麻油调涂肿处，或蜜磨涂，中间留出毒头，干则换，溃者棉
花扑掺均可（名铁箍散）。

取抱过鸡蛋的蛋壳，在新瓦上焙干，研成粉末，用香油调和后外敷患处。
取皂角、细辛、半夏、南星各一钱，共同研成细末，吹入鼻内即可使人苏醒。
用醋调制的泥敷贴效果显著，且不留瘢痕。
直接在土地上用手指写一个“虎”字，口中念咒语说：“一二三四五，金木水火土，凡人被犬咬，请土地揭起土来补。”念完后，将口水吐在土上，揭开泥土敷在患处，用手按摩即可立即痊愈。
（凡是各种疮疡初起时，喝一杯芝麻油可以确保平安无事。喉痈位于喉舌部位。）
取冬瓜一个，削去顶部作为盖子覆盖在疮口上，待瓜肉腐烂后再削去重新覆盖，若瓜肉未烂完而疮口已收敛变小，则贴上膏药保护，非常奇妙。
用桐叶浸泡在陈醋中，一同蒸热后贴敷患处。
将小麦面和好做成条状围绕在疮口周围，再用杏仁（去皮和尖）研烂填满围圈内，用熟艾制成薄饼，大小如围圈内的三个饼，从四面点火灸烤，三个饼灸完后流出黄水，消毒后即可痊愈。
对于已经化脓但未破溃的情况：取蚕茧空壳（蛾子已飞出的）一个，烧成灰，用黄酒调和后服用。
取生姜一块，在炭火上炙烤一层，刮去表面一层，研成粉末，用猪胆汁调和涂抹。或者用羊油、猪油切成生薄片，在冷水中浸湿后贴敷，变热即更换。或者捣碎芭蕉根涂抹，或者将干人屎烧成灰，用醋调和敷贴，干了再涂。
无论疮疡是否已成脓、是否已溃破，均能治疗并见效。
取生赤小豆粉四两（用陈米醋调和制成锭剂阴干，或用锻石吸收水分使其干燥），芙蓉叶四两（醉芙蓉者尤其好，或使用其根皮或花，阴干后研粉或直接生研），用麻油调和涂抹肿胀处，或用蜂蜜磨汁涂抹，中间留出毒头（排脓口），干了就更换，已溃破的用棉花扑撒药粉均可（此方名为铁箍散）。
Take 3 qian of Linma (Cannabis Seed), and seven whole spiders (specifically the lucky spider) including their nests. Roast them in a clay or earthenware pot until the medicinal properties are preserved, grind into powder, take with yellow wine, cover with blankets to sleep and induce sweating. Avoid cold, raw foods, damp noodles, and hard foods for five days; avoid fishy odors and all substances that counteract medicine for ten days. For severe cases, take two doses; if bitten within ten days, it will surely heal; if bitten after ten days, recovery is difficult.
Take eggshells from eggs that have been incubated by a hen, roast on a new tile, grind into powder, mix with sesame oil, and apply externally.
Take equal parts (1 qian each) of Zaojiao (Gleditsia Sinensis Fruit), Xixin (Asarum), Banxia (Pinellia Tuber), and Nanting (Arisaema Rhizome). Grind into fine powder and insufflate into the nose to restore consciousness immediately.
Take Sheng Banxia (Raw Pinellia Tuber) and Songxiang (Pine Rosin, pressed to remove oil) in equal proportions, grind into powder, and apply externally.
Applying mud mixed with vinegar is very effective and leaves no scars.
Directly write the character "Tiger" (Hu) on the ground with your finger, recite the incantation: "One, two, three, four, five; Metal, Wood, Water, Fire, Earth; If a mortal is bitten by a dog, I ask the Earth God to lift the soil to patch it up." After finishing, spit saliva onto the soil, lift the soil, apply it to the affected area, and massage with hands for immediate healing.
(For any sores at the initial stage, drinking one cup of Sesame Oil can ensure safety. Throat carbuncles occur at the throat and tongue gate.)
Take one winter melon, cut off the top to use as a lid covering the sore. When the melon flesh rots, cut it off and replace it. If the melon is not finished but the sore has closed up, apply a plaster for protection, which is excellent.
Soak Tongye (Toona Leaf) in aged vinegar, steam together, and apply hot to the affected area.
Knead Wheat Flour into strips to surround the sore. Fill the center with crushed Xingren (Apricot Kernel, skin and tip removed). Make thin cakes from Shu Ai (Moxa) the size of three circles, light fires around the four sides to moxibustion. After three cakes are completed, yellow fluid will discharge, disinfecting and healing the wound.
For abscesses formed but not yet ruptured: Take one empty silkworm cocoon shell (from which the moth has emerged), burn to ash, mix with yellow wine, and take orally.
Take a piece of Shengjiang (Fresh Ginger), roast over charcoal fire layer by layer, scraping off each roasted layer, then grind into powder. Mix with Zhuyedan (Pig Bile) for topical application. Alternatively, slice fresh Yangyou (Sheep Fat) or Zhuyou (Pig Fat) thinly, soak in cold water, apply to the site, and change when warm. Or crush Bajiaogen (Banana Root) for application, or burn dried human feces to ash, mix with vinegar for application, reapplying when dry.
Regardless of whether the sore has formed pus or not, or whether it has ulcerated or not, this treatment is effective.
Take 4 liang of Sheng Chixiaodou Fen (Powder of Raw Adzuki Bean) (mixed with aged rice vinegar to form pellets and dried in shade, or dried using Duan Shi (Calcined Gypsum/Alum residue) to absorb moisture), and 4 liang of Furong Ye (Hibiscus Mutabilis Leaf) (Zui Furong is best; roots, bark, or flowers may be used, dried in shade and powdered, or used fresh and powdered). Mix with Mahua You (Sesame Oil) to apply to swollen areas, or grind with honey for application. Leave the center open for toxin discharge (the "poison head"). Change when dry. For ulcerated sores, sprinkle powder using cotton wool. (This formula is named Tiegu San / Iron Hoarding Powder).
