白芥子研末，水调敷。或白芥子五钱，炒研末，开水服。（虽年老虚弱百药不效者，三
服除根）
丝瓜子仁炒焦，擂酒服，以渣敷之。或丝瓜根烧存性，研末，每二两温酒服。
又方 刀豆壳烧灰研末，酒冲服。或八角茴香（炒研），酒服。或黑豆（炒热），布包熨。
连蒂老丝瓜烧存性，研末，热酒调服三钱，重者三服愈。
又方 胡桃一枚烧研酒服。
茴香炒热，分两包更换熨之。或茄蒂伏天晒干切碎（交秋不用），将好酒蒸服。
抱出鸡蛋壳，烧灰为末，每服三钱，黄酒服。或松树子（一岁一粒，如粒少者，一二次
服，粒多者数次服），烧研酒下。
又 疝初起，丝瓜烧存性，研末，黄酒下，重者三服。
铁秤锤烧红，冲黄酒热服。或薏苡仁加东方壁土，炒黄色，入水煮烂，放砂盆内研成
膏，每日用无灰酒调服二钱。（囊大如斗者亦治）
灶心土三升，研，炒热铺橙上，加撒川椒、小茴香末，将阴囊熏烫三次。或绵花子煎水
洗。
将白芥子研磨成粉末，用水调和后外敷。或者取白芥子五钱，炒熟后研磨成粉末，用开水冲服。（即使是年老体弱、服用多种药物无效的患者，服用三次即可根治。）
用乌牛的耳垢外敷患处。
每晚静息时，用温热的小便清洗患处。或者频繁涂抹姜汁，或者用存放三年的陈醋与锻石混合后外敷。
将丝瓜子的仁炒焦，捣碎后用酒送服，并将药渣外敷于患处。或者将丝瓜根烧至保留部分药效（存性），研磨成粉末，每次取二两用温酒送服。
又一方：将刀豆壳烧成灰，研磨成粉末，用酒冲服。或者使用八角茴香（炒熟后研磨），用酒送服。或者使用黑豆（炒热），用布包裹后熨烫患处。
将带有花蒂的老丝瓜烧至保留部分药效，研磨成粉末，用热酒调服三钱，病情严重者服用三次即可痊愈。
又一方：取一枚胡桃，烧焦后研磨，用酒送服。
将茴香炒热，分成两个包轮流更换熨烫患处。或者将茄子蒂在伏天晒干切碎（立秋后不使用），用好酒蒸熟后服用。
取出抱出的鸡蛋壳，烧成灰后研磨成粉末，每次服用三钱，用黄酒送服。或者使用松树子（年龄为一岁则服一粒，如果种子颗粒小者，分一两次服完；如果颗粒大者，分多次服完），烧焦后研磨，用酒送服。
另外，疝气初起时，将丝瓜烧至保留部分药效，研磨成粉末，用黄酒送服，病情严重者服用三次。
将铁秤锤烧红，冲入黄酒中热服。或者取薏苡仁加上东方的墙壁土，炒至黄色，放入水中煮烂，放在砂盆内研磨成膏状，每天用无灰酒调服二钱。（即使阴囊肿大如斗也能治疗。）
取灶心土三升，研磨后炒热，铺在橙皮上，撒上川椒和小茴香的粉末，用此热气熏烫阴囊三次。或者用棉花子煎水清洗。
木瓜烧至保留部分药效，用黄酒送服，盖好被子躺下出汗后即可痊愈。或者用大黄和醋混合涂抹，或者使用丝瓜叶（烧至保留部分药效）三钱、鸡蛋壳三钱，用温酒送服。
Grind Sinapis Semen (Baijiezi, white mustard seed) into powder, mix with water, and apply externally. Alternatively, take five qian of Sinapis Semen (Baijiezi), stir-fry and grind into powder, and take with boiled water. (Even for elderly and weak patients who have not responded to various medications, taking it three times can eradicate the root cause.)
Apply cerumen from a black ox's ear externally.
Every night, wash the affected area with warm urine while it is quiet. Alternatively, apply ginger juice frequently, or mix three-year-old aged vinegar with calcined limestone and apply externally.
Stir-fry Luffae Semen (Sigualuoren, luffa seed kernel) until scorched, pound it, and take with wine. Apply the dregs externally. Alternatively, char Luffae Radix (Sigualuogen, luffa root) to preserve its properties, grind into powder, and take two liang each time with warm wine.
Another formula: Char the shell of Canavaliae Semen (Daodou, sword bean) into ashes, grind into powder, and take with wine. Alternatively, take Illicii Fructus (Bajiaohuixiang, star anise) (stir-fried and ground), and take with wine. Alternatively, stir-fry Glycine Semen (Heidou, black soybean) until hot, wrap in cloth, and apply as a fomentation.
Make tender Chrysanthemi Folium (Juhuaye, chrysanthemum leaf) into a ball, and place it damp under the armpit.
Char old Luffae Fructus (Sigua, luffa fruit) with its pedicel attached to preserve its properties, grind into powder, mix three qian with hot wine, and take. For severe cases, taking it three times leads to recovery.
Another formula: Char one Juglandis Semen (Hutao, walnut), grind into powder, and take with wine.
Stir-fry Foeniculi Fructus (Huixiang, fennel) until hot, divide into two packs, and alternate as fomentation. Alternatively, dry Solani Melongenae Calyx (Qiedi, eggplant calyx) in the sun during the dog days, cut into pieces (do not use after the beginning of autumn), steam with good wine, and take.
Char the eggshell from a hatched egg into ashes, grind into powder, take three qian each time with Huangjiu (yellow rice wine). Alternatively, take Pinus Semen (Songshuzi, pine nut) (one grain per year of age; if the number of grains is small, take in one or two doses; if many, take in several doses), char, grind, and take with wine.
Also, for the initial stage of hernia (shanqi), char Luffae Fructus (Sigua) to preserve its properties, grind into powder, and take with Huangjiu. For severe cases, take three times.
Heat an iron steelyard weight until red-hot, pour Huangjiu over it, and take while hot. Alternatively, stir-fry Coicis Semen (Yiyiren, coix seed) with eastern wall soil until yellow, boil in water until soft, grind into a paste in an earthenware basin, and take two qian daily mixed with ash-free wine. (Also treats scrotal swelling as large as a dou measure.)
Take three sheng of Terra Flava Usta (Zaoxintu, furnace soil), grind, stir-fry until hot, spread on a bench, sprinkle with powder of Zanthoxyli Pericarpium (Chuanjiao, Sichuan pepper) and Foeniculi Fructus (Xiaohuixiang, lesser fennel), and fumigate and scald the scrotum three times. Alternatively, decoct Gossypii Semen (Mianhuazi, cotton seed) in water for washing.
Char Chaenomelis Fructus (Mugua, Chinese quince fruit) to preserve its properties, take with Huangjiu, cover with quilt, lie down to sweat, and recover. Alternatively, apply Rhei Radix et Rhizoma (Dahuang, rhubarb) mixed with vinegar, or take three qian of charred Luffae Folium (Sigualuoye, luffa leaf) (preserving its properties). Take three qian of eggshell with warm wine.
Take the initial powder from crushed Pharbitidis Semen (Heichou, black morning glory seed), one qian each time, mixed with hot fishy soup and taken on an empty stomach.
For lice in pubic hair:
Decoct Stemonae Radix (Baibu, stemona root) in water for washing.
Another formula: Chew Ginkgo Semen (Baiguoren, ginkgo kernel) finely and apply frequently, or apply Persicae Semen (Taoren, peach kernel) paste and rub.
