如一腋臭，只用一半。
玉茎强中精滑无常时，如针刺捏之，则脆，此名肾漏
破故纸、韭子各一两，为末，
甘草梢水煎服。
石榴花揉塞之（叶亦可） 或用新汲水随左右洗足，即止。
蚯蚓粪陈醋调敷，热手揉之自散。
神曲（一块如拳大），烧过红淬黄酒二大碗饮之。或葡萄干一两，酒煎服；或葱白捣炒，
热擦之，再以生大黄末，姜汁调敷。尽量饮好酒。
黄花菜根叶，晒干为末，每服二钱，入席下尘五分，食前米饭服。（参看杂症门水臌）
以井水卒然 面，勿令病患知，一惊血收。
大小茴香各一钱（炒），荔枝核五个，橘子核五钱，共炒末。红糖调服，三服除根。
丁香油少许，抹于脐内，再用笨汉汗透之鞋底，烤热熨之，久用最效。遍身麻木不仁 芥
子末醋调搽之。
肿漏欲断
威灵仙捣汁洗。
日久赤硬肿痛者
生山药一个（去皮），篦麻二个，共研匀，摊布上贴之。
名症疰
醋调燕窝泥敷，或杏仁炒黑。研烂敷。
毛孔节次出血，不出则皮胀如鼓，顷刻口眼俱胀（名脉溢症） 饮生姜汁一二盏。身上
无故生蛆 蛇蜕末香油调搽。
取一个热蒸饼，掰成两片，在其中一片上撒入一钱密陀僧细末，迅速夹在腋下，稍微睡一会儿，待饼变冷后丢弃。
如果只有一侧腋下臭气，只需使用一半。
阴茎异常勃起、精气滑泄无定时，感觉如针刺般疼痛，捏之则软弱无力，这称为“肾漏”。
将破故纸（补骨脂）、韭子各一两研为细末，用甘草梢煎水送服。
将石榴花揉碎塞入患处（叶子也可以），或者用刚打来的井水清洗左右脚，症状即可停止。
将马鞭草捣烂敷于患处，或者将陈年木瓜打碎煎汤，加入五钱红糖服用。
取一块拳头大小的神曲，烧至通红后淬入两大碗黄酒中饮用。或者用一两葡萄干，酒煎后服用；或者将葱白捣碎炒热，趁热擦拭患处，再用生大黄末加姜汁调匀外敷。尽量饮用优质白酒。
将黄花菜的根和叶晒干研为细末，每次服用二钱，加入五分席下尘土，饭前用米饭送服。（参看杂症门中的水臌病）
用井水突然泼在脸上，不要让病人知道，受惊后血气收敛。
大小茴香各一钱（炒制），荔枝核五个，橘子核五钱，共同炒制后研为细末。用红糖调服，服用三次可除根。
将葱煨熟后加入少许盐，捣成泥状涂抹患处。若患肾中风瘙痒，可用蒜杆煎水清洗。
取少许丁香油，涂抹于肚脐内，再用穿过的鞋底烤热熨烫，长期使用效果最佳。若全身麻木不仁，用芥子末加醋调匀搽擦。
肿疡瘘管欲断绝时：
用威灵仙捣汁清洗。
病程日久，局部红肿硬痛者：
取生山药一个（去皮），蓖麻子二个，共同研磨均匀，摊在布上贴敷患处。
名为“疰症”：
用醋调燕窝泥外敷，或者将杏仁炒黑研烂外敷。
毛孔依次出血，若不排出则皮肤肿胀如鼓，顷刻间口眼皆胀（称为“脉溢症”）：饮用生姜汁一至两盏。
身上无故生出蛆虫：用蛇蜕粉末加香油调匀搽擦。
Take one steamed cake, break it into two halves, sprinkle one *qian* (approx. 3-5g) of fine powder of *Litharge* (Mituoseng, 密陀僧) on one half, and quickly clamp it under the armpit. Sleep for a short while, then discard the cake once it has cooled.
If only one armpit is affected, use only half.
Abnormal erection of the penis (*Yujing Qiangzhong*, 玉茎强中), with spontaneous seminal emission at irregular times, feeling like needle pricks; upon pinching, it becomes soft and brittle. This condition is named "Kidney Leakage" (*Shenlou*, 肾漏).
Grind *Psoraleae Fructus* (Poguozhi, 破故纸) and *Allii Tuberosi Semen* (Jiu Zi, 韭子), each one *liang* (approx. 30-50g), into fine powder. Take with water decoction of the tip of *Licorice Root* (Gancao Shao, 甘草梢).
Rub pomegranate flowers and insert them into the affected area (leaves may also be used). Alternatively, wash both feet with freshly drawn well water to stop the symptoms immediately.
Mash *Verbena officinalis* (Mabiancao, 马鞭草) and apply as a poultice. Or, crush aged *Chaenomeles Speciosa* (Chen Mugua, 陈木瓜), decoct in water, add five *qian* of brown sugar, and take orally.
Mix earthworm excrement with aged vinegar and apply topically. Rub with warm hands until the medication disperses.
Take a piece of *Medicated Leaven* (Shenqu, 神曲) the size of a fist, burn it until red-hot, quench it in two large bowls of yellow wine, and drink. Alternatively, take one *liang* of raisins, decoct in wine, and take orally; or mash scallion whites, stir-fry until hot, rub on the affected area, then apply a paste made from raw *Rhubarb Rhizome and Root* (Dahuang, 大黄) powder mixed with ginger juice. Drink good quality liquor to excess.
Dry the roots and leaves of *Hemerocallis Citrina* (Huanghuacai, 黄花菜), grind into powder. Take two *qian* per dose, mix with five *fen* (approx. 1.5-2.5g) of dust from under mats, and swallow with rice before meals. (See Water Distension in the Miscellaneous Diseases section).
Suddenly splash well water on the face without letting the patient know; the shock will help consolidate the blood.
Stir-fry *Foeniculi Fructus* (Da Xiao Huixiang, 大小茴香) each one *qian*. Take five lychee seeds and five *qian* of tangerine seeds. Stir-fry together and grind into powder. Mix with brown sugar and take orally. Three doses will eradicate the root cause.
Roast scallions, add a little salt, mash into a paste, and apply. For itching caused by Wind-Cold in the Kidney, wash with decoction of garlic stalks.
Apply a small amount of *Caryophylli Flos Oil* (Dingxiang You, 丁香油) inside the umbilicus. Then, heat an old worn shoe sole and moxa/iron it over the area. Long-term use is most effective. For numbness and insensibility all over the body, apply mustard seed powder mixed with vinegar.
For swelling and fistula wanting to sever:
Wash with juice extracted from *Agrimonia Pilosa* (Weilingxian, 威灵仙).
For cases lasting long time with redness, hardness, swelling, and pain:
Take one raw Chinese yam (peeled) and two *Ricini Semen* (Biban, 蓖麻). Grind evenly, spread on cloth, and apply as a patch.
Named "Zhu Syndrome" (*Zhuzheng*, 症疰):
Apply mud made from bird's nest mixed with vinegar, or roast apricot kernels until black, grind into a paste, and apply.
When pores bleed sequentially, and if not expelled, the skin swells like a drum, causing sudden swelling of the mouth and eyes (named "Maiyi Syndrome", 脉溢症): Drink one to two cups of fresh ginger juice.
When maggots spontaneously appear on the body: Apply powder of snake skin mixed with sesame oil.
