治肺气壅滞，咳嗽喘闷，膈脘不利，气否多渴，腰膝浮肿，小便淋涩。
百合 赤茯苓 陈皮（汤浸，去白） 紫苏茎叶 人参 大腹皮 猪苓（去黑皮） 桑
根白皮 枳壳（麸炒） 麦门冬（去心） 甘草（炙，以上各一两） 马兜铃（七枚，和皮）
上粗捣筛，每服四钱，水一盏半，入生姜一枣大，同煎至八分，去滓，不拘时温服。
治咳嗽，面目浮肿，不得安卧，涕唾稠粘。
甜葶苈（隔纸炒） 郁李仁（汤去皮，炒） 桑皮（以上各一两） 紫菀（去苗土） 旋
复花 槟榔 木通（以上各半两） 大腹皮（三分）
上为散，每服三钱，水一中盏，生姜半分，煎至六分，去滓，不拘时温服。
治肺寒，外内合邪咳嗽，语声不出，口中如含霜雪，停饮寒痰，咽喉妨闷，
噎塞不通，膈气噎气，皆可服之大效。

上为细末，煮糯米粉并黄蜡一两成粥，更入蜜再熬，匀和前药末，丸如樱桃大，每服一
丸，同生姜细嚼下，嗽时服。咳嗽脓血者，服之大效。

将上述药材粗捣筛碎，每次服用四钱，加水一盏半，放入一块如枣大小的生姜，一同煎煮至剩余八分药液，滤去药渣，不限时间温服。
治疗咳嗽，面目浮肿，无法安稳躺卧，鼻涕和唾液粘稠。
甜葶苈（隔纸炒制）、郁李仁（用汤水去皮，炒制）、桑皮（以上药材各一两）、紫菀（去除苗土）、旋复花、槟榔、木通（以上药材各半两）、大腹皮（三分）。
将上述药材制成散剂，每次服用三钱，加水一中盏，生姜半分，煎煮至剩余六分药液，滤去药渣，不限时间温服。
治疗肺寒，外感与内伤邪气相合导致的咳嗽，声音嘶哑或失音，口中感觉如同含着霜雪，体内停聚饮邪和寒痰，咽喉堵塞闷胀，噎塞不通，胸膈气逆或噎气，均可服用此方，效果显著。
天门冬（去除心部，焙干）、紫菀（去除泥土）、百合、杏仁（用汤水浸泡，去除皮尖及双仁部分，炒制）、麦门冬（去除心部，焙干）、贝母（去除心部，焙干）、人参、半夏（用水煮软后切片，焙干）、桔梗（炒制）、桂心（去除粗糙外皮）、阿胶（炒至干燥）、生干地黄、橘皮（用汤水浸泡，去除白色内皮）、甘草（炙烤，以上药材各三两）。
将上述药材研成细末，用糯米粉和黄蜡一两煮成粥状，再加入蜂蜜继续熬炼，均匀混合前药末，制成如樱桃大小的丸剂，每次服用一丸，同生姜一起细细咀嚼后送服，咳嗽时服用。若咳嗽伴有脓血者，服用此方效果显著。
Treats lung qi stagnation, cough with wheezing and chest oppression, qi stagnation in the chest and epigastrium, qi rebellion accompanied by excessive thirst, edema of the waist and knees, and dysuria with astringency.
Lily Bulb (Baihe), Red Poria (Chifuling), Tangerine Peel (Chenpi, soaked in decoction, white pith removed), Perilla Stem and Leaf (Zisujingye), Ginseng (Renshen), Areca Peel (Dafupi), Polyporus (Zhuling, black skin removed), Mulberry Root Bark (Sanggenbaipi), Aurantium (Zhiqiao, bran-fried), Ophiopogon Tuber (Maimendong, heart removed), Licorice Root (Gancao, honey-fried, each of the above 1 liang), Aristolochia Fruit (Madouling, 7 pieces, with skin).
Coarsely crush and sieve the above ingredients. For each dose, take 4 qian, add 1.5 zhan of water and a piece of fresh ginger the size of a jujube. Decoct together until 0.8 zhan remains, strain, and take warm at any time.
Treats cough, edema of the face and eyes, inability to lie flat comfortably, and thick, sticky sputum and nasal discharge.
Sweet Descurainia Seed (Tiantingli, stir-fried between papers), Prunus Seed (Yuliren, soaked in decoction, skin removed, stir-fried), Mulberry Root Bark (Sangpi, each of the above 1 liang), Aster Root (Ziwan, rhizome and soil removed), Inula Flower (Xuanfuhua), Areca Nut (Binglang), Akebia Stem (Mutong, each of the above 0.5 liang), Areca Peel (Dafupi, 3 fen).
Pulverize the above ingredients into a powder. For each dose, take 3 qian, add 1 zhan of water and 0.5 fen of fresh ginger. Decoct until 0.6 zhan remains, strain, and take warm at any time.
Treats lung cold, cough caused by the combination of external and internal pathogens, loss of voice, sensation of frost and snow in the mouth, retention of fluid and cold phlegm, throat obstruction and stuffiness, dysphagia and blockage, chest qi rebellion or hiccups. This formula is highly effective for all these conditions.
Asparagus Tuber (Tianmendong, heart removed, baked), Aster Root (Ziwan, soil removed), Lily Bulb (Baihe), Apricot Seed (Xingren, soaked in decoction, skin and pointed ends removed, stir-fried), Ophiopogon Tuber (Maimendong, heart removed, baked), Fritillaria Bulb (Beimu, heart removed, baked), Ginseng (Renshen), Pinellia Tuber (Banxia, boiled soft, sliced, baked), Platycodon Root (Jiegeng, stir-fried), Cassia Twig Heart (Guixin, coarse bark removed), Donkey-hide Gelatin (Ejiao, stir-fried until dry), Dried Rehmannia Root (Shengshengdi), Tangerine Peel (Jupi, soaked in decoction, white pith removed), Licorice Root (Gancao, honey-fried, each of the above 3 liang).
Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder. Boil glutinous rice flour and 1 liang of yellow wax into a porridge, add honey, and continue to simmer. Mix evenly with the medicinal powder and form pills the size of cherries. Take one pill per dose, chew finely with fresh ginger, and swallow. Take when coughing. Highly effective for cough with pus and blood.
