Treats conditions where both the Kidney and Bladder are deficient, with pathogenic factors clashing and knotting, thereby forming Cold Hernia (Han Shen). The pathogen lingers and does not disperse, causing pain in the umbilical and abdominal regions, enlargement of one side of the scrotum, swelling of the skin and sac, heavy dragging sensation that grows over time, hindering walking, incessant itching, frequent discharge of yellow fluid, which macerates into sores. Or growths of abnormal tissue appear; repeated treatments fail to cure, leading to blockage of the Kidney Meridian, obstruction of Yin and Yang, swelling of the external genitalia, which become cold and hard as stone, gradually enlarging. All these result from frequently taking hot-natured internal medicines or due to binding/tight support, causing such conditions.
