上作一服，水一盅，酒半盅，煎至八分，食前服。
治臂上生痈。
白芷（一钱半） 升麻 桔梗（各一钱） 生黄芩（三钱） 酒黄芩（四钱） 红花 甘
草（炙，各半钱）
上作一服，水二盅，酒半盅，煎至八分，食后服。
治一切风湿热毒浸淫，疮疡下注湿毒，脚膝生疮赤肿，里外 疮，脓水不绝，或痒或痛。
治妇人两乳间出黑头疮，顶陷下作黑眼，并乳痈初起亦治。

治小儿项侧有疮，坚而不溃，名曰马刀。

上作一服，水二盅，煎至一盅，食后服。亦治瘰 ，此是攻里内消之剂。
治时毒疮疹，发于头面胸膈之际。

上作一服，水二盅，生姜三片，煎至一盅，食远服。
治时毒疮肿。

治疗各种风湿热毒浸淫体内，疮疡下部注湿毒，脚部和膝盖生疮红肿，内外皆有的疮疡，脓水淋漓不止，或者瘙痒或者疼痛。
治疗妇女两乳之间长出黑头疮，疮顶凹陷呈现黑眼状，以及乳痈（急性乳腺炎）初起阶段也适用此方。

以上药材作为一剂服用，加水二盅，煎煮至剩余一盅药液，饭后服用。此方也治疗瘰疬，这是属于攻逐里邪、使病灶内消的方剂。
治疗时行毒气引发的疮疹，发作于头部、面部、胸部和膈肌部位。
升麻 牛蒡子 桔梗 麻黄 甘草（各一钱半） 连翘（二钱）
以上药材作为一剂服用，加水二盅，生姜三片，煎煮至剩余一盅药液，距离进食较远的时候服用。
治疗时行毒气引发的疮肿。

Treating carbuncles occurring in the sacrococcygeal region (tailbone area) and buttocks, characterized by hardness, swelling, and severe pain.
Qianghuo (Notopterygii Rhizoma et Radix), Huangbai (Phellodendri Cortex, processed with wine, each 2 qian), Fangfeng (Saposhnikoviae Radix), Dangguiwei (Angelicae Sinensis Radix, tail portion), Bencao (Ligustici Rhizoma et Radix), Lianqiao (Forsythiae Fructus), Cangzhu (Atractylodis Rhizoma), Chenpi (Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium), Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, roasted, each 1 qian), Rougui (Cinnamomi Cortex, 3 fen), Huangqi (Astragali Radix, 1.5 qian).
Combine all as one dose. Add one *zhong* of water and half a *zhong* of wine. Decoct until eight-tenths of the liquid remains. Take before meals.
Treating carbuncles occurring on the arms.
Baizhi (Angelicae Dahuricae Radix, 1.5 qian), Shengma ( Cimicifugae Rhizoma), Jiegeng (Platycodonis Radix, each 1 qian), Sheng Huangqin (Scutellariae Radix, raw, 3 qian), Jiu Huangqin (Scutellariae Radix, processed with wine, 4 qian), Honghua (Carthami Flos), Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, roasted, each 0.5 qian).
Combine all as one dose. Add two *zhong* of water and half a *zhong* of wine. Decoct until eight-tenths of the liquid remains. Take after meals.
Treating various wind-dampness-heat-toxins infiltrating the body, damp-toxin descending to lower-body sores, redness and swelling of sores on the feet and knees, sores both inside and outside, continuous discharge of pus and fluid, accompanied by itching or pain.
Treating black-headed sores appearing between the breasts in women, with sunken centers resembling black eyes, as well as early-stage Ru Yong (acute mastitis).
Shengma (Cimicifugae Rhizoma), Gegen (Puerariae Lobatae Radix), Lianqiao (Forsythiae Fructus), Dangguishen (Angelicae Sinensis Radix, body portion), Huangbai (Phellodendri Cortex, each 2 qian), Huangqi (Astragali Radix, 2 qian), Rougui (Cinnamomi Cortex, 5 fen), Niubangzi (Arctii Fructus), Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, roasted, each 1 qian).
Combine all as one dose. Add one *zhong* of water and half a *zhong* of wine. Decoct until one full *zhong* of liquid remains. Take after meals.
Treating hard, non-ulcerated sores on the side of the neck in children, known as Madao (a type of scrofula).
Chaihu (Bupleuri Radix), Dangguiwei (Angelicae Sinensis Radix, tail portion), Sheng Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, raw), Lianqiao (Forsythiae Fructus), Huangqin (Scutellariae Radix), Niubangzi (Arctii Fructus), Jing Sanleng (Sparganii Rhizoma), Jiegeng (Platycodonis Radix, each 1.5 qian), Huanglian (Coptidis Rhizoma, 1 qian), Honghua (Carthami Flos, a small amount).
Combine all as one dose. Add two *zhong* of water. Decoct until one full *zhong* of liquid remains. Take after meals. This formula also treats Luoli (scrofula); it is an internal resolution agent that attacks pathogens from within.
Treating epidemic toxin-induced sores and rashes erupting on the head, face, chest, and diaphragm.
Shengma (Cimicifugae Rhizoma), Niubangzi (Arctii Fructus), Jie Geng (Platycodonis Radix), Mahuang (Ephedrae Herba), Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, each 1.5 qian), Lianqiao (Forsythiae Fructus, 2 qian).
Combine all as one dose. Add two *zhong* of water and three slices of Shengjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens). Decoct until one full *zhong* of liquid remains. Take at a time distant from meals.
Treating epidemic toxin-induced sores and swelling.
Qianghuo (Notopterygii Rhizoma et Radix), Chuanxiong (Ligusticum Chuanxiong Rhizoma), Changpu (Acori Tatarinowii Rhizoma), Niubangzi (Arctii Fructus), Fangfeng (Saposhnikoviae Radix), Jingjie (Schizonepetae Spica), Loulu (Euphrasiae Herba), Maimendong (Ophiopogonis Radix), Qianhu (Peucedani Radix), Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, each 1.5 qian).
Combine all as one dose. Add two *zhong* of water. Decoct until one full *zhong* of liquid remains. Take at a time distant from meals.
