为末，炼蜜为膏，每用皂角子大，水化频洗。

以上先用四两蜂蜜，熬煮三四沸，加入炉甘石再熬，不停搅拌使其均匀，冷却后加入黄丹，再熬，加入黄连、雄黄、白丁香，再搅拌，加入当归、海螵蛸，再熬煮三五沸，加入轻粉、乳香、麝香，共同搅拌使其均匀，用笋皮包裹收存，每次取如皂角子大小的量，用热水化开热敷清洗。另一种方法是用一两皮硝，放入童子便中，然后将烧红的炉甘石放在皮硝和童子便中浸泡。另一种方法是在炉甘石中加入一两铜绿、一两三钱土粉、三钱枯白矾、乳香、三钱没药、一钱砂，共同研为细末，炼蜜为膏，每次取皂角子大小，用水化开频繁清洗。

First, use four liang of honey, boil three or four times, add Luganshi and boil again, stirring constantly until uniform. Use an amount the size of a soap bean, dissolve in water and wash frequently.
