天雄（一分） 附子（一枚） 鸡子（一枚）
上为细末，将鸡子开一孔，取去黄，用清和药，却内鸡子，封合其头，还令鸡抱之，待
诸雏出，其药乃成。取出以绵裹塞耳内，取瘥为度。
治久聋诸药不效。
穿山甲（炮） 蝼蛄（各半两） 麝香（一钱）
上为细末，以葱涎和剂塞耳中，或为细末，以少许葱管盛药，放耳中。
治久聋滴耳。
水银（一分） 蚯蚓（中者一条）
上就楼葱丛内，以一茎去尖头，入水银蚯蚓在内，即系却头，勿令倾出，候蚯蚓化为水
，取滴耳中，愈。
治耳聋久不效者。
上用大蒜一瓣，一头剜一坑子，以巴豆一粒，去皮，慢火炮令极热，入在蒜内，以新绵
裹定，塞耳中，不过三四次效。
治多年耳聋不可治者，用此十日见效，除病根。
川乌头（一个，炮去皮脐，一方草乌用尖） 细辛（各二钱） 胆矾（半钱） 活鼠（一
个，热汤内浸死，砍喉开取胆，真红色是）
上为细末，用鼠胆调和匀，再焙令干，研细，却入麝香半字，用鹅毛管吹入耳中，吹时
口含茶清，待少时。
治肾虚热毒，乘虚攻耳，致耳内常鸣，如蝉声。不可专服补药，宜用此方。
龙齿 人参 白茯苓（去皮） 麦门冬（去心，焙） 远志（去心，各半两） 丹砂（研）
铁粉（研） 龙脑（研） 牛黄（研） 麝香（研，各一分）
上为细末，研匀，每服半钱匕，食后用沸汤调服，日三服，病愈即已。
治疗耳聋三十年听不见的方子。

将上述药物研成细末，把鸡蛋打开一个小孔，取出蛋黄，用蛋清调和药粉，再装入鸡蛋内，封好开口处，让母鸡抱孵，等到小鸡孵化出来，药就制成了。取出药物用棉布包裹塞入耳内，直到痊愈为止。
治疗长期耳聋各种药物无效的方子。

将上述药物研成细末，用葱汁调和后塞入耳中；或者研成细末，取少许放入葱管中，置于耳内。
治疗长期耳聋滴耳用的方子。
水银（一分） 蚯蚓（中等大小的一条）
在楼葱丛内，取一根葱去掉尖头，将水银和蚯蚓放入其中，立即系住葱头，防止流出，等待蚯蚓化为水状，取液滴入耳中，即可治愈。
治疗耳聋日久其他药物无效的方子。
取大蒜一瓣，在一端挖一个小坑，将一粒去皮巴豆用慢火炒至极热，放入蒜坑内，用新棉布包裹固定，塞入耳中，不超过三四次即见效。
治疗多年耳聋难以治愈的方子，使用此方十日见效，可除病根。
川乌头（一个，炮制去皮脐，另一版本用草乌尖） 细辛（各二钱） 胆矾（半钱） 活鼠（一个，在热水中浸死，割开喉咙取出胆囊，颜色真红的是好的）
将上述药物研成细末，用鼠胆汁调和均匀，再焙干，研细，然后加入半字麝香，用鹅毛管吹入耳中，吹药时口中含茶清，稍待片刻。
治疗肾虚热毒，乘虚侵袭耳朵，导致耳内常鸣，如蝉叫声。不可专门服用补药，宜用此方。
龙齿 人参 白茯苓（去皮） 麦门冬（去心，焙干） 远志（去心，各半两） 丹砂（研碎） 铁粉（研碎） 龙脑（研碎） 牛黄（研碎） 麝香（研碎，各一分）
将上述药物研成细末，混合均匀，每次服用半钱匕量，饭后用沸水调服，每日三次，病愈即停。
Treatment for deafness lasting thirty years where hearing is lost.
Tianxiong (1 fen) Fuzi (1 piece) Chicken egg (1 piece)
Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder. Make a small hole in the chicken egg, remove the yolk, and use the egg white to mix with the medicine. Place the mixture back into the egg, seal the opening, and let the hen brood it until the chicks hatch; then the medicine is ready. Take out the medicine, wrap it in cotton, and insert it into the ear. Continue until cured.
Treatment for chronic deafness unresponsive to various medicines.
Pangolin scales (processed) Mole cricket (each 0.5 liang) Moschus (1 qian)
Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder. Mix with juice from green onion and insert into the ear. Alternatively, grind into powder, place a small amount inside a green onion tube, and insert into the ear.
Drops for chronic deafness.
Mercurius (1 fen) Earthworm (one medium-sized)
In a cluster of Allium tuberosum (Chinese chives), take one stalk, remove the tip, and insert the Mercurius and Earthworm inside. Tie off the head immediately to prevent leakage. Wait until the Earthworm dissolves into liquid, then extract the drops and instill into the ear for cure.
Treatment for long-standing deafness unresponsive to other remedies.
Take one clove of garlic, carve a small cavity at one end. Place one seed of Croton tiglium (Badi dou), peeled and stir-fried slowly until extremely hot, into the garlic cavity. Wrap securely in new cotton and insert into the ear. Effectiveness is expected within three or four applications.
Treatment for chronic deafness considered incurable; this formula shows results in ten days and eliminates the root cause.
Chuan Wutou (one piece, processed, skin and umbilicus removed; alternatively, Caowu tip may be used) Xixin (each 2 qian) Alum (0.5 qian) Live mouse (one piece, drowned in hot water, throat cut open to extract gallbladder; true red color indicates quality)
Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder. Mix evenly with mouse bile, dry by baking, and grind finely. Add half a zi of Moschus. Use a goose feather tube to insufflate the powder into the ear. While insufflating, hold tea liquor in the mouth for a short while.
Treatment for kidney deficiency with heat-toxin attacking the ears due to deficiency, causing continuous ringing in the ears like cicadas. Do not solely administer tonifying medicines; use this formula instead.
Longchi (Dragon teeth) Renshen (Ginseng) Baifuling (White Poria, skin removed) Maimendong (Ophiopogon tuber, heart removed, baked) Yuanzhi (Polygala root, heart removed, each 0.5 liang) Dansha (Cinnabar, ground) Tiefen (Iron powder, ground) Longnao (Borneolum Syntheticum, ground) Niuhuang (Calculus Bovis, ground) Moschus (Moschus, ground, each 1 fen)
Grind all ingredients into a fine powder and mix uniformly. Take half a qianbi dose per administration, mixed with boiling water after meals. Take three times daily. Discontinue when the disease is cured.
