上为细末，掺疮口上，小便赤色，服导赤散。
生地黄 木通 甘草（各等分）
上为细末，每服三钱，白汤调下。
熏洗痔漏。
枳壳 贯众（各二两） 荆芥 大柏皮（各一两） 黄连 蛇床子 地骨皮 无名异 干
姜（炮，各半两） 苍耳根 冬青叶 薤头 柏枝（各一把） 黑豆（半升）
上 咀，每用一大合，用水三大碗，煎至二碗，先熏后洗，日三五次。
治痔疾，疼痛如锥刀刺，不可忍。
威灵仙（一名能消，去苗土，四两） 卷柏（去根） 皮（烧灰存性） 防风（去叉）
阿胶（炙燥，各半两） 糯米（一合，炒）
上为细末，炼蜜和丸，如梧桐子大，每服十丸，加至二十丸，不拘时用人参汤送下，日
二服。
治五痔痛甚。
臭椿皮 景天（阴干，即慎火草） 地骨皮（各二两） 马牙硝（一两）
上为细末，用精猪肉一大片，掺药末三钱匕在肉上，就上坐一二时，起看，有虫即出，
无即已。
治痔漏痛。
白鳝鱼骨 熟艾（各等分）
上锉碎和匀，用新盆子一个，盛药在内，用盖对盆口，上通一窍，以火烧药，候烟出窍
上，坐熏之，烟尽即止。

将上述药材研磨成细粉，直接撒在疮口上。若小便颜色赤红，则服用导赤散。

将上述药材研磨成细粉，每次服用三钱，用温开水调服。
用于熏洗痔疮和瘘管。

将上述药材切碎，每次取一大合用量，加入三大碗水，煎煮至剩余两碗药液。先用药蒸汽熏蒸患处，待温度适宜后再进行清洗，每日进行三到五次。
治疗痔疮疾病，疼痛如同锥子和刀子刺入，难以忍受。
威灵仙（又名能消，去除苗土部分，四两） 卷柏（去除根部） 皮（烧成灰但保留药性） 防风（去除叉状分枝） 阿胶（炙烤至干燥，各半两） 糯米（一合，炒制）
将上述药材研磨成细粉，用炼制的蜂蜜调和制成丸剂，大小如梧桐子。每次服用十丸，可逐渐增加至二十丸，不限时间，用人参汤送服，每日两次。
治疗五种痔疮引起的剧烈疼痛。
臭椿皮 景天（阴干，即慎火草） 地骨皮（各二两） 马牙硝（一两）
将上述药材研磨成细粉，取一大片精瘦猪肉，将三钱匕的药末撒在肉上，患者坐在肉上约一至两个小时。起身后观察，若有虫体排出则有效，若无虫体排出则停止。
治疗痔疮和瘘管引起的疼痛。
白鳝鱼骨 熟艾（以上药材各取等量）
将上述药材切碎并混合均匀，取一个新盆，将药物放入盆中，用盖子盖住盆口，并在盖子上打通一个小孔。点燃药物加热，待烟雾从小孔冒出时，患者坐于孔上进行熏蒸，直到烟雾散尽为止。
治疗新旧痔疮疼痛，效果神奇。
使用海螵蛸，去除外层粗糙的皮，研磨成细粉。每次取二三钱，用生麻油调制成膏状，用鸡毛蘸取涂抹在患处，日夜使用，日久之后疮口自然愈合消退。
Calculus Draconis (calcined) Baidzhi Angelicae Dahuricae Radix Huangdan Minii Oxidum Hanshuishi Aragonitum (calcined, equal parts of each)
Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder and apply it directly to the wound. If the urine is red, administer Daochi San (Coptis Decoction).
Shengdihuang Rehmanniae Radix Mutong Akebiae Caulis Gancao Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (equal parts of each)
Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder. Take three qian per dose, mixed with warm water for oral administration.
For fumigation and washing of hemorrhoids and fistulas.
Zhiqiao Aurantii Fructus Guanzhong Cyathullae Herba Jingjie Schizonepetae Spica Dabapi Phellodendri Cortex Huanglian Coptidis Rhizoma Shechuangzi Cnidii Fructus Digupi Lycii Cortex Wumingyi Hematite Ganjiang Zingiberis Rhizoma (processed, half liang each) Cang'ergen Xanthii Fructus Dongqing叶 Ilex cornuta leaf Xietou Allii macrostemonis Bulbus Baizhi Cinnamomi Ramulus Heidou Sojae Semen (half sheng)
Coarsely crush the above ingredients. For each use, take one dahe amount, add three wan of water, and decoct until two wan remain. First fumigate the affected area with the steam, then wash with the liquid. Perform this three to five times daily.
To treat hemorrhoidal disease where pain feels like piercing with awls or knives, unbearable.
Weilingxian Saposhnikoviae Radix (also known as Nengxiao, remove seedlings and soil, four liang) Juanbai Serpylli Herba Pi (burned to ash but retaining efficacy) Fangfeng Saposhnikoviae Radix (remove forked branches) Ejiao Asini Corium Corneum (roasted until dry, half liang each) Nuomii Glutinous Rice (one he, stir-fried)
Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder. Mix with refined honey to form pills the size of wutong seeds. Take ten pills per dose, increasing up to twenty pills if necessary. Administer at any time, washed down with Renshen Tang (Ginseng Decoction), twice daily.
To treat severe pain from the five types of hemorrhoids.
Chouchunpi Ailanthi Cortex Jingtian Sedum aizoon Herba (shade-dried, i.e., Shenhuocao) Digupi Lycii Cortex Mayaxiaoxio Natrii Sulfas (two liang each, one liang)
Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder. Take a large slice of lean pork, sprinkle three qianbi of the powder onto the meat. The patient sits on the meat for one to two hours. Upon rising, observe: if parasites are expelled, it is effective; if not, discontinue.
To treat pain from hemorrhoids and fistulas.
Baishanyu Gu Ossa Muraenae Shuai Ai Folium Artemisiae Argyi (equal parts of each)
Finely chop and mix evenly. Place the medicine in a new basin. Cover the basin mouth with a lid, leaving one small hole open. Burn the medicine inside. When smoke emerges from the hole, sit over the hole to fumigate. Stop when the smoke is exhausted.
To treat pain from old and new hemorrhoids, efficacious as a deity.
Use Haipiaoxiao Sepiae Endoconcha. Remove the rough outer skin and grind into a fine powder. Use two to three qian each time, mixed with raw Sesame Oil to form a paste. Apply with a chicken feather. Use day and night. After prolonged use, the ulcer will naturally heal.
