一法灸耳垂下，艾炷三壮，左灸右，右灸左。

桂心用酒煮取汁液，用纸蘸取贴在患处，左侧歪斜贴右侧，右侧歪斜贴左侧。
另一方法是用一条大鳝鱼，用针刺出头部血液，左侧歪斜涂在右侧，右侧歪斜涂在左侧，症状纠正后即洗去，将鳝鱼放生。
还有一种方法是灸耳垂下方，艾炷三壮，左侧歪斜灸右侧，右侧歪斜灸左侧。

Caowu (Aconiti Radix Lateralis Preparata, remove skin and navel, chop, stir-fry with salt) Xixin (Asari Radix et Rhizoma, remove seedlings) Chishao (Paeoniae Radix Rubra) Wulingzhi (Trogopterori Faeces) Dilong (Pheretima, remove soil, stir-fry) Fangfeng (Saposhnikoviae Radix, remove radicle) Xi (Cnidii Fructus, soak in wine) Juqizi (unknown specific herb, likely a typo or variant in original text) Chuanwutou (Aconiti Radix, processed, remove skin and navel) Cangzhu (Atractylodis Rhizoma, 1 liang, soak in rice wash water) Heiqianniu (Pharbitidis Semen Nigrum, 0.5 liang, grind into powder) Shanyinchenshen (Artemisiae Scopariae Herba, 1 liang)
Grind the above ingredients into fine powder, mix with wine paste to make pills, size of Sophora japonica seeds. Take 10-20 pills per dose, swallow with warm wine on an empty stomach.
Treats Stroke (Zhong Feng) and Qi obstruction, hemiplegia, deviation of mouth and eyes. It is advisable to take this formula first.
Baizhu (Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma, 4 qian) Tianma (Gastrodiae Rhizoma, 1 qian) Chenxiang (Aquilariae Lignum Resinatum) Baizhi (Angelicae Dahuricae Radix) Qingpi (Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium Viride, each 0.5 qian) Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, honey-fried, 0.5 qian) Renshen (Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma, 1 qian) Wuyao (Litseae Fructus, 2 qian) Zisu (Perillae Folium) Mugua (Chaenomelis Fructus, each 0.5 qian)
Divide into two doses. For each dose, use 2 zhan of water and 2 slices of fresh ginger, decoct until reduced to 8 fen, take warm. Decoct the dregs together again. Also suitable for waist pain caused by wind-dampness.
Treats Stroke resulting in coldness of the whole body, locked jaw, and loss of consciousness.
Duhuo (Angelicae Pubescentis Radix, 4 liang, remove radicle)
Decoct in 4 zhan of good wine, divide into 2-3 hot doses.
Treats Stroke causing inability to move hands and feet, slurred speech. This formula has been verified effective repeatedly.

Chop the above ingredients, divide into two doses. Use 2 zhan of water, 3 slices of fresh ginger, 1 jujube (remove pit), decoct and take.
Treats Stroke causing deviation of mouth and eyes, hemiplegia.
Baifuzi (Typhonii Rhizoma) Jiangcan (Bombyx Batryticatus) Quanxie (Scorpio)
Take equal parts, use raw, grind into powder. Mix with hot wine and take, at any time, 2 qian per dose.
Guixin (Cinnamomi Cortex) decocted in wine to extract juice. Soak paper in the juice and apply to the affected area. If deviated to the left, apply to the right; if deviated to the right, apply to the left.
Another method: Use one large eel. Prick the head to draw blood. If deviated to the left, smear on the right; if deviated to the right, smear on the left. Once corrected, wash off and release the eel.
Another method: Moxibustion below the earlobe. Three moxa cones. If deviated to the left, moxa the right side; if deviated to the right, moxa the left side.
