上为细末，酒调糯米末，煮湖为丸，如梧桐子大，每服七十丸，食前用白茯苓煎汤送下
治疗心中客热烦躁，小便赤浊且伴有脂液。
白茯苓（去皮）一钱半，石莲肉（去壳留仁）一钱半，益智仁，远志（用水浸泡，去除心部，用姜汁炮制后炒干），麦门冬（去除心部）。
以上药材作为一剂，加水两盅，灯心草二十茎，煎煮至一盅，饭前服用。若有热象，加入少许薄荷。
治疗心热导致的小便赤浊。
石莲肉（保留莲子心，六两），甘草（炙烤，一两）。
以上药材研为细末，每次服用二钱，空腹时用灯心草煎汤调服。
治疗各种虚损不足，虚热潮热发作，心神惊悸不安，睡眠不宁，小便浑浊如油。
龙齿（打碎，单独研磨），人参（去除芦头），熟地黄（清洗焙干），当归（酒浸，焙干），桔梗（去除芦头），酸枣仁（蜜炙），黄柏（蜜炙），远志，甘草（炙烤，半钱）。
以上药材作为一剂，加水两盅，生姜三片，粳米一小撮，煎煮至一盅，不拘泥于固定时间服用。
治疗思虑过度，清浊之气相互干扰，导致小便白浊。
益智仁（酒浸一夜），石菖蒲（去除毛须），白茯苓（去皮），天台乌药，川萆薢（各一两），甘草。
以上药材研为细末，每次服用二钱，饭前用盐汤调服。
治疗肾经虚寒，遗精白浊，四肢烦闷倦怠，时常发生蒸蒸发热。
鹿茸（去除毛，用酥油炙烤），巴戟天（去除心部），肉苁蓉（酒洗），熟地黄（酒浸），附子（炮制，去除皮和脐），桂心，山茱萸，白芍药，防风（泡制），枸杞子，牛膝（酒浸），甘草（炙烤，各一钱）。
以上药材作为一剂，加水两盅，生姜五片，少许盐，煎煮至一盅，空腹服用。
治疗心虚肾冷，漏精白浊。
鹿茸（去除毛，用酥油炙烤至黄色），桑螵蛸（在瓦上焙干），肉苁蓉（刮去鳞皮，切片，用姜汁炒去丝），巴戟天（去除心部），菟丝子（酒浸），益智仁，川楝子（去除皮核，焙干），禹余粮（火煅，醋淬），当归（以上各三两），韭子（微炒），破故纸（即补骨脂，炒），山茱萸，赤石脂，龙骨（单独研磨，各半两），滴乳香（二钱半）。
以上药材研为细末，用酒调和糯米末，煮成糊状制成丸药，大小如梧桐子，每次服用七十丸，饭前用白茯苓煎汤送下。
Treats internal heat from external pathogens causing irritability, and red turbid urine with fatty sediment.
Bai Fuling (Poria Cocos, peeled) 1.5 qian, Shi Lianrou (Lotus Seed Embryo, shell removed) 1.5 qian, Yizhiren (Alpinia Oxyphylla Fruit), Yuanzhi (Polygala Tenuifolia Root, soaked in water, heart removed, processed with ginger juice and stir-fried), Maimendong (Ophiopogon Japonicus Rhizome, heart removed).
Combine the above as one dose, add two zhong of water and twenty stalks of Dengxincao (Juncus Effusus), decoct until one zhong remains, take before meals. If there is heat, add a small amount of Bohe (Mentha Haplocalyx).
Treats red turbid urine caused by Heart heat.
Shi Lianrou (Lotus Seed Embryo, retaining the plumule, six liang), Gancao (Licorice Root, honey-fried, one liang).
Grind the above into fine powder, take two qian per dose, mix with Decoction of Dengxincao (Juncus Effusus) on an empty stomach.
Treats various deficiencies and insufficiencies, tidal fever due to deficiency, palpitations and fright of the Shen (Spirit), restless sleep, and oily turbid urine.
Longchi (Dragon Bone, crushed and separately ground), Renshen (Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma, radix removed), Shudihuang (Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata, washed and dried), Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix, soaked in wine and dried), Jiegeng (Platycodonis Radix, radix removed), Suanzaoren (Ziziphi Spinosae Semen, honey-fried), Huangbai (Phellodendri Cortex, honey-fried), Yuanzhi (Polygala Tenuifolia Root), Gancao (Licorice Root, honey-fried, half qian).
Combine the above as one dose, add two zhong of water, three slices of Shengjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens), and a pinch of Jingmi (Oryza Sativa Glutinosa), decoct until one zhong remains, take at any time.
Treats excessive overthinking leading to interference between clear and turbid qi, resulting in white turbid urine.
Yizhiren (Alpinia Oxyphylla Fruit, soaked in wine overnight), Shichangpu (Acori Tatarinowii Rhizoma, hairs removed), Bai Fuling (Poria Cocos, peeled), Tiantai Wuyao (Linderae Radix), Chuan Biexie (Dioscoreae Hypoglaucae Rhizoma, each one liang), Gancao (Licorice Root).
Grind the above into fine powder, take two qian per dose, mix with Salt Water before meals.
Treats Kidney channel deficiency-cold, spermatorrhea and white turbid urine, vexation and fatigue of the four limbs, and occasional steaming fever.
Lurong (Cervi Cornu Pantotrichum, hairs removed, fried with su [animal fat]), Bajitian (Morinda Officinalis Radix, heart removed), Roucongrong (Cynomorii Folium, washed with wine), Shudihuang (Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata, soaked in wine), Fuzi (Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata, processed, skin and navel removed), Guixin (Cinnamomi Ramulus), Shanzhuyu (Corni Fructus), Baishao (Paeoniae Radix Alba), Fangfeng (Saposhnikoviae Radix, soaked), Gouqizi (Lycii Fructus), Niuxi (Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix, soaked in wine), Gancao (Licorice Root, honey-fried, each one qian).
Combine the above as one dose, add two zhong of water, five slices of Shengjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens), and a little salt, decoct until one zhong remains, take on an empty stomach.
Treats Heart deficiency and Kidney cold, leakage of essence and white turbid urine.
Lurong (Cervi Cornu Pantotrichum, hairs removed, fried with su until yellow), Sangpiaoxiao (Mantidis Oötheca, baked on tile), Roucongrong (Cynomorii Folium, scales scraped off, sliced, stir-fried with ginger juice to remove fibers), Bajitian (Morinda Officinalis Radix, heart removed), Tusizi (Cuscutae Semen, soaked in wine), Yizhiren (Alpinia Oxyphylla Fruit), Chuanlianzi (Toosendan Fructus, skin and seeds removed, baked), Yuyuliang (Hematitum, calcined and quenched with vinegar), Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix, each three liang above), Jiuizi (Allii Tuberosi Semen, lightly stir-fried), Poguzhi (Psoraleae Fructus, stir-fried), Shanzhuyu (Corni Fructus), Chishizhi (Halloysit Rubrum), Longgu (Fossil Bones, separately ground, each half liang), Diluxiang (Olibanum, two and a half qian).
Grind the above into fine powder, mix with wine and glutinous rice flour paste, boil to form pills the size of Sophora japonica seeds, take seventy pills per dose, swallow with Decoction of Bai Fuling (Poria Cocos) before meals.
