凡人早起或冷暖不时，或食油腻，或闻秽气，多有呕吐、腹痛、泄泻等症。
并治感冒风邪，寒暑疟疾。
苍术（米泔水泡，去皮，炒黄） 于白术（炒） 广皮 浓朴（姜炒）各三两 生甘
草白蒺藜
炼蜜为丸，龙眼大。每服一丸，白滚汤送下。
食盐一两，生姜五钱切片，同炒色变，以水一碗
又方
用艾绵铺脐上，外用棉花作圈，将食盐炒热，以布包放脐上，用大碗盖定圈子，令勿
泄气。热气入肚，即愈。
明矾滚水调匀，服二、三钱即效。
又方
以苎麻绳蘸热水，先刮头项，次刮两臂及手足曲弯处。务刮起红紫泡为妙。
又方
盐一把，置切菜刀下烧红，淬入水中，乘热饮水，吐出而愈。

水一盏，煎五分，热服。出汗为效。
防风一钱 紫苏一钱二分 干葛一钱四分 前胡一钱 桔梗一钱 苍术八分 羌活八分

姜三片，水煎，热服取汗。如感重无汗，再服一剂，表症自除。如汗后身热内烦病患，
在内用清解汤主之。并治大小便闭，身热口渴等症。
葛根二钱 柴胡 前胡各一钱 赤芍 枳壳各五分 麦冬（去心）九分 知母七分 茱
萸泽泻各八分 薄荷三分 甘草二分
用姜三片，灯心七根为引。如汗多加桂枝水煎，服二剂，身凉便利自愈。如内热甚，加
黄芩七分，花粉九分，水二盅，煎一盅服。

Place Ai Moxa (Ai Mian) on the umbilicus, make a circle outside with cotton, stir-fry Shiyan Halitum until hot, wrap in cloth, place on the umbilicus, cover firmly with a large bowl to prevent gas leakage. When heat enters the abdomen, the illness will be cured.
Shiyan Halitum (1 liang) Yazao Gleditsiae Sinensis Fructus Spina (1 qian)
Decoct in water and take; immediate vomiting leads to cure.
Mingfan Alum (dissolved evenly in boiling water), take 2-3 qian for effect.

Dip Ramie Rope (Zhumasheng) in hot water, first scrape the head and neck, then scrape both arms and the flexor aspects of hands and feet. It is ideal if red-purple blisters appear after scraping.

A handful of salt, place under a cleaver knife and burn red, quench in water, drink while hot; vomiting leads to cure.

Add three slices of Shengjiang Rhizoma Zingiberis Recens, decoct in water, take hot to induce sweating. If the pathogenic influence is heavy and there is no sweat, take another dose; exterior syndrome will naturally resolve. If the patient experiences internal heat and irritability after sweating, treat internally with Qingjie Tang (Clearing and Resolving Decoction). It also treats constipation and urinary retention (obstruction of urination and defecation), fever, and thirst.

Use three slices of Shengjiang Rhizoma Zingiberis Recens and seven stalks of Dengxin Cordalis Papyrus as guides. If sweating is excessive, add Guizhi Cinnamomi Ramulus, decoct in water, take two doses; body cools and bowels/bladder regulate, leading to self-healing. If internal heat is severe, add Huangqin Scutellariae Radix 7 fen, Huafen Trichosanthis Radix 9 fen, use two cups of water, decoct to one cup and take.
