在印堂，一宿即愈。

久疟方可用。
常山一钱五分 槟榔一钱 丁香七分 乌梅一个
上药同炒热，冲酒一盅半入药内，候滚三滚取起，露一宿，次早温服。
生姜二两 细茶二两 山楂二两 柴胡二两
用酒、河、井水各一大碗，煎一碗，露一宿，次早温服，立愈。
南苍术（米泔水泡去皮，炒黄）二两 浓朴（姜汁炒）二两 陈皮二两 生甘草一两
藿香一两 制半夏一两
葱、姜自然汁糊丸，桐子大，每服三钱。
用草从左中指顶尖处量至中指根处为止捏断，即用此草从根量至掌，再从掌量至腕为度，
用墨点记，用核桃半个，盛独蒜研烂敷于墨点处，以绵扎上一个时辰即去之，立
用鸡炖黄皮 灰存性，乳和服之（男雄女雌）。
又方
生鹿角 灰存性，先发之时服一钱。
鳖甲（醋炙透二钱） 白术（土炒）一钱 炙甘草五分 黄 （蜜炒）一钱 白芍（酒
炒）一钱 川芎一钱
水煎服。
治半身不遂，日夜骨痛。酒方在后。
川乌 附子 草乌各三两（俱用生姜煮过） 川椒二两
共研末，酒糊为丸，如绿豆大。每服九丸，每日早、午、晚服三次，空心酒送下。一料
可治数人。

另一个方子：

适用于久疟（长期不愈的疟疾）。

用鸡炖黄皮（鸡的内金）灰存性，乳汁调和服用（男用雄鸡，女用雌鸡）。
鳖甲（醋炙透二钱） 白术（土炒）一钱 炙甘草五分 黄芪（蜜炒）一钱 白芍（酒炒）一钱 川芎一钱

Use Tartary Buckwheat Seed (Fagopyri Tatarici Semen) and fine flour in any amount, obtain blood from a living Soft-shelled Turtle (Trionycis Carapax) by pricking, and form pills. Dry them in the shade. Take three qian before the onset of malaria, with plain boiled water.
Another prescription:
Take two Jujubes (Ziziphi Spinosae Fructus), remove skin and pits; take two Mylabris (Mylabris), bake until dry, grind together into a uniform powder. Mix with hot lard, shape into cakes the size of a finger joint, apply to Yintang (Ex-HN3) acupoint. Cure overnight.
Yet another prescription:
Suitable for chronic malaria.
Dichroa Root (Dichroae Radix) 1.5 qian, Areca Seed (Arecae Semen) 1 qian, Clove (Caryophylli Flos) 0.7 qian, Smoked Plum (Mume Fructus) one piece.
Stir-fry the above herbs together until hot, add one and a half cups of wine to the mixture. Boil three times, then remove from heat. Expose to dew overnight. Warm and take on the next morning.
Fresh Ginger (Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens) 2 liang, Fine Tea (Theae Folium) 2 liang, Hawthorn Fruit (Crataegi Fructus) 2 liang, Bupleurum Root (Bupleuri Radix) 2 liang.
Decoct with one large bowl each of wine, river water, and well water until reduced to one bowl. Expose to dew overnight. Warm and take on the next morning; immediate cure.
Southern Atractylodes Rhizome (Atractylodis Rhizoma) 2 liang (soak in rice washing water, remove skin, stir-fry until yellow); Magnolia Bark (Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex) 2 liang (stir-fry with ginger juice); Tangerine Peel (Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium) 2 liang; Raw Licorice Root (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma) 1 liang; Pogostemon Herb (Pogostemonis Herba) 1 liang; Prepared Pinellia Tuber (Pinelliae Rhizoma Praeparatum) 1 liang.
Make pills using natural juice of Scallion Stalk (Allii Fistulosi Bulbus) and Fresh Ginger (Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens) as binder, size of Sophora seeds. Take three qian per dose.
Measure from the tip of the left middle finger to its base using a blade of grass, break the grass at this length. Use this same piece of grass to measure from the root of the hand to the palm, and then from the palm to the wrist. Mark the spot with ink. Mash one clove of garlic inside half a walnut shell and apply to the marked spot. Bind tightly with cotton cloth for one shichen (two hours), then remove; immediate effect.
Roast Chicken Gizzard Membrane (Corneum Gigeriae Galli) to retain its properties, mix with milk and take orally (use male rooster for men, female hen for women).
Another prescription:
Unprocessed Deer Antler Cornu Cervi Pantotrichum, calcined to retain properties. Take one qian during the onset of malaria attacks.
Soft-shelled Turtle Shell (Trionycis Carapax) 2 qian (prepared with vinegar until penetrating); Atractylodes Macrocephala Rhizome (Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma) 1 qian (soil-fried); Roasted Licorice Root (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma) 0.5 qian; Astragalus Root (Astragali Radix) 1 qian (honey-fried); White Peony Root (Paeoniae Radix Alba) 1 qian (wine-fried); Szechuan Lovage Rhizome (Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma) 1 qian.
Decoct in water and take.
Treats hemiplegia and bone pain day and night. The wine-based formula is listed later.
Sichuan Aconite Root (Aconiti Radix Lateralis Preparata) 3 liang, Prepared Aconite Root (Aconiti Radix Preparata) 3 liang, Grass Aconite Root (Aconiti Kusnezoffii Radix) 3 liang (all boiled with fresh ginger); Sichuan Pepper (Zanthoxyli Pericarpium) 2 liang.
Grind all into powder. Make pills using wine paste, size of mung beans. Take nine pills per dose, three times daily (morning, noon, evening), taken with wine on an empty stomach. One batch can treat several people.
