水二盅，煎八分，食远服。
治一切疔疮发背，脑疽乳痈，附骨等疽，诸恶症歹疮，成麻木不痛，或呕吐心慌，或心
神昏愦，急服此药。不起发者即发；不痛者即痛；昏愦者即苏；呕吐者即解；未成者即消；
已成者即溃，真有回生之功，乃恶症中之至宝也。
蟾酥三钱 轻粉五分 枯矾 寒水石（ ） 铜绿 乳香（去油） 没药（去油） 胆
矾麝香 以上各一钱 蜗牛五个朱砂三钱
以上各为细末，称准。于端午日午时在净室中，先将蜗牛研烂，再同蟾酥和匀，方入群
药捣极匀，丸如绿豆大。每服三丸，先用葱白五寸，患者自嚼烂吐手中（男左女右）包药在
内，用无灰热酒送下，盖被出汗立效。
治脚上冷疔。初起紫泡，疼痛彻骨，渐腐烂，深孔紫黑血水腥秽，日久不愈，用
黑铅四者，以铁杓熔化，倾水再化，再倾。如此百遍，以铅尽为度，去水澄下者三钱 松
脂一钱 黄丹（水飞炒）五分 轻粉五分 麝香一分
共研为末，先用葱煎水洗净，麻油调涂，疮口油纸盖之。

治疗脚上的冷疔。初起为紫泡，疼痛彻骨，逐渐腐烂，深孔呈紫黑色，血水腥秽，日久不愈，用黑铅四两，以铁勺熔化，倾入水中再次熔化，再倾倒。如此重复百遍，以铅用完为度，去除水分，沉淀物取三钱，松脂一钱，黄丹（水飞炒制）五分，轻粉五分，麝香一分
共同研为粉末，先用葱煎水洗净患处，用麻油调涂，疮口用油纸覆盖。
Treats miliaria (prickly heat). Wind-dampness pathogen infiltrates the blood vessels, leading to sores and scabies. For adults and children suffering from wind-heat urticaria covering the whole body, with cloud-like patches appearing and disappearing intermittently.
Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix), Shengdi (Rehmanniae Radix), Fangfeng (Saposhnikoviae Radix), Chantui (Cicadae Periostracum), Zhi Mu (Anemarrhenae Rhizoma), Kushen (Sophorae Flavescentis Radix), Huma (Sesami Fructus), Jingjie (Schizonepetae Herba), Niubangzi (Arctii Fructus), Cangzhu (Atractylodis Rhizoma, stir-fried), Shigao (Gypsum Fibrosum, calcined)
Each one qian (approx. 3.73g).
Add two zhong (approx. 400ml) of water, decoct until reduced to eight fen (approx. 320ml), take after meals.
Grind Shigao into powder, mix with Lvdoufen (Mung Bean Powder), and apply as a dusting powder.
Treats all types of dingchuang (furuncles/boils), fabei (back carbuncle), naoju (brain abscess/carbuncle), ruyong (mastitis), fushe ju (osteomyelitis/deep-seated abscess), and other malignant ulcers. Symptoms include numbness without pain, vomiting with palpitations, or mental confusion. Take this medicine urgently. If it does not suppurate, it will; if it is painless, it will become painful; if confused, it will awaken; if vomiting, it will cease; if not formed, it will dissipate; if formed, it will ulcerate. It truly has the power to revive the dying and is the supreme treasure among malignant diseases.
Chansu (Toad Venom) 3 qian, Qingfen (Calomelas) 5 fen, Kufan (Alumen Exsiccatum), Hanshuishi (Aqua Marina Calcined), Tonglv (Malachite), Ruxiang (Olibanum, de-oiled), Moyao (Myrrha, de-oiled), Danfan (Melanterium), Shexiang (Moschus), each 1 qian above; Woniú (Snail) 5 pieces; Zhusha (Cinnabar) 3 qian.
Grind all ingredients into fine powder separately, weigh accurately. On the noon hour of the Duanwu Festival (Dragon Boat Festival), in a clean room, first grind the snails into a paste, then mix evenly with Chansu. Add the remaining drugs and pound until extremely uniform. Form pills the size of mung beans. Take three pills per dose. First, chew five cun (approx. 16cm) of Congbai (Scallion White) thoroughly and spit into the hand (left for men, right for women), wrap the pill inside, and swallow with hot Jiujie wine (wine without ash impurities). Cover with blankets to induce sweating for immediate effect.
Treats cold dingchuang on the feet. Initially presents as purple blisters, penetrating bone pain, gradually rotting, deep holes with purple-black bloody fluid that is foul-smelling, persisting for a long time without healing. Use four liang (approx. 125g) of Heiqian (Black Lead). Melt in an iron spoon, pour into water to re-melt, then pour out again. Repeat this process a hundred times until the lead is consumed. Remove water, let settle, and take 3 qian of the sediment. Songzhi (Pine Resin) 1 qian, Huangdan (Litharge, water-ground and stir-fried) 5 fen, Qingfen 5 fen, Shexiang 1 fen.
Grind together into powder. First wash the lesion with decoction of Scallion. Mix with Sesame Oil (Mayou) for topical application. Cover the wound with oil paper.
