醋熬大黄膏丸空服，酒服五十丸，下恶血如鸡肝。
血极膏
大黄（四两）
为末醋熬成膏如鸡头大，每服一丸，酒化开服，大便利一、二行，经脉自下，一加当归、香附，酒下五十丸。
琥珀散
乌药（三两） 当归（二两） 蓬术（一两，醋炒）
为末酒下三钱。
当归散
当归 蒲黄 穿山甲（各五钱，炙） 朱砂（一钱，另研） 麝香（少许）
为末酒服二钱。
乌贼骨丸
乌贼骨（四两） 茹（一两）
为末雀卵丸小豆大，每服十丸至五十丸，鲍鱼汤以干厌饮咽之。
秦艽鳖甲散
秦艽 鳖甲 当归 知母 银柴 地骨 乌梅
天冬钟乳酒
钟乳粉（四两） 天门冬 五加皮 干姜 蛇床子 丹参 熟地 杜仲 续断（各三两） 地骨皮（二两）
酒十五斤渍饮。
千金方
吴茱萸内牛胆中，阴干百日，每用二七枚绵裹，齿嚼碎，内阴中，良久热如火。
猪膏发煎
猪膏（八两） 乱发（如鸡子大三枚）
煎之发消药成，分二次服，病从小便出。
养荣汤
人参 白术 茯苓 当归 白芍 熟地 远志 五味子 甘草 黄 陈皮
长生活命丹
人参（二钱） 姜（二片） 麦芽（五分，炒） 莲子（八个） 锅焦饭（研末）
上四味水煎，每一种调饭末三五匙服，最能开胃，治产后脾虚伤食，或误服消导，大伤脾胃，不能饮食。
三和汤
由四物汤加入大黄、芒硝、黄芩、山栀、连翘、薄荷、甘草组成。
二气丸
取大黄（四两，研为细末，用醋熬成膏状），当归、白芍（各二两，研为细末）。
将上述药料制成丸剂，每次服用三十丸，以汤剂送服。
千金桃仁丸
取桃仁（一两，炒制）、大黄、芒硝、虻虫（五钱，炒至黑色）。
用醋熬大黄膏制成丸剂，空腹服用；或饮酒送服五十丸，可排出如鸡肝状的瘀血。
血极膏
取大黄（四两）。
研为细末，用醋熬成膏状，制成如鸡头大小的丸剂。每次服用一丸，用酒化开服下，通常大便通畅一至两次后，月经自然来潮。若加入当归、香附，则制成丸剂，每次用酒送服五十丸。
琥珀散
取乌药（三两）、当归（二两）、蓬术（一两，用醋炒制）。
研为细末，每次服用三钱，用酒送服。
当归散
取当归、蒲黄、穿山甲（各五钱，炙烤）、朱砂（一钱，单独研磨）、麝香（少许）。
研为细末，每次服用二钱，用酒送服。
乌贼骨丸
取乌贼骨（四两）、茹（一两，注：此处“茹”疑为“茜草”或类似药材，依原文保留）。
研为细末，用雀卵制成如小豆大小的丸剂。每次服用十丸至五十丸，用鲍鱼汤送服，服药时干咽食物以助药力。
秦艽鳖甲散
由秦艽、鳖甲、当归、知母、银柴胡、地骨皮、乌梅组成。
天冬钟乳酒
取钟乳粉（四两）、天门冬、五加皮、干姜、蛇床子、丹参、熟地黄、杜仲、续断（各三两）、地骨皮（二两）。
用十五斤酒浸泡后饮用。
千金方
将吴茱萸放入牛胆中，阴干百日。每次取十四枚，用棉布包裹，嚼碎后纳入阴道内，片刻后感觉热如火烧。
猪膏发煎
取猪脂（八两）、乱发（如鸡蛋大小三枚）。
煎煮至头发消融、药液制成，分两次服用，病邪随小便排出。
养荣汤
由人参、白术、茯苓、当归、白芍、熟地黄、远志、五味子、甘草、黄芪、陈皮组成。
长生活命丹
取人参（二钱）、生姜（两片）、麦芽（五分，炒制）、莲子（八个）、锅巴饭（研为细末）。
以上四味（指前四种主要药材）加水煎煮，每种药汁调入饭末三五匙服用，最能开胃，治疗产后脾虚伤食，或因误服消导药物导致脾胃大伤、不能进食之症。
Yuzhu San (Jade Candle Powder)
Composed of Siwu Tang (Four Substances Decoction) with added Dahuang (Rhubarb), Mangxiao (Mirabilite), and Gancao (Licorice).
Sanhe Tang (Three Harmonies Decoction)
Composed of Siwu Tang (Four Substances Decoction) with added Dahuang (Rhubarb), Mangxiao (Mirabilite), Huangqin (Scutellaria Baicalensis Root), Shanzhi (Gardenia Fruit), Lianqiao (Forsythia Fruit), Bohe (Mint), and Gancao (Licorice).
Erqi Wan (Two Qi Pill)
Take Dahuang (Rhubarb) (4 liang, ground into powder, boiled with vinegar to form a paste); Danggui (Angelica Sinensis Root) and Baishao (White Peony Root) (each 2 liang, ground into powder).
Form into pills; take 30 pills per dose, administered with decoction.
Qianjin Taoren Wan (Thousand Gold Peach Kernel Pill)
Take Taoren (Peach Seed) (1 liang, stir-fried), Dahuang (Rhubarb), Mangxiao (Mirabilite), and Mengchong (Blister Beetle) (5 qian, stir-fried until black).
Use vinegar-boiled Dahuang paste to form pills; take on an empty stomach; or take 50 pills with wine to expel blood stasis resembling chicken liver.
Xueji Gao (Blood Extremity Ointment/Paste)
Take Dahuang (Rhubarb) (4 liang).
Grind into powder, boil with vinegar to form a paste, and shape into pills the size of a chicken head. Take one pill per dose, dissolved in wine. Typically, after one or two bowel movements, menstruation will resume naturally. If Danggui (Angelica Sinensis Root) and Xiangfu (Cyperus Rotundus Rhizome) are added, form into pills and take 50 pills with wine.
Hupo San (Amber Powder)
Take Wuyao (Lindera Root) (3 liang), Danggui (Angelica Sinensis Root) (2 liang), and Pengzhu (Curcuma Zedoary Rhizome) (1 liang, stir-fried with vinegar).
Grind into powder; take 3 qian per dose, administered with wine.
Danggui San (Angelica Powder)
Take Danggui (Angelica Sinensis Root), Puhuang (Tyrpha Pollen), Chuanshanjia (Pangolin Scales) (each 5 qian, roasted), Zhusha (Cinnabar) (1 qian, separately ground), and Muxiang (Musk) (a small amount).
Grind into powder; take 2 qian per dose, administered with wine.
Wuzei Gu Wan (Cuttlefish Bone Pill)
Take Wuzei Gu (Cuttlefish Bone) (4 liang), Ru (likely Qiancao/Rubia Cordifolia Root, retained as "Ru" per source) (1 liang).
Grind into powder, use quail eggs to form pills the size of adzuki beans. Take 10 to 50 pills per dose, swallowed with Bao Yu Tang (Hairtail Fish Broth), accompanied by dry food to aid swallowing.
Qinjiao Biejia San (Gentian and Turtle Shell Powder)
Composed of Qinjiao (Gentiana Macrophylla Root), Biejia (Turtle Shell), Danggui (Angelica Sinensis Root), Zhimu (Anemarrhena Rhizome), Yin Chai Hu (Stellaria Root), Digupi (Phellodendri Cortex), and Wumei (Mume Fruit).
Tiandong Zhongru Jiu (Asparagus and Milky Spicule Wine)
Take Zhongru Fen (Milky Spicule Powder) (4 liang), Tiandong (Asparagus Radix), Wujiapi (Acanthopanacis Cortex), Ganjiang (Dried Ginger), Shechuangzi (Cnidium Fruit), Danshen (Salvia Miltiorrhiza Root), Shudi (Prepared Rehmannia Root), Duzhong (Eucommia Bark), Xuduan (Dipsacus Root) (each 3 liang), and Digupi (Phellodendri Cortex) (2 liang).
Soak in 15 jin of wine and drink.
Qianjin Fang (Thousand Gold Prescription)
Place Wuzhuyu (Evodia Fruit) inside a cow's gallbladder, dry in shade for 100 days. Use 14 pieces each time, wrapped in cotton, chewed thoroughly, and inserted into the vagina. After a while, a sensation of intense heat like fire will arise.
Zhigao Fa Jian (Pork Fat and Hair Decoction)
Take Zhigao (Pork Fat) (8 liang), Luangfa (Human Hair clump the size of three eggs).
Boil until the hair dissolves and the medicine is ready; divide into two doses. The pathogenic factor is expelled via urination.
Yangrong Tang (Nourish Glory Decoction)
Composed of Renshen (Ginseng Root), Baizhu (Atractylodes Macrocephala Rhizome), Fuling (Poria), Danggui (Angelica Sinensis Root), Baishao (White Peony Root), Shudi (Prepared Rehmannia Root), Yuanzhi (Polygala Root), Wuweizi (Schisandra Fruit), Gancao (Licorice), Huangqi (Astragalus Root), and Chenpi (Citrus Reticulata Peel).
Changsheng Huoming Dan (Long Life and Life-Preserving Pill)
Take Renshen (Ginseng Root) (2 qian), Jiang (Fresh Ginger) (2 slices), Maiya (Barley Sprout) (5 fen, stir-fried), Lianzi (Lotus Seed) (8 pieces), and Guojiao Fan (Pan-fried Rice Crust, ground into powder).
Decoct the first four ingredients in water. Mix 3-5 spoons of rice crust powder into each decoction and take. This formula best opens the appetite and treats postpartum spleen deficiency with food stagnation, or severe damage to the spleen and stomach caused by the mistaken use of digestive-promoting drugs, resulting in inability to eat.
