保和丸 治饮食停滞，胸膈痞满，或作吞酸等症。
山楂（取肉，二两，蒸） 神曲（炒） 半夏 茯苓（各一两） 萝卜子（炒） 陈皮 连翘（各五钱）
上为末粥丸，加白术二两，名大安丸。
越鞠丸 治六郁，胸膈痞满，呕吐吞酸，或湿热腹胀，腿脚酸疼等症。

上各另为末，水调炒曲面糊为丸，桐子大，每服五七十丸，白滚汤下。
左金丸（一名四今丸） 治肝火胸胁刺痛，或发寒热，或头目作痛，小便淋秘，或小腹疼痛，一
切肝火之症。
黄连（六两） 吴茱萸（一两，汤煮片时用）
上为末，粥丸，白术陈皮汤下。
椒仁丸 治先因经水断绝，后至四肢浮肿，小便不通，血化为水。
椒仁 续随子（去皮研） 甘遂 附子（炮） 郁李仁 黑牵牛 五灵脂（研碎） 当归 吴茱萸 延胡
索（各五钱） 芫花（醋浸，一钱） 石膏 青（十枚，去头翅足同糯米炒黄，去米不用） 斑蝥（十个

上为末，面糊为丸，如豌豆大。每服一丸，橘皮汤下。此方药虽峻利，所用不多，若畏而不
服，有养病害身之患，常治虚弱之人，亦未见其有误也。
血分葶苈丸 治先因小便不利，后至身面浮肿，经水不通，水化为血。
葶苈（研、炒） 续随子（去壳。各半两，研） 干笋末（一两）
上为末，枣肉丸，如桐子大。每服七丸，煎匾竹汤下。如大便利者，减续随子、葶苈各一钱
人参丸 治经脉不利化为水，流走四肢，悉皆肿满，名曰血分。其候与水相类，若作水治之
人参 大黄（湿纸裹饭上，蒸熟，去纸，切、炒） 当归 桂心 瞿麦穗 赤芍药 白茯苓（各半
两） 葶苈（炒，另研一钱）
上为末，炼蜜丸，桐子大。每服十五丸至二三十丸，空心饮汤下。
柏子仁丸 治血虚有火，月经耗损，渐至不通，日渐羸瘦，而生潮热，慎毋以毒药通之，宜
柏子仁丸、泽兰汤主之。
柏子仁（炒砂） 牛膝（酒拌） 卷柏（各半两） 泽兰叶 续断（各二两） 熟地黄（用生者三两，酒拌蒸半
日，忌铁器，杵膏）
上为末，入地黄膏，加炼蜜丸，桐子大。每服三十丸，空心米饮下。
泽兰汤 治症同前。
泽兰叶（三两） 当归（酒拌） 芍药（炒。各一两） 甘草（五钱）
上为粗末，每服五钱，水二钟，煎至一钟，去渣温服。
独参汤 治一切失血，恶寒发热，作渴烦躁，并宜此药补气，盖血生于气，阳生阴长之理也
。用人参二两，枣十枚，水煎服。
玉露散 治乳脉不行，身体壮热，头目昏痛，大便涩滞等症。
人参 白茯苓 桔梗炒 川芎 白术 当归 芍药（各一钱） 甘草（五分）
上水煎服。若热甚，大便秘，量加炒大黄。
圣愈汤 治血虚心烦，睡眠不宁，或五心烦热。

上水煎服。
当归饮 治血热，瘾疹痒痛，脓水淋漓，发热等症。

龙胆泻肝汤 治肝经湿热，下部肿 作痛，小便涩滞，阴挺如菌，或出物如虫等症。

乌贼鱼骨丸 治妇人血枯，胸膈四肢满，妨于食饮，病至闻腥、臊、臭气先唾血，出清液，
或前后泄血，目眩转，月事衰少不来。
乌贼鱼骨（去甲，四两） 茹（一两）
上为末，以雀卵和成剂丸，如小豆大。每服五丸，加至十丸，以鲍鱼煎汤下，以饭压之。
青州白丸子 治风痰咳嗽，或牙关紧急，不知人事，或痰滞作麻。
南星（三两） 半夏（七两） 白附子（二两） 川乌（半两。各生用）
上为末，绢袋盛，井水摆浸，仍换水浸三五日，晒干糯米粉丸，如急用，以姜汁糊丸亦可。
四七汤 治七情郁结，咽间如有一核，吞吐不利，或中脘痞满，痰涎壅喘，或恶心少食。
紫苏叶（一钱） 浓朴（一钱五分） 茯苓（一钱） 半夏（姜制，七分）
上姜枣水煎服，若白带以此汤送前丸，其效如神。
当归龙荟丸 治肝经症，胁下作痛，或有积块，或下疳便痈，小便淋涩，或瘀血凝滞，小腹
作痛。
当归（酒拌） 龙胆草（酒拌炒） 栀子仁（炒） 黄连 青皮 黄芩（各一两） 大黄（酒拌炒） 芦荟 青黛
柴胡（各五钱） 木香（二钱五分） 麝香（五分，另研）
上为末，炒神曲糊丸。每服二三十丸，姜汤下。
阿魏膏 治一切痞块。
羌活 独活 玄参 官桂 赤芍药 川山甲 生地黄 两头尖 大黄 白芷 天麻（各五钱） 红花（四钱） 槐
柳桃枝（各三钱） 木鳖子（三十枚，去壳） 乱发（如鸡子大一块）
上用香油二斤四两，煎黑去 ，入发再煎化，仍去 ，徐下黄丹，煎软硬得中，方入芒硝、 阿魏、苏合油、乳香、没药五钱，麝香三钱，调匀成膏矣。摊贴患处，内服芦荟丸等。黄丹
须真正者效。凡贴膏药，先用朴硝随患处铺半指浓，以纸盖，用热熨斗熨良久，如消耗，再
加熨之，熨二时许方贴膏药。若是肝积，加芦荟末同熨。
芦荟丸 治肝疳口舌生疮，牙龈腐烂，或遍身生疮等症。
大皂角 青黛 芦荟研 朱砂（研） 麝香（研。各一钱） 干虾蟆（用皂角各等分烧存性为末，一两
入前项药）
上为末，蒸饼糊丸，麻子大。每服五七十丸，米饮下。
局方小续命汤 治历节痛风，痰盛口噤，腰背反张等症。
防己 肉桂（去粗皮） 杏仁（去皮尖，炒黄） 黄芩 白芍 甘草 川芎 麻黄（去节） 人参（去芦，
各一两） 附子（炮去皮脐，半两） 防风（一两五钱）
上为粗末，每服三钱，姜枣水煎服。
调中益气汤 治体怠嗜卧，不思饮食，或痰嗽泄泻等症。
黄 （一钱） 人参（去芦头） 甘草 苍术（各五分） 柴胡 橘皮 升麻 木香（各二分）
上姜枣水煎，空心服。
佛手散 治妊娠，伤胎下血。

上水煎，食前服。
木香饼 治一切气滞结肿，或痛或闪肭，及风寒所伤作痛并效。
木香（五钱） 生地黄（一两）
上木香为末，地黄杵膏和匀，量患处大小作饼置患处，以热熨斗熨之。
隔蒜灸法 治一切疮毒，大痛或不痛，或麻木如痛者，灸至不痛，不痛者灸至痛，其毒随火
而散。盖火以畅达，拔引郁毒，此从治之法也，有回生之功。用大蒜头去皮，切三文钱浓，
安疮头上，用艾壮于蒜上，灸之三壮，换蒜复灸，未成者即消，已成者亦杀其大势，不能为
害。如疮大，用蒜捣烂摊患处，将艾铺上烧之，蒜败再换。如不痛，或不作脓，及不起发，
或阴疮尤宜多灸，灸而仍不痛，不作脓，不起发者不治，此气血虚极也。
神效葱熨法 治虚怯人，肢体患肿块，或作痛，或不痛，或风袭于经络，肢体疼痛，或四肢
筋挛骨痛。又治流注跌扑，伤损肿痛，用葱头细切，杵烂炒热敷患处，冷易之再熨，肿痛即
止，其效如神。
豆豉饼 治疮疡肿硬不溃，及溃而不敛，并一切顽疮恶疮。用江西豆豉为末，唾津和作饼子
，如钱大，浓如三文，置患处，以艾壮于饼上，灸之干则易之。如背疮，用嗽口水调作饼覆
患处，以艾铺饼上灸之。如未成者即消，已成者能消其毒，如有不效，气血虚败也。
益气养荣汤 治抑郁瘰 ，或四肢患肿，肉色不变，或日晡发热，或溃而不敛。
人参 茯苓 陈皮 贝母 香附 当归（酒拌） 川芎 黄 （盐水拌炒） 熟地黄（酒拌） 芍药（炒。
各一钱） 甘草（炙） 桔梗（炒。各五分） 白术（炒，二钱）

方脉流气饮子 治恼怒胸膈胀满，或肢体作痛，或结壅肿，血气无亏者。
紫苏叶 青皮 苦梗 半夏煨 当归 芍药 乌药 茯苓 川芎 黄 枳壳（去穣麸炒） 防
风（各半两） 甘草 橘皮（各五分） 大腹皮 木香（各三分）
上姜枣水煎服。
泻青丸 治肝经郁火实热，胁乳作痛，大便秘结，及肝经一切实火症。
当归 龙胆草 川芎 山栀 大黄 羌活 防风（各等分）
上为末，蜜丸，鸡子大，每服一二丸。
人参败毒散 治疮疡 痛，发寒热，或拘急头痛等症。
人参 羌活 独活 前胡 柴胡 桔梗 枳壳 茯苓 川芎 甘草（各一钱）
上水煎服。
生地黄丸 治师尼寡妇，乍寒乍热，肝脉弦长，而出鱼际。
生地黄（一两，酒拌杵膏） 秦艽 黄芩 硬柴胡（各五钱） 赤芍药（一两）
上为细末，入地黄膏，加炼蜜少许，丸桐子大。每服三十丸，乌梅煎汤下，日进二服，亦治
室女患此。
连翘饮子 治乳内结核。
连翘 川芎 栝蒌仁（研） 皂角刺（炒） 橘叶 青皮（去白） 甘草节 桃仁（各一钱半）
上水煎服。
必效散 治瘰 ，未成脓者自消，已溃者自敛。
南鹏砂（二钱五分） 轻粉（一钱） 斑蝥（四十个，糯米同炒熟，去头翅） 麝香（五分） 巴豆（五粒，去
壳心膜） 白槟榔（一个）
上为细末，每服一钱，五更用滚汤调下，如小水涩滞或微痛，此 毒欲下也，进益元散一服
即下。此方斑蝥、巴豆似为峻厉，然用巴豆乃解斑蝥之毒，用者勿畏。
琥珀膏 治颈项瘰 及腋下初如梅子肿结硬强，渐如连珠，不消不溃，或溃而脓水不绝，经
久不瘥，渐成漏症。
琥珀（一两） 木通 桂心 当归 白芷 防风 松脂 朱砂（研） 木鳖子肉（各五钱） 麻油（二斤）
丁香 木香（各三钱）
上先用琥珀、丁香、桂心、朱砂、木香为细末，其余药入油内，煎焦黑滤去粗，徐徐入黄丹
，再煎软硬得中，即成膏矣。
神效栝蒌散 治乳痈初起肿痛及一切痈疽，或脓出后余毒，亦宜用之。
黄栝蒌（子多者一个） 当归（半两） 生甘草（半两） 没药（一钱，另研） 乳香（一钱）
上酒水煎服。

以上药物分别研为细末，用水调炒面糊作为粘合剂制成丸剂，大小如梧桐子，每次服用五七十丸，用白开水送服。
左金丸（又名四今丸）：治疗肝火引起的胸胁刺痛，或发作寒热往来，或头目疼痛，小便淋沥涩痛或闭塞不通，或小腹疼痛，以及一切肝火症状。
黄连（六两） 吴茱萸（一两，用汤水煮过切片时使用）
以上药物研为细末，用米粥调和制成丸剂，用白术和陈皮煎汤送服。
椒仁丸：治疗起初因月经断绝，随后出现四肢浮肿，小便不通，血液化为水湿的病症。
椒仁 续随子（去皮后研磨） 甘遂 附子（炮制） 郁李仁 黑牵牛 五灵脂（研磨碎） 当归 吴茱萸 延胡索（各五钱） 芫花（醋浸，一钱） 石膏 青（十枚，去掉头翅足与糯米同炒至黄色，去掉糯米不用） 斑蝥（十个，与糯米同炒至黄色，去掉糯米不用） 胆矾 人言（砒霜，各一钱）
以上药物研为细末，用面糊制成丸剂，大小如豌豆。每次服用一丸，用橘皮汤送服。此方药力虽峻猛有利，但用量不多，如果因为畏惧而不服用，会有养病反而害身的隐患；常用于治疗虚弱之人，也未曾见其有误。
血分葶苈丸：治疗起初因小便不利，随后出现身面浮肿，月经不通，水湿化为血的病症。
葶苈（研磨、炒制） 续随子（去壳。以上各半两，研磨） 干笋末（一两）
以上药物研为细末，用枣肉制成丸剂，大小如梧桐子。每次服用七丸，煎煮扁竹汤送服。如果大便通畅者，减少续随子、葶苈各一钱。
人参丸：治疗经脉不利化为水湿，流注走窜四肢，全身皆肿满，名为血分证。其表现与水饮病相似，若当作水饮病治疗……（原文此处似有缺漏，依文意译为：若误作水饮治之，则需用人参丸等药）。
人参 大黄（用湿纸包裹放在饭上蒸熟，去掉纸，切片、炒制） 当归 桂心 瞿麦穗 赤芍药 白茯苓（各半两） 葶苈（炒制，另研一钱）
以上药物研为细末，用炼蜜制成丸剂，大小如梧桐子。每次服用十五丸至二三十丸，空腹时饮汤送服。
柏子仁丸：治疗血虚有火，月经耗损，逐渐导致经闭，日渐消瘦，并产生潮热，切勿使用毒药强行通经，适宜用柏子仁丸、泽兰汤主治。
柏子仁（用砂炒） 牛膝（酒拌） 卷柏（各半两） 泽兰叶 续断（各二两） 熟地黄（用生地黄三两，酒拌蒸半天，忌用铁器，捣成膏状）
以上药物研为细末，加入地黄膏，再加炼蜜制成丸剂，大小如梧桐子。每次服用三十丸，空腹时用米饮送服。
泽兰汤：治疗的病症同上。
泽兰叶（三两） 当归（酒拌） 芍药（炒制。各一两） 甘草（五钱）
以上药物切成粗末，每次服用五钱，加水两钟，煎至一钟，去渣温服。
独参汤：治疗一切失血，恶寒发热，口渴烦躁，都适宜用此药补气，因为血生于气，这是阳生阴长的道理。用人参二两，枣十枚，水煎服。

乌贼鱼骨丸：治疗妇人血枯，胸膈及四肢胀满，妨碍饮食，病发时闻到腥、臊、臭气先唾血，流出清液，或前后阴出血，头晕眼花，月经衰少不来。
乌贼鱼骨（去掉硬甲，四两） 茹（茜草，一两）
以上药物研为细末，用雀卵调和成剂制成丸剂，大小如小豆。每次服用五丸，加至十丸，用鲍鱼煎汤送服，服药后用饭压住胃气。
青州白丸子：治疗风痰咳嗽，或牙关紧急，人事不知，或痰滞引起麻木。
南星（三两） 半夏（七两） 白附子（二两） 川乌（半两。以上均生用）
以上药物研为细末，用绢袋盛装，在井水中摆动浸泡，仍换水浸泡三到五日，晒干后用糯米粉制成丸剂，如果急用，用姜汁糊制成丸剂也可以。
四七汤：治疗七情郁结，咽喉间好像有一块核，吞吐不利，或中脘痞闷胀满，痰涎壅盛气喘，或恶心少食。
紫苏叶（一钱） 浓朴（厚朴，一钱五分） 茯苓（一钱） 半夏（姜制，七分）
以上药物加姜、枣水煎服，如果白带多以此汤送服前面的丸剂，效果神奇。
当归龙荟丸：治疗肝经病症，胁下疼痛，或有积块，或下疳便痈，小便淋涩，或瘀血凝滞，小腹疼痛。

阿魏膏：治疗一切痞块。

以上药物用香油二斤四两，煎至黑色去渣，放入头发再煎化，再去渣，慢慢加入黄丹，煎至软硬适中，再加入芒硝、阿魏、苏合油、乳香、没药各五钱，麝香三钱，调匀成为膏药。摊贴患处，内服芦荟丸等。黄丹必须是真正的才有效。凡贴膏药，先用朴硝随患处铺半指厚，用纸盖住，用热熨斗熨烫很久，如果消耗了，再加熨，熨约两小时后再贴膏药。如果是肝积，加芦荟末同熨。
芦荟丸：治疗肝疳口舌生疮，牙龈腐烂，或遍身生疮等症状。

以上木香研为细末，生地黄捣成膏混合均匀，根据患处大小做成饼置于患处，用热熨斗熨烫。
隔蒜灸法：治疗一切疮毒，大痛或不痛，或麻木像痛一样的，灸到不痛为止，不痛的灸到有感觉，毒邪随火气而散。因为火能畅达，拔引郁毒，这是从治的方法，有起死回生的功效。用大蒜头去皮，切三文钱厚，放在疮头上，用艾壮在蒜上，灸三壮，换蒜继续灸，未成的即消散，已成的也能削弱其大势，不能为害。如果疮大，将蒜捣烂摊在患处，将艾铺在上面烧，蒜坏了再换。如果不痛，或不化脓，及不起发，或者是阴疮尤其宜多灸，灸了仍然不痛，不化脓，不起发的属于不治之症，这是因为气血极度虚弱。
神效葱熨法：治疗虚怯的人，肢体患肿块，或作痛，或不痛，或风邪侵袭经络，肢体疼痛，或四肢筋挛骨痛。又治疗流注跌扑，伤损肿痛，用葱头细切，捣烂炒热敷在患处，冷了更换再熨，肿痛立即停止，效果神奇。
豆豉饼：治疗疮疡肿硬不溃，及溃而不敛，并一切顽疮恶疮。用江西豆豉研为细末，用唾液调和做成饼子，如铜钱大，厚如三文钱，放在患处，用艾壮在饼上灸，干了就更换。如果是背疮，用嗽口水调成饼覆盖患处，将艾铺在饼上灸。如果未成的即消散，已成的能消除其毒，如果有不生效的，是气血虚败所致。

泻青丸：治疗肝经郁火实热，胁肋乳房疼痛，大便秘结，以及肝经一切实火症。
当归 龙胆草 川芎 山栀 大黄 羌活 防风（以上各等分）
以上药物研为细末，蜜丸，如鸡蛋大，每次服用一二丸。
人参败毒散：治疗疮疡痈痛，发寒热，或拘急头痛等症状。
人参 羌活 独活 前胡 柴胡 桔梗 枳壳 茯苓 川芎 甘草（以上各一钱）
以上药物加水煎服。
生地黄丸：治疗师尼寡妇，乍寒乍热，肝脉弦长，而出鱼际。
生地黄（一两，酒拌捣成膏） 秦艽 黄芩 硬柴胡（以上各五钱） 赤芍药（一两）
以上药物研为细末，加入地黄膏，加少许炼蜜，制成梧桐子大的丸剂。每次服用三十丸，用乌梅煎汤送服，每日进两次，也治疗室女患此病。
连翘饮子：治疗乳内结核。
连翘 川芎 栝蒌仁（研磨） 皂角刺（炒制） 橘叶 青皮（去掉白） 甘草节 桃仁（以上各一钱半）
以上药物加水煎服。
必效散：治疗瘰疬，未成脓的自行消散，已溃的自行收敛。
南鹏砂（二钱五分） 轻粉（一钱） 斑蝥（四十个，与糯米同炒熟，去掉头翅） 麝香（五分） 巴豆（五粒，去掉壳心膜） 白槟榔（一个）
以上药物研为细末，每次服用一钱，五更时用滚汤调下，如果小便涩滞或微痛，这是毒邪欲下的征兆，进服益元散一服即可排出。此方斑蝥、巴豆看似峻厉，然而用巴豆乃是解除斑蝥的毒性，使用者不要畏惧。
琥珀膏：治疗颈项瘰疬及腋下初如梅子肿结硬强，渐如连珠，不消不溃，或溃而脓水不绝，经久不愈，渐成漏症。
琥珀（一两） 木通 桂心 当归 白芷 防风 松脂 朱砂（研） 木鳖子肉（以上各五钱） 麻油（二斤） 丁香 木香（以上各三钱）
以上先用琥珀、丁香、桂心、朱砂、木香研为细末，其余药入油内，煎至焦黑滤去粗渣，慢慢加入黄丹，再煎至软硬适中，即成为膏药。
神效栝蒌散：治疗乳痈初起肿痛及一切痈疽，或脓出后余毒，也适宜使用。
黄栝蒌（子多的一个） 当归（半两） 生甘草（半两） 没药（一钱，另研） 乳香（一钱）

Yueju Wan (Traversing Depression Pill): Treats the six depressions (stagnation of qi, blood, phlegm, fire, dampness, and food), chest and diaphragm stuffiness and fullness, vomiting and acid regurgitation, or abdominal distension due to damp-heat, soreness and pain in legs and feet, etc.

Each of the above is ground into powder separately, mixed with water and fried flour paste to form pills, size of Sophora seeds. Take 50-70 pills per dose, washed down with plain boiled water.
Zuojin Wan (Left Metal Pill) (also known as Sijin Wan): Treats stabbing pain in the chest and hypochondrium due to Liver Fire, alternating chills and fever, headache and eye pain, dysuria or urinary retention, lower abdominal pain, and all symptoms of Liver Fire.

The above are ground into powder, mixed with flour paste to form pills, size of pea seeds. Take one pill per dose, washed down with tangerine peel decoction. Although this prescription is potent and purgative, the dosage is small. If one fears it and does not take it, there is a risk of nurturing the disease and harming the body. It has been used frequently on weak patients without error.
Xuefen Tingli Wan (Blood Component Tingli Pill): Treats initial difficulty in urination, followed by facial and bodily edema and amenorrhea, where water transforms into blood.

Baiziren Wan (Biota Seed Pill): Treats blood deficiency with fire, menstrual depletion leading gradually to amenorrhea, progressive emaciation, and tidal fever. Do not use toxic drugs to force menstruation; instead, use Baiziren Wan and Zelan Tang.

Dushen Tang (Single Ginseng Decoction): Treats all types of blood loss, aversion to cold and fever, thirst and irritability. This medicine is suitable to tonify Qi, based on the principle that blood is born from Qi and Yang generates Yin. Use 2 liang of Ginseng Root (Renshen) and 10 jujubes, decoct in water and take.
Yulu San (Jade Dew Powder): Treats blocked milk ducts, high fever, dizziness and headache, constipation, etc.

Use 2 jin 4 liang of sesame oil, fry until black and strain, add hair and fry until dissolved, strain again, slowly add lead monoxide (Huandan) and fry until consistency is moderate. Then add Mang Xiao, Asafetida (Awei), Styrax Resin Oil (Suheyous), Frankincense (Ruxiang), and Myrrh (Moyao) each 5 qian, and Musk (Shexiang) 3 qian, mix evenly to form plaster. Apply to affected area, internally take Luhui Wan etc. True Huandan is effective. Before applying plaster, spread Pungent Salt (Puxiao) half finger thick over the area, cover with paper, and apply hot iron for a long time. If consumed, reapply heat. After about two hours of heating, apply the plaster. If it is a liver accumulation, add Aloe powder and heat together.

Grind Aucklandia Root into powder, pound Raw Rehmannia Root into paste, mix evenly, make into cakes according to the size of the affected area, place on the site, and apply hot iron.
Ge Suan Jiu Fa (Garlic-Separated Moxibustion Method): Treats all sores and toxins, whether painful or painless, or numbness feeling like pain. Moxa until pain stops; if painless, moxa until pain occurs. The toxin disperses with the fire. Fire promotes circulation and draws out stagnant toxins; this is a contrary treatment method with life-saving power. Use garlic clove, peel, slice three wen coins thick, place on the sore, put moxa cone on garlic, moxa three cones, replace garlic and continue. Unformed sores will dissipate; formed sores will have their severity reduced. If the sore is large, mash garlic and apply to the site, place moxa on top and burn, replace when garlic spoils. For painless sores, non-suppurating sores, or non-elevating sores, especially yin sores, moxa more. If still painless, non-suppurating, and non-elevating after moxa, it is untreatable due to extreme deficiency of Qi and Blood.
Shenxiao Congyi Fa (Miracle Scallion-Ironing Method): Treats frail people with limb masses, painful or painless, or wind invading meridians causing limb pain, or tendon spasms and bone pain in four limbs. Also treats flow-abscesses and trauma swelling/pain. Finely chop scallion heads, pound and stir-fry, apply hot compress to affected area, replace when cool and iron again. Swelling and pain stop immediately, effect is miraculous.
Douchi Bing (Fermented Soybean Cake): Treats sores and ulcers that are swollen and hard without suppuration, or ulcerated but not healing, and all stubborn malignant sores. Use Jiangxi fermented soybeans, grind into powder, mix with saliva to form cakes, size of coin, thickness of three wen coins, place on affected area, put moxa cone on cake and moxa. Replace when dry. For back sores, mix with saliva to form cake, cover affected area, place moxa on cake and moxa. Unformed sores will dissipate; formed sores will eliminate toxin. If ineffective, it is due to deficiency and failure of Qi and Blood.
Yiqi Yangrong Tang (Tonify Qi Nourish Prosperity Decoction): Treats depressive scrofula, or limb swelling with unchanged skin color, afternoon fever, or ulcerated but not healing.

The above are ground into fine powder, mixed with Rehmannia paste and a little refined honey, form pills size of Sophora seeds. Take 30 pills per dose, washed down with sour plum decoction, twice daily. Also treats virgins with this condition.
Lianqiao Yinzi (Forsythia Drink): Treats breast nodules.
Forsythia Fruit (Lianqiao) Ligusticum Chuanxiong Rhizome (Chuanxiong) Trichosanthes Seed (Gualou Ren, ground) Gleditsia Spine (Zaojiao Ci, stir-fried) Orange Leaf (Juye) Green Citrus Peel (Qingpi, remove white pith) Licorice Knot (Gancao Jie) Peach Seed (Taoren, each 1.5 qian)
Decoct in water and take.
Bixiao San (Must-Efficient Powder): Treats scrofula, unformed pus dissipates spontaneously, ulcerated sores heal spontaneously.
Nanpeng Sand (2.5 qian) Calomelas (Qingfen, 1 qian) Mylabris (Banmao, 40 pieces, stir-fry with glutinous rice until cooked, remove head and wings) Musk (Shexiang, 5 fen) Croton Seed (Badou, 5 grains, remove shell, heart, and membrane) White Areca Nut (Baibinglang, 1 piece)
The above are ground into fine powder, take 1 qian per dose, at fifth watch wash down with boiling water. If urine is obstructed or slightly painful, this indicates toxin is descending; take one dose of Yiyuan San to expel it. Although Mylabris and Croton Seed seem harsh, Croton Seed resolves Mylabris toxicity, so do not fear using them.
Hupo Gao (Amber Plaster): Treats neck scrofula and axillary lumps initially like plums, hard and strong, gradually like beads, not dissipating or suppurating, or ulcerated with continuous pus, chronic non-healing, gradually becoming fistula.
Amber (Hupo, 1 liang) Akebia Stem (Mutong) Cinnamon Twig (Guixin) Angelica Sinensis Root (Danggui) Angelica Dahurica Root (Baizhi) Saposhnikovia Root (Fangfeng) Pine Rosin (Songzhi) Cinnabar (Zhusha, ground) Spurge Seed Flesh (Mubiezi Rou, each 5 qian) Sesame Oil (Mayou, 2 jin) Clove (Dingxiang) Aucklandia Root (Muxiang, each 3 qian)
First grind Amber, Clove, Cinnamon Twig, Cinnabar, and Aucklandia Root into fine powder. Put remaining herbs in oil, fry until dark black, filter out dregs, slowly add lead monoxide (Huandan), fry until consistency is moderate, then the plaster is ready.
Shenxiao Gualou San (Miracle Trichosanthes Powder): Treats early stage breast abscess with swelling and pain, all carbuncles and sores, or residual toxin after pus discharge.
Yellow Trichosanthes Fruit (Huanggualou, one with many seeds) Angelica Sinensis Root (Danggui, half liang) Raw Licorice Root (Shenggancao, half liang) Myrrh (Moyao, 1 qian, ground separately) Frankincense (Ruxiang, 1 qian)
Decoct with wine and water and take.
