产后感风寒。腰痛不可转侧。

(三片) 两帖后痛未止。属肾虚。加熟地(三钱)
产后日久气虚。腰疼肾弱。服加味大造丸。
由产后气弱。热客于脬中。内虚则小便频数。热则小便淋涩作痛。名曰淋。产后冷、热、膏

由脬内宿有冷气。因产发动。冷气入脬。致小便数也。

益智(大者二十个) 为末。每服二钱 米汤下。
桑螵蛸(炒三十个) 人参 黄 (各三钱) 鹿茸 牡蛎 赤石脂(各一两) 为末。每服二钱，空心下。
产后恶露流于腰臂腿足关节之处。或漫肿。或结块。久则肿起作痛。肢体倦怠。治法急用葱
熨方。以治外肿。内服参归生化汤。以散滞血。毋缓也。治流注已成。自溃未成自消。

凡是妇女的肾系连接着胞宫。腰部是肾的外府。到了生产时劳累损伤了肾气，损动了胞络。或者产后虚弱尚未平复，风寒之邪趁机侵袭。这两种情况都会导致产后感冒风寒，腰痛得不能翻身侧身。
当归（二钱）、独活、桂心、川芎、杜仲、续断（各八分）、防风（四分）、桑寄生（二钱）、生姜（三片）。服用两帖后疼痛仍未停止，属于肾虚，加入熟地黄（三钱）。
由于产后气弱，热邪客居在膀胱中。内部虚弱则小便频数，有热邪则小便淋漓涩痛并伴有疼痛，这种病症名叫“淋”。产后冷淋、热淋、膏淋……

产后恶露流注到腰部、手臂、腿部、足部关节之处。或者弥漫性肿胀，或者结成块状。时间久了则肿起作痛，肢体倦怠乏力。治疗方法紧急使用葱熨方，以治疗外部肿胀；内服参归生化汤，以消散滞留的血瘀。不可迟缓。治疗流注已成脓或自溃未成脓的情况，自然会自行消退。
Angelicae Sinensis Radix (3 qian), Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (3 fen), Astragali Membranacei Radix, Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma, Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix, Angelicae Pubescentis Radix, Cinnamomi Cortex (each 8 fen), Allii Porri Bulbus (5 roots), Zingiberis Recens Rhizoma (3 slices).
In women, the Kidney connects with the Bao Palace (uterus). The waist is the mansion of the Kidney. During childbirth, labor injures Kidney Qi and damages the Bao Collaterals. If deficiency has not yet recovered, Wind-Cold may take advantage to invade. Both scenarios result in postpartum contraction of Wind-Cold, causing lower back pain so severe that one cannot turn or lie on their side.
Angelicae Sinensis Radix (2 qian), Angelicae Pubescentis Radix, Cinnamomi Ramulus (Guixin), Chuanxiong Rhizoma, Eucommiae Cortex, Dipsaci Radix (each 8 fen), Saposhnikoviae Radix (4 fen), Taxilli Herba (2 qian), Zingiberis Recens Rhizoma (3 slices). After taking two doses, if the pain persists, it indicates Kidney deficiency; add Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata (3 qian).
If Qi deficiency persists for a long time after childbirth, accompanied by lower back pain and weak Kidneys, administer Jiawei Dazao Wan (Modified Great Creation Pill).
Due to postpartum Qi weakness, Heat pathogens lodge in the Bladder. Internal deficiency leads to frequent urination; Heat causes dysuria with dribbling,涩感 (astringency), and pain. This condition is named Lin Syndrome (Strangury). Postpartum Cold Lin, Hot Lin, Gao Lin...
Imperatae Rhizoma (1 liang), Dianthi Herba, Poria (each 5 qian), Malvae Semen, Pruni Armeniacae Gum, Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma (each 1.5 qian), Talcum (1 qian), Concha Arcae (2 pieces), Sciaena Ombrina Head (4 heads), Junci Medulla (one bundle). First, grind the Sciaena Ombrina head into powder. Once the decoction is ready, add the fish head powder. Take on an empty stomach. Treats postpartum Lin syndrome, painful urination, and Blood Lin.
Imperatae Rhizoma, Dianthi Herba, Plantaginis Seed, Malvae Semen (each 2 qian), Tecti Herba (7 fen), Cyprini Carpio Teeth (100 teeth). First, grind the fish teeth into powder. Once the decoction is ready, add the powder. Take on an empty stomach.
This occurs because there was pre-existing Cold Qi in the Bladder, which was activated by childbirth. The Cold Qi enters the Bladder, causing frequent urination.
Frequent urination and enuresis.
Alpiniae Oxyphyllae Fructus (large ones, 20 pieces), ground into powder. Take 2 qian per dose, washed down with Rice Decoction.
Mantis Egg Case (Stalked Mantis Egg Case) (fried, 30 pieces), Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma, Astragali Membranacei Radix (each 3 qian), Cervi Cornu Pantotrichum, Ostrea Concha, Lithostibi (each 1 liang), ground into powder. Take 2 qian per dose, on an empty stomach.
Postpartum Lochia flows into the joints of the waist, arms, legs, and feet. It may cause diffuse swelling or form nodules. Over time, swelling arises with pain, and the limbs feel fatigued and weak. The treatment method urgently employs Cong Xi Fang (Scallion Moxibustion Formula) to treat external swelling, and internally administers Shen Gui Shenghua Tang (Ginseng and Angelica Birth-Invigorating Decoction) to dissipate stagnant blood. Do not delay. For Liu Zhu (flowing abscesses) that have formed pus or are about to ulcerate spontaneously, they will naturally resolve.
