上为细末，空心，温酒调二钱匕服。
治血瘕、血块及产后秽露不尽，儿枕急痛，应干积聚疼痛，渐成劳瘦，悉皆治之。
凌霄花（一分） 牡丹皮 山栀子仁 赤芍药 紫河车 血竭 没药 砂 地骨皮 五
加皮 甘草（各二两） 红娘子（十一个） 桃仁 红花 桂心 延胡索 当归（各一两）
上为细末，温酒调一钱服。
疗腹中瘕痛。
桂心为末，温酒调二钱。
产后血瘕腹痛及喉痹热塞，本人呼血瘕为儿枕。产后即起，痛不可忍。铁秤锤 令通赤
，淬酒中，候温饮之。用斧亦得。
治产后血海气虚，腹脏疼痛，心胸注闷。每遇红脉行，或多或少及有块积者。蓬莪术散
，（出《博济》）。
莪术 桃仁（去皮尖，麸炒） 大黄（湿纸煨） 当归（炒，各一两） 桂心 川芎 木
香牡丹皮 延胡索（炒） 赤芍药（各半两）
上为细末，温酒调一钱，空心，临卧服。

论曰∶余血奔心，盖是分解了，不便与童子小便并 心下；及卧太速、兼食不相宜之物
所致。但能根据方疗之，无不痊可。
疗产后余血不尽奔冲心，烦闷腹痛。
川芎 生干地黄 枳壳 芍药（等分）
上为末，酒服方寸匕，日二服。
治疗血瘕（腹中结块，因瘀血停滞所致）。

将上述药材研成细末，空腹时，用温酒调服二钱匕。
治疗血瘕、血块以及产后恶露不尽，儿枕（产后子宫复旧不全引起的腹痛），各种积聚疼痛，逐渐导致身体消瘦虚弱，这些症状都能治疗。

将上述药材研成细末，用温酒调服一钱。
治疗腹中瘕痛（腹部结块疼痛）。
桂心研成细末，用温酒调服二钱。
治疗产后血瘕腹痛以及喉痹（咽喉肿痛闭塞）热塞，本人称血瘕为儿枕。产后即发，疼痛难以忍受。取铁秤锤烧得通红，浸入酒中，待温度适宜后饮下。使用斧头也可以。
治疗产后血海气虚，腹脏疼痛，心胸烦闷堵塞。每次月经来潮时，经量或多或少且有块状积滞者。蓬莪术散，（出自《博济方》）。

论述说：余血奔冲于心，是因为分解不畅，不便与童子小便并用心下；以及卧床太早、兼吃不相宜的食物所导致。只要能够依据此方治疗，没有不痊愈的。

川芎 生干地黄 枳壳 芍药（等分）
将上述药材研成细末，用酒服用方寸匕，每日两次。
To treat Xuejia (Blood Mass, a condition characterized by abdominal masses caused by blood stasis).
Sheng Gan Di Huang (Raw Dried Rehmanniae Radix) (1 liang), Wujigu (Cuttlebone) (2 liang).
Grind the above ingredients into fine powder. Take on an empty stomach, mixed with warm wine, two qianbi (a small measuring spoon).
To treat Xuejia (Blood Mass), blood clots, and incomplete discharge of lochia after childbirth, E'zhen (Postpartum uterine involution pain), various types of accumulation-related pain, and gradual emaciation due to chronic illness; all these conditions are treated.
Lingxiaohua (Lagerstroemiae Flos) (1 fen), Mudanpi (Moutan Cortex), Shanzhiziren (Gardeniae Semen), Chishao Yao (Red Paeonia Root), Zihewche (Human Placenta), Xuexie (Dragon's Blood), Moyao (Myrrha), Sha (Sand/Mineral drug, original text retains "Sha"), Digupi (Corni Cortex), Wujiapi (Acanthopanacis Cortex), Gancao (Licorice Root) (each 2 liang), Hongniangzi (Blister Beetle) (11 pieces), Taoren (Persicae Semen), Honghua (Carthami Flos), Guixin (Cinnamon Twig Heart), Yanhusuo (Corydalis Rhizoma), Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix) (each 1 liang).
Grind the above ingredients into fine powder. Take one qian, mixed with warm wine.
To treat abdominal mass pain (Jia Tong).
Guixin (Cinnamon Twig Heart) ground into powder, taken mixed with warm wine, two qian.
To treat postpartum Xuehai (Sea of Blood) Qi deficiency, abdominal organ pain, and chest/heart stuffiness and oppression. For cases where menstrual flow varies in amount and contains clots during each cycle. Peng'E Zhu San (Curcuma Powder), (from *Boji Fang*).
Ezhu (Curcumae Rhizoma), Taoren (Persicae Semen) (skin and tips removed, stir-fried with bran), Dahuang (Rhei Radix et Rhizoma) (baked wrapped in wet paper), Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix) (stir-fried, each 1 liang), Guixin (Cinnamon Twig Heart), Chuanxiong (Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma), Muxiang (Aucklandiae Radix), Mudanpi (Moutan Cortex), Yanhusuo (Corydalis Rhizoma) (stir-fried), Chishao Yao (Red Paeonia Root) (each half liang).
Grind the above ingredients into fine powder. Take one qian, mixed with warm wine, on an empty stomach and before bedtime.

Discussion: Residual blood rushing to the heart is due to improper separation and difficulty in descending to the epigastrium; it is also caused by lying down too soon after delivery and consuming incompatible foods. As long as treatment follows this prescription, recovery is assured.
To treat residual blood after childbirth rushing to the heart, causing irritability, abdominal pain.
Chuanxiong (Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma), Sheng Gan Di Huang (Raw Dried Rehmanniae Radix), Zhike (Aurantii Fructus), Shaoyao (Paeoniae Radix) (equal parts).
Grind the above ingredients into powder. Take one fangcunbi (a square-inch measure) with wine, twice daily.
Prescription for treating blood and qi irritability and stuffiness.
Drinking two sheng of fresh lotus root juice is very effective; Zhuli (Bamboo Sap) is also acceptable. (*Qianjin Fang* agrees).
