又方∶乳香方 通明乳香一块（如皂子大）
上为末，觉腰痛时用新汲水一小盏，入醋少许同调。扶立令产妇两手捉两石燕，坐婆饲
药饮之；先令妊妇念“医灵药圣”三遍，然后服之。仍略扶行数步，须臾坐草便生，更无痛
楚，神良。
《经验方》如神开骨膏 乳香不以多少，五月五日午时，令一人在壁背捧乳钵在凳上，
令一童儿以笔管透壁缝内，逐粒从笔管中过入乳钵内，研令极细。以童儿面北滴水，丸如鸡
头大，每服一粒，无灰酒吞下。《海上方》用乳香、朱砂等分为细末，麝香酒调下。
治难产或倒横不顺方，蛇蜕方。
蛇蜕（一条，全者） 蚕蜕纸（一张，一方无）
上入新瓦瓶中，盐泥固济，烧存性为末。煎榆白皮汤调下一钱，三服，觉痛便生。一方
云∶临产腰痛，用药三字，麝香一字，温酒调下，名二妙散。
催生万金不传遇仙丹
蓖麻子（十四个，去壳） 朱砂 雄黄（各一钱半） 蛇蜕（一条，烧）
上为细末，浆水饭和丸如弹子大。临产时先用椒汤淋渫脐下，次安药一丸于脐中，用蜡
纸数重覆药上，以阔帛系之，须臾生下，急取去药，一丸可用三次。
治难产。兼治胞衣不下，兼治死胎。
上用蓖麻子七粒，去壳，细研成膏、涂脚心，胞衣即下，速洗去，不洗肠出，却用此膏
涂顶上，肠自缩入，如圣之妙。一方男用七粒，女用十四粒。一方用蓖麻子百粒，雄黄末一
钱，同研并用如前法。
另一首方剂：乳香方。取通明乳香一块（大小如皂荚子），将其研成细末。产妇感觉腰痛时，用新汲取的一小杯水，加入少许醋调和均匀。扶起产妇站立，让她双手各握住一块石燕石，由接生婆喂服调好的药液；先让孕妇默念“医灵药圣”三遍，然后服用。服药后稍微搀扶走动几步，片刻之后坐在产床上即可分娩，且没有痛苦，效果神奇良好。
《经验方》中的如神开骨膏：取适量乳香，在五月五日午时，安排一人在墙壁背面捧着乳钵站在凳子上，再让一名儿童将笔管穿过墙缝伸入室内，将乳香逐粒通过笔管送入乳钵中，研磨至极细。让儿童面朝北滴水，将药粉制成如鸡头大小的丸剂，每次服用一粒，用无灰酒送服。《海上方》则使用乳香、朱砂等量研为细末，用酒调服麝香。
治疗难产或胎位不正（倒横不顺）的方剂：蛇蜕方。
药材：蛇蜕一条（完整的）、蚕蜕纸一张（有的版本没有此药）。
将上述药物放入新瓦瓶中，用盐泥密封固定，煅烧至存性后研成细末。煎煮榆白皮汤，调服药末一钱，服用三次，感觉到疼痛时胎儿就会娩出。另一种说法是：临产腰痛时，用药量为麝香一字，用温酒调下，名为二妙散。

药材：蓖麻子十四个（去壳）、朱砂、雄黄（各一钱半）、蛇蜕一条（煅烧）。
将上述药物研为细末，用浆水饭和匀，制成如弹子大小的丸剂。临产时，先用花椒汤淋洗擦拭脐下部位，然后将一丸药放在脐中，用多层蜡纸覆盖在药上，用宽布带系紧。片刻之后胎儿生下，立即取下药物，这一丸药可以使用三次。
治疗难产，兼治胞衣不下，兼治死胎。
用法：取蓖麻子七粒，去壳，细细研磨成膏状，涂抹于脚心，胞衣即会落下，需迅速洗去，若不洗则肠子脱出，此时再用此膏涂抹头顶，肠子自然缩回，其效如神。另一种说法是男孩用七粒，女孩用十四粒。还有一种说法是用蓖麻子百粒，配雄黄末一钱，一同研磨并按前述方法使用。
Another prescription: Frankincense Formula. Take a piece of transparent frankincense (size similar to a soapberry), grind it into fine powder. When the parturient feels lower back pain, take one small cup of freshly drawn water, add a little vinegar, and mix well. Support the woman to stand up, have her grasp a stone swallow (Shiyan) in each hand, and let the midwife feed her the mixed medicine; first instruct the pregnant woman to recite "Medical Spirit, Medicinal Sage" three times, then take the medicine. Afterwards, support her to walk a few steps briefly; within a short while, she will give birth while sitting on the birthing mat, without pain, which is miraculous and excellent.
Rushen Kaigu Ointment from *Experience Prescriptions*: Take an appropriate amount of frankincense. On the fifth day of the fifth lunar month at noon hour, have one person hold a mortar on a stool behind a wall, and have a child pass the frankincense grains through a brush tube inserted through a crack in the wall into the mortar, grinding them extremely fine. Have the child face north and drip water to form pills the size of a chicken head. Take one pill per dose, swallowed with unfermented wine. *Haishang Fang* uses equal parts of frankincense and cinnabar ground into fine powder, taken with alcohol-mixed musk.
Prescription for difficult labor or malpresentation (inverted or obstructed): Snake Molt Formula.
Ingredients: One snake molt (complete), one sheet of silkworm molt paper (absent in some versions).
Place the above ingredients in a new earthenware jar, seal firmly with salt mud, calcine until the original nature is preserved, and grind into powder. Decoct bark of Ulmus pumila (Yubai Pi) to adjust the powder, taking one qian per dose. After three doses, when pain is felt, delivery occurs. Another version states: For lower back pain during labor, use one zi of musk, adjusted with warm wine, named Er Miao San (Two Wonders Powder).
Wanjing Buzhuan Yuxian Dan (Ten Thousand Gold Non-Transmitted Immortal Pill) for Promoting Labor:
Ingredients: Fourteen castor seeds (Castor Semen, Qimai Ren, shelled), Cinnabar (Zhusha), Realgar (Xionghuang) (each 1.5 qian), one snake molt (calcined).
Grind the above into fine powder, mix with rice water and cooked rice to form pills the size of a marble. At the time of labor, first wash and wipe the area below the navel with pepper soup, then place one pill in the umbilicus, cover with several layers of wax paper, and secure with a wide cloth band. Within a short while, the baby is born; immediately remove the medicine. One pill can be used three times.
Treating difficult labor, also treating retained placenta, and also treating dead fetus.
Usage: Take seven castor seeds (Castor Semen, Qimai Ren), shell them, grind finely into a paste, and apply to the soles of the feet. The placenta will descend quickly; wash it off immediately. If not washed off, the intestines may prolapse; in that case, apply this paste to the vertex of the head, and the intestines will retract naturally. This effect is as effective as a sage. Another version specifies seven seeds for a male infant and fourteen for a female infant. Another version uses one hundred castor seeds and one qian of realgar powder, ground together and applied using the aforementioned method.
