上等分，净秤为细末，每服三钱。水一大盏，姜三片，木瓜三片，紫苏三叶，同煎至
七分，放温澄清，空心、食前服，日三服。小便利，气脉通，体轻，肿渐消，更不须多服。
元丰末，王荆公居金陵。举家病，以诗赠景初曰∶举族贫兼病，烦君药石功；到家何所
寄，一一问征鸿。因此见方，得于李伯时家传方，录于临川张石丞宅。
《产宝》疗妊娠身肿有水气，心腹胀满，小便少。茯苓散。

上为粗末，以水六升，煮取二升，去滓，分温三服。小便通即瘥。

上细切，以水七升，煮取二升半，分温三服。忌桃、李、雀肉、酢物。《千金》、《救
急》、《古今录验》、《集验》同。
疗妊娠遍身洪肿。
葶苈子（十分） 白术（二十分） 茯苓（二两） 桑白皮（二两） 郁李仁（八分）
上为粗末，以水六升，煮取二升，分温三服。小便利即瘥。
又方∶泽泻 葶苈（各三两） 茯苓 枳壳 白术（各六两）
上细切，以水六升，煮取二升，分温二服。小便利即瘥。
天仙藤（清洗后略加炒制） 香附子（炒制） 陈皮 甘草 乌药（不需要天台的品种，只要质地软白、气味香且辛辣的即可）
以上药材等量分配，精确称量后研成细末。每次服用三钱。用水一大盏，加入生姜三片、木瓜三片、紫苏叶三片，共同煎煮至剩余七分药液，待温度适宜后澄清。空腹或饭前服用，每日三次。若小便通畅，气机血脉流通，身体感觉轻盈，浮肿逐渐消退，则无需再多服用。

以上药材细细切碎，用水七升，煎煮取二升半药液，分三次温服。忌食桃、李、雀肉及醋类食物。《千金方》、《救急方》、《古今录验》、《集验方》与此相同。
治疗妊娠全身严重浮肿。
葶苈子（十分） 白术（二十分） 茯苓（二两） 桑白皮（二两） 郁李仁（八分）
Tianxian Teng (Herba Aristolochiae Manshuriensis, washed and slightly stir-fried), Xiangfuzi (Rhizoma Cyperi Rotundae, stir-fried), Chenpi (Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae), Gancao (Radix Glycyrrhizae), Wuyao (Radix Linderae Aggregate; the variety from Tiantai is not required, those that are soft, white, fragrant, and pungent are good).
Equal parts of the above ingredients, accurately weighed and ground into fine powder. Take three qian per dose. Add one large cup of water, three slices of Shengjiang (Rhizoma Zingiberis Recens), three slices of Mugua (Fructus Chaenomelis), and three leaves of Zisu (Folium Perillae), decoct together until three-tenths of the liquid remains. Let it cool to a warm temperature, clarify, and take on an empty stomach or before meals, three times a day. When urination becomes smooth, qi and blood vessels flow freely, the body feels light, and edema gradually subsides, no further dosage is needed.
At the end of the Yuanfeng era of the Northern Song Dynasty, Wang Anshi (Wang Jinggong) resided in Jinling. His entire family fell ill, and he wrote a poem to Jingchu: "The whole clan is poor and sickly, troubling you with the merit of medicine and stone; upon returning home, what shall I send? Ask the migrating geese one by one." Thus, this prescription was learned as a family heirloom from Li Boshi's residence and recorded at the home of Zhang Shicheng in Linchuan.
*Chanbao* treats pregnancy-related generalized edema with fluid retention, abdominal distension and fullness, and scanty urination. Fuling San (Poria Powder).
Fuling (Poria, four liang), Xingren (Semen Armeniacae Amarum), Binglang (Areca Seed, each three liang), Xuanjinhua (Flos Inulae), Yuliren (Semen Pruni Mume, each one liang).
Grind the above into coarse powder. Decoct with six sheng of water to obtain two sheng of liquid. Remove the dregs and divide into three warm doses. Recovery occurs when urination becomes smooth.
Treats pregnancy-related body swelling with fluid retention, and urgent abdominal fullness.
Fuling (Poria), Baizhu (Radix Atractylodis Macrocephalae, each four liang), Xuanjinhua (Flos Inulae, two liang), Xingren (Semen Armeniacae Amarum), Huangqin (Radix Scutellariae, each three liang).
Finely chop the above ingredients. Decoct with seven sheng of water to obtain two and a half sheng of liquid. Divide into three warm doses. Avoid peaches, plums, sparrow meat, and vinegar products. *Qianjin Fang*, *Jiuji Fang*, *Gujin Luyan*, and *Jiyan Fang* agree with this.
Treats severe generalized edema during pregnancy.
Tinglizi (Semen Lepidii Descurainiae, ten fen), Baizhu (Radix Atractylodis Macrocephalae, twenty fen), Fuling (Poria, two liang), Sangbaipi (Cortex Mori Radicis, two liang), Yuliren (Semen Pruni Mume, eight fen).
Grind the above into coarse powder. Decoct with six sheng of water to obtain two sheng of liquid. Divide into three warm doses. Recovery occurs when urination becomes smooth.
Another prescription: Zexie (Rhizoma Alismatis), Tingli (Semen Lepidii Descurainiae, each three liang), Fuling (Poria), Zhike (Fructus Aurantii, Baizhu (Radix Atractylodis Macrocephalae, each six liang).
Finely chop the above ingredients. Decoct with six sheng of water to obtain two sheng of liquid. Divide into two warm doses. Recovery occurs when urination becomes smooth.
