治妊娠胎动，荡心闷绝，烦躁口干，横生倒产，上冲下筑，迷闷，唇口青黑，手足厥冷。
产科名保安散。一方无草，有川芎、浓朴；《产宝方》有川芎。
当归 人参（各一两半） 阿胶（一两，炒） 甘草（二两） 连根葱白（一握）
上细锉，水二升，煎四味至升半，去滓，下葱再煎三合，温服一剂，分为二、三服。
治胎上逼心，热痛下血。曲半斤捣碎，和热水绞取汁三中盏，无时，分温五服。
一方治胎动，腹痛连腰。用麦曲，新汲水调下。一方用神曲。大同小异。
治胎上逼心烦闷方。又治妊娠六、七月以后，胎动困笃。葱白二、七茎，浓煮汁饮之即
安。若胎已死，服之即出，未死即安。未效再服。
治胎不顺，胎上逼心方。以乌犬血少少饮之，当下。
治妊娠遍身痛，或冲心欲死，不能饮食。
白术（五两） 黄芩（二两） 芍药（四两）
上水六升，煮取二升半，分为三服。缘胎有水致痛，兼易产。
文仲、葛氏疗妊娠卒胎上迫心痛方。取弩弦急带之，立愈。
疗妊娠忽然下黄汁如胶，或如豆汁，胎动腹痛。
粳米（五升） 黄 （六两）
上以水七升，煎取二升，分为四服。
专治妇人小产，下血至多，子死腹中。其人憎寒，手指、唇口、爪甲青白，面色黄黑。
或胎上抢心，则闷绝欲死，冷汗自出，喘满不食；或食毒物；或误服草药，伤动胎气，下血
不止。胎尚未损，服之可安；已死，服之可下。此方的系异人传授，至妙。
牡丹皮 白茯苓 桂心 桃仁（制） 赤芍药
上等分为细末，以蜜丸如弹子大。每服一丸，细嚼，淡醋汤送下。速进两丸，至胎腐烂
腹中，危甚者立可取出。
治疗妊娠期间胎动不安，导致心胸震荡、胸闷气绝，烦躁不安、口干舌燥，难产（横生倒产），胎气上冲下击，神志昏迷，嘴唇和口色青黑，手脚冰凉。
产科中名为保安散。另一种配方没有甘草，含有川芎、厚朴；《产宝方》中含有川芎。

另一种方法治疗胎动不安，腹痛牵连腰部。使用麦曲，用刚打来的冷水调服。还有一种方法使用神曲。大同小异。
治疗胎气上冲引起心烦闷乱的方子。又治疗妊娠六、七月以后，胎动剧烈且病情危重。用葱白十四根，浓煮取汁饮用，即可安宁。如果胎儿已经死亡，服用后胎儿会排出；如果胎儿未死，则能安胎。若无效可再次服用。
治疗胎位不顺，胎气上冲心脏的方子。少量饮用乌狗的血，可使胎气下行排出。
治疗妊娠期间全身疼痛，或胎气上冲心脏令人痛苦欲死，无法进食。
白术（五两）、黄芩（二两）、芍药（四两）。
加水六升，煎煮取二升半药液，分三次服用。因为胎中有水湿导致疼痛，兼有易产的功效。
文仲、葛氏治疗妊娠突然胎气上迫心脏疼痛的方子。取弓弦紧急地绑在身上，立刻痊愈。
治疗妊娠突然流出黄色胶状液体，或像豆汁一样的液体，胎动不安并腹痛。
粳米（五升）、黄芪（六两）。
加水七升，煎煮取二升药液，分四次服用。
专门治疗妇人小产，出血过多，胎儿死于腹中。患者怕冷，手指、嘴唇、指甲青白，面色黄黑。
或者胎气上抢心脏，导致胸闷气绝欲死，冷汗自出，气喘胸闷不想吃东西；或者吃了有毒食物；或者误服草药，损伤胎气，下血不止。如果胎儿尚未受损，服用此方可安胎；如果已死，服用此方可使死胎排出。此方是异人传授，非常精妙。
牡丹皮、白茯苓、桂心、桃仁（炮制）、赤芍药。
以上药材等分研成细末，用蜂蜜制成如弹子大小的丸药。每次服用一丸，细细咀嚼，用淡醋汤送服。迅速连服两丸，直到死胎在腹中腐烂，情况危急者可立即取出。
Treats fetal restlessness during pregnancy, causing chest agitation and suffocation, irritability, dry mouth, difficult labor (malpresentation such as transverse or breech), fetal Qi rushing upward and downward, coma, cyanosis of lips and mouth, and cold extremities.
In obstetrics, this is known as Bao'an San (Security Powder). Another version excludes Licorice Root (Gancao, 甘草) but includes Ligusticum Chuanxiong Rhizome (Chuanxiong, 川芎) and Magnolia Bark (Houpo, 浓朴); the *Chanbao Fang* (Prescriptions for Obstetrics) includes Ligusticum Chuanxiong Rhizome (Chuanxiong, 川芎).
Angelica Sinensis Radix (Danggui, 当归), Ginseng Radix (Renshen, 人参) (each 1.5 liang), Donkey-hide Gelatin (Ejiao, 阿胶) (1 liang, stir-fried), Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Gancao, 甘草) (2 liang), Scallion White with roots (Yi ba).
Finely chop the above ingredients. Add two sheng of water, decoct the first four herbs until one and a half sheng remains. Strain out the dregs, add scallion white, and decoct again to obtain three he of liquid. Take warm once per dose, divided into two or three servings.
Treats fetal Qi rushing to the heart, accompanied by heat pain and bleeding from the lower part. Use half a jin of Qu (Fermented Grain Product), crush it, mix with hot water, and squeeze out three zhan of juice. Take warm in five doses at any time.
Another method treats fetal restlessness with abdominal pain radiating to the waist. Use Mai Qu (Wheat Fermented Product), mixed with fresh well water and taken orally. Another method uses Shen Qu (Medicated Leaven). The effects are largely similar.
Formula for treating irritability and oppression due to fetal Qi rushing upward. Also treats severe fetal restlessness after the sixth or seventh month of pregnancy. Use fourteen stalks of scallion white, decoct strongly, and drink the juice to achieve peace. If the fetus is already dead, taking this will cause expulsion; if alive, it will stabilize the fetus. If ineffective, take again.
Formula for treating malposition and fetal Qi rushing to the heart. Drink a small amount of blood from a black dog to promote downward movement and expulsion.
Treats generalized body pain during pregnancy, or fetal Qi rushing to the heart causing extreme distress and inability to eat.
Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma (Baizhu, 白术) (5 liang), Scutellariae Radix (Huangqin, 黄芩) (2 liang), Paeoniae Radix (Shaoyao, 芍药) (4 liang).
Add six sheng of water, decoct to obtain two and a half sheng. Divide into three doses. This addresses pain caused by fluid retention around the fetus and facilitates delivery.
Wenzhong and Ge Shi's formula for sudden fetal Qi pressing on the heart causing pain. Tie a tight bowstring around oneself; recovery is immediate.
Treats sudden discharge of yellow, glue-like fluid or bean-soup-like fluid during pregnancy, accompanied by fetal restlessness and abdominal pain.
Oryza Sativa Germ (Jingmi, 粳米) (5 sheng), Astragali Radix (Huangqi, 黄芪) (6 liang).
Add seven sheng of water, decoct to obtain two sheng. Divide into four doses.
Specifically treats miscarriage in women with excessive bleeding and intrauterine fetal death. The patient experiences aversion to cold, cyanosis/whiteness of fingers, lips, and nails, and a sallow-black complexion.
Or fetal Qi snatching to the heart, causing suffocation and near-death sensation, spontaneous cold sweat, asthma/fullness, and anorexia; or ingestion of toxic substances; or accidental intake of herbal medicines damaging fetal Qi, leading to continuous bleeding. If the fetus is not yet damaged, this formula can stabilize it; if dead, it can expel it. This formula was transmitted by an extraordinary person and is extremely effective.
Moutan Cortex (Mudanpi, 牡丹皮), Poria (Fuling, 白茯苓), Cinnamomi Cortex (Guixin, 桂心), Persicae Semen (Taoren, 桃仁) (processed), Paeoniae Radix Rubra (Chishaoyao, 赤芍药).
Equal parts of the above herbs are ground into fine powder and formed into pills the size of a bullet using honey. Take one pill per dose, chew thoroughly, and swallow with light vinegar water. Quickly take two more pills until the dead fetus rots within the abdomen; in critical cases, it can be removed immediately.
