上为末。每服二钱，用菖蒲浸酒调，温服。更入斑蝥五分。（去翅、头、足，糯米同炒

上为细末，炼蜜丸如鸡头大。临事用一粒。
治妇人血脏久冷，赤白带下，补虚进食，暖血海。
北矾（四两，枯） 大附子（二个二两） 黄狗头骨灰（四两）
上为末，粟米粥为丸，如梧桐子大。每服三十丸，醋汤吞下，或饭饮亦可，空心，日三
服。忌生冷毒物。
治疗赤白带下、恶露淋漓不尽。

将上述处理后的药材研成细末，每次服用二钱。用陈年米汤调服，病情重者服用三钱。

破故纸（补骨脂） 石菖蒲（等量，并切碎，炒制）
将上述药材研成细末。每次服用二钱，用石菖蒲浸泡的酒调服，温服。另外加入斑蝥五分。（去除翅膀、头部和足部，与糯米同炒至黄色，去掉糯米）
治疗子宫长期寒冷引起的赤白带下。

将上述药材研成细末，用炼蜜制成如鸡头米大小的丸剂。房事时使用一粒。

将上述药材研成细末，用粟米粥作为粘合剂制成丸剂，大小如梧桐子。每次服用三十丸，用醋汤送服，或用饭饮送服亦可，空腹时，每日服用三次。忌食生冷及有毒食物。

Harvest Motherwort Herb (Yimucao, 益母草) when it is in bloom, dry it in the shade, and grind it into a fine powder. On an empty stomach, mix two qian with warm wine and take orally. Take three times daily.
Treats red and white leukorrhea that has persisted for many years without improvement.
Dried Ginger Root (Ganjiang, 干姜) (half liang), White Peony Root (Baishao, 白芍药) (two liang).
Stir-fry each until yellow, then grind together into a powder. On an empty stomach, mix two qian with rice water and take orally. Take twice daily.
Formula from Master Zhang:
Dried Ginger Root (Ganjiang, 干姜), White Peony Root (Baishao, 白芍药) (equal parts); alternatively, add Cyperus Rhizome (Xiangfu, 香附子) (equal parts) and Licorice Root (Gancao, 甘草) (half the amount).
Stir-fry each until yellow, then grind together into a powder. On an empty stomach, mix one fangcun bi (a square-inch scoop) with rice water and take orally.
Treats red and white leukorrhea in women.
Angelica Dahurica Root (Baizhi, 白芷) (one liang), Cuttlefish Bone (Haipiaoxiao, 海螵蛸) (two pieces, calcined), Human Hair (Taifa, 胎发) (one clump, calcined).
Grind into a fine powder. On an empty stomach, mix two qian with warm wine and take orally.

Areca Seed (Caoguo, 草果) (one piece, peeled, with a small piece of Frankincense (Ruxiang, 乳香) inserted inside, wrapped in dough, fire-roasted until charred yellow but retaining its medicinal properties, then removed and mixed with flour).
Grind into a fine powder. Take two qian per dose. Mix with aged rice water and take orally; for severe cases, take three qian.
Treats red and white leukorrhea.
Psoralea Fruit (Poguozhi, 破故纸, i.e., Psoraleae Fructus), Acorus Tatarinowii Rhizome (Shichangpu, 石菖蒲) (equal parts, chopped and stir-fried).
Grind into a powder. Take two qian per dose, mixed with wine infused with Acorus Tatarinowii Rhizome, take warm. Additionally, add five fen of Mylabris (Banmao, 斑蝥). (Remove wings, head, and legs, stir-fry with glutinous rice until yellow, then remove the rice).
Treats chronic coldness of the uterus causing red and white leukorrhea.
Oyster Shell (Muli, 牡蛎), Yellow Dog Skull Bone (Huang Goutou Gu, 黄狗头骨), Purple Tip Flower (Zishaohua, 紫梢花), Borneol (Naobing, 韶脑/冰片), Mother Clove (Mudingxiang, 母丁香), Cnidium Fruit (Shechuangzi, 蛇床子), Psoralea Fruit (Poguozhi, 破故纸), Cinnamon Twig Heart (Guixin, 桂心) (equal parts).
Grind into a fine powder, make pills using refined honey, sized like a corn kernel. Use one pill during sexual intercourse.
Treats chronic coldness of the blood organ in women, red and white leukorrhea, deficiency, poor appetite, and cold blood sea.
Alum (Beifan, 北矾, i.e., Aluminae Crystallizatum) (four liang, calcined), Large Aconite Lateral Root (Da Fuzi, 大附子) (two pieces, two liang each), Ash of Yellow Dog Skull Bone (Huang Goutou Gu Hui, 黄狗头骨灰) (four liang).
Grind into a powder, use millet porridge as a binder to make pills, sized like sophora seeds. Take thirty pills per dose, swallow with vinegar water or rice drink. Take on an empty stomach, three times daily. Avoid raw, cold, and toxic foods.
