芎 当归 芍药（等分）
上 咀，每服四钱。水盏半，煮取七分，出滓，无时热服。
治产后崩中，头目旋运，神思昏迷，四肢烦乱，不知人事。熟干地黄散。
熟干地黄 伏龙肝 黄 赤石脂（各一两） 阿胶 甘草 白术 艾叶（炒） 川芎 人
参（各半两） 当归（三分）
上 咀，每服三钱。姜三片，煎至七分，去滓温服。
治产后崩中下血，淋沥不绝，黄瘦虚损。宜白芍药散。
白芍药 牡蛎 干姜 熟干地黄 桂心 黄 乌贼骨 鹿角胶 龙骨（各一两）
上为末，食前，温酒调下二钱。
又方∶熟地黄 赤石脂（各一两） 鹿茸 牡蛎 当归（各半两）
上为细末，食前粥饮调二钱。
治产后崩中，下血不止，虚羸无力。阿胶丸。
阿胶 赤石脂（各一两半） 续断 川芎 当归 甘草 丹参（各一两） 龙骨 鹿茸
（酥炙） 乌贼骨 鳖甲（炙，各二两）
上为细末，炼蜜丸如梧桐子大。空心，温酒下二、三十丸。
治产后崩中不止，下血。
菖蒲（一两半）
上细锉，以酒二盏，煮取一盏，去滓，分温三服，食前。
治产后恶血崩漏，状如泉水。
瑞莲（百枚，烧存性） 棕榈（烧存性） 当归 桂心（各一两） 鲤鱼鳞（烧） 川
芎（各三分） 槟榔（二枚）
上为细末，每服三钱，煨姜，酒调下，如未止，更进一服。或时血崩，无药可治，但进
三服即止。
芎（川芎）、当归、芍药（三味药等量）。
将上述药物切碎，每次服用四钱。用水一盏半，煎煮至七分，滤去药渣，随时趁热服用。
治疗产后血崩，头晕目眩，神志昏迷，四肢烦乱不适，人事不省。用熟干地黄散。
熟干地黄、伏龙肝、黄芩、赤石脂（各一两），阿胶、甘草、白术、艾叶（炒制）、川芎、人参（各半两），当归（三分）。
将上述药物切碎，每次服用三钱。加生姜三片，煎煮至七分，滤去药渣，温服。
治疗产后血崩下血，淋漓不断，面色萎黄，身体虚弱亏损。宜用白芍药散。
白芍药、牡蛎、干姜、熟干地黄、桂心、黄芩、乌贼骨、鹿角胶、龙骨（各一两）。
将上述药物研为细末，饭前用温酒调服二钱。
又一方：熟地黄、赤石脂（各一两），鹿茸、牡蛎、当归（各半两）。
将上述药物研为细末，饭前用米粥汤调服二钱。
治疗产后血崩不止，下血不断，形体消瘦虚弱无力。用阿胶丸。
阿胶、赤石脂（各一两半），续断、川芎、当归、甘草、丹参（各一两），龙骨、鹿茸（酥炙）、乌贼骨、鳖甲（炙，各二两）。
将上述药物研为细末，用炼蜜制成梧桐子大小的丸剂。空腹时，用温酒送服二三十丸。
治疗产后血崩不止，下血。
菖蒲（一两半）。
将菖蒲细细切碎，用酒二盏，煎煮取一盏，滤去药渣，分三次温服，饭前服用。
治疗产后恶血崩漏，出血状如泉水涌出。
瑞莲（一百枚，烧至存性），棕榈（烧至存性），当归、桂心（各一两），鲤鱼鳞（烧制），川芎（各三分），槟榔（二枚）。
将上述药物研为细末，每次服用三钱，用煨姜和酒调服。如果血仍未止，再进一服。若是突发血崩，无药可治时，只要服用此方三服即可止血。
Chuanxiong Rhizoma (Chuanxiong), Danggui Radix (Danggui), Shaoyao Radix Alba (Shaoyao) in equal parts.
Crush the above herbs. For each dose, take 4 qian. Add 1.5 cups of water, decoct until 0.7 cup remains, strain off the dregs, and take hot at any time.
Treats postpartum metrorrhagia (profuse uterine bleeding after childbirth), vertigo with dizziness, coma with loss of consciousness, restlessness of the four limbs, and unconsciousness. Use Shugan Dihuang San (Prepared Rehmannia Powder).
Shugan Dihuang Radix (Prepared Rehmanniae Radix), Fulonggan (Dragon's House Earth), Huangqin Cortex (Scutellariae Radix), Chishizhi (Halloysit Rubrum) (each 1 liang), Ejiao (Donkey-hide Gelatin), Gancao Radix et Rhizoma (Licorice Root), Baizhu Rhizoma (Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma), Aiyefolium (Mugwort Leaf, stir-fried), Chuanxiong Rhizoma (Chuanxiong), Renshen Radix (Ginseng Radix) (each 0.5 liang), Danggui Radix (Danggui) (3 fen).
Crush the above herbs. For each dose, take 3 qian. Add 3 slices of fresh ginger, decoct until 0.7 cup remains, strain off the dregs, and take warm.
Treats postpartum metrorrhagia with continuous dripping of blood, sallow complexion, and deficiency wasting. Bai Shaoyao San (White Peony Powder) is indicated.
Baishaoyao Radix (Paeoniae Radix Alba), Moli (Ostrea Concha), Ganjiang Rhizoma Zingiberis (Dried Ginger), Shugan Dihuang Radix (Prepared Rehmanniae Radix), Guixin Cortex Cinnamomi (Cinnamon Twig Bark), Huangqin Cortex (Scutellariae Radix), Ouieigu (Sepiae Endoconcha), Luanjiaojiao (Cornu Cervi Pantotrichum Colla), Longgu (Fossilized Bones) (each 1 liang).
Grind the above herbs into fine powder. Before meals, mix 2 qian with warm wine and take orally.
Another prescription: Shudihuang Radix (Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata), Chishizhi (Halloysit Rubrum) (each 1 liang), Lurong Cornu Cervi Pantotrichum (Deer Antler Velvet), Moli (Ostrea Concha), Danggui Radix (Danggui) (each 0.5 liang).
Grind the above herbs into fine powder. Before meals, mix 2 qian with rice gruel liquid and take orally.
Treats postpartum metrorrhagia that does not stop, continuous bleeding, emaciation, and weakness. Ejiao Wan (Donkey-hide Gelatin Pill).
Ejiao (Donkey-hide Gelatin), Chishizhi (Halloysit Rubrum) (each 1.5 liang), Xuduan Radix Dipsaci (Dipsaci Radix), Chuanxiong Rhizoma (Chuanxiong), Danggui Radix (Danggui), Gancao Radix et Rhizoma (Licorice Root), Danshen Radix et Rhizoma (Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix) (each 1 liang), Longgu (Fossilized Bones), Lurong Cornu Cervi Pantotrichum (Deer Antler Velvet, roasted with butter), Ouieigu (Sepiae Endoconcha), Biejia Carapax et Plastrum Testudinis (Tartaric Shell, roasted) (each 2 liang).
Grind the above herbs into fine powder. Mix with refined honey to make pills the size of paulownia seeds. On an empty stomach, take 20–30 pills with warm wine.
Treats postpartum metrorrhagia that does not stop, with bleeding.
Changpu Rhizoma (Acori Tatarinowii Rhizoma) (1.5 liang).
Finely chop the herb. Add 2 cups of wine, decoct until 1 cup remains, strain off the dregs, divide into three warm doses, and take before meals.
Treats postpartum expulsion of evil blood with metrorrhagia, resembling a gushing spring.
Ruilian (One hundred lotus pods, burned until carbonized but retaining efficacy), Zonglv Fructus Arecae (Areca Cathechu), Danggui Radix (Danggui), Guixin Cortex Cinnamomi (Cinnamon Twig Bark) (each 1 liang), Liyulin Squama Cyprini Carpii (Cyprinidae Scale, burned), Chuanxiong Rhizoma (Chuanxiong) (each 3 fen), Binglang Semen Arecae (Areca Seed) (2 pieces).
Grind the above herbs into fine powder. For each dose, take 3 qian, mixed with roasted ginger and wine. If bleeding does not stop, take another dose. In cases of sudden severe metrorrhagia where no other medicine is available, taking this prescription three times will stop the bleeding.
