鹿角散 连翘散
妒乳甘草鹿角散，鸡子黄调炙敷之；连翘散防升元芍，蔹射硝黄甘杏宜。瘀血上攻乳悬证，芎归
汤饮更熏鼻，不应萆麻贴顶上，乳收即去莫迟迟。
【注】乳头生疮，谓之妒乳，宜鹿角散敷之，即鹿角、甘草为末，鸡子黄调铜器内，炙
敷之。内服连翘散，即防风、升麻、元参、白芍、白蔹、射干、芒硝、大黄、甘草、杏仁
也。若产后瘀血上攻，两乳细长下垂过腹者，谓之乳悬，宜浓煎芎归汤，不时饮之，以其
余药熏鼻，则瘀散乳即上升。如不上者，更以蓖麻仁捣贴顶心，收即去之。

消毒饮
青皮 白芷 当归 柴胡 浙贝母 僵蚕 花粉 金银花 甘草节（各等分）
上锉，水煎服。
栝蒌散
栝蒌 乳香 没药 当归 甘草（各等分）
上为末，酒煎服。（加皂角枣，名立效散）。
十六味流气饮
当归 白芍 人参 黄 （各二钱） 川芎 防风 苏叶 白芷 枳壳 桔梗（各一钱） 甘草
槟榔（各五分） 乌药 浓朴 官桂 木通（各八分）
上锉，每服五钱，水煎服。
青皮甘草散
青皮 甘草（各一钱）
上为末，煎浓姜汤调服。
鹿角散
鹿角 甘草（各等分）
上为末，用鸡子黄调铜器内，炙敷之。
连翘散
防风 元参（各二钱） 白蔹 芒硝 大黄 射干 白芍（各一钱） 升麻 甘草（各五分） 杏仁（二
十粒）
上锉，姜水煎服。
加味四物汤
当归 白芍 熟地 川芎 花粉 王不留行（炒） 木通（各二钱）
上猪蹄熬汤，煎药服。
涌泉散
白丁香 王不留行 花粉 漏芦（各一钱）
上猪蹄汤煎服。
免怀散
红花 赤芍 归尾 牛膝（各二钱）
上锉，水煎服。
麦芽煎
麦芽（三两）
上一味，水煎作茶饮。
治疗乳痈（妒乳）的甘草鹿角散，用鸡蛋黄调和后在铜器中加热敷贴；连翘散由防风、升麻、玄参、白芍、白蔹、射干、芒硝、大黄、甘草、杏仁组成。瘀血上攻导致的乳悬证，饮用芎归汤并用药气熏鼻，若无效，将蓖麻仁捣碎贴在头顶，乳房回缩后立即去除，不可拖延。
【注释】乳头生疮，称为妒乳，适宜用鹿角散外敷，即把鹿角、甘草研成粉末，用鸡蛋黄调和，放入铜器中加热后敷贴。内服连翘散，即由防风、升麻、玄参、白芍、白蔹、射干、芒硝、大黄、甘草、杏仁组成。若是产后瘀血上攻，导致两乳细长下垂超过腹部，称为乳悬，适宜浓煎芎归汤，随时服用，并用剩下的药渣蒸汽熏鼻，这样瘀血消散，乳房就会回升。如果乳房不回升，再用蓖麻仁捣烂贴在头顶中心，乳房收回后即去掉药物。

消毒饮
青皮、白芷、当归、柴胡、浙贝母、僵蚕、天花粉、金银花、甘草节（各等分）
以上药材切碎，用水煎煮服用。
栝蒌散
栝蒌、乳香、没药、当归、甘草（各等分）
以上药材研成粉末，用酒煎煮服用。（加入皂角枣，名为立效散）。
十六味流气饮
当归、白芍、人参、黄芪（各二钱）、川芎、防风、苏叶、白芷、枳壳、桔梗（各一钱）、甘草、槟榔（各五分）、乌药、厚朴、官桂、木通（各八分）
以上药材切碎，每次服用五钱，用水煎煮服用。
青皮甘草散
青皮、甘草（各一钱）
以上药材研成粉末，用浓姜汤调服。
鹿角散
鹿角、甘草（各等分）
以上药材研成粉末，用鸡蛋黄调和，放入铜器中加热后敷贴。
连翘散
防风、玄参（各二钱）、白蔹、芒硝、大黄、射干、白芍（各一钱）、升麻、甘草（各五分）、杏仁（二十粒）
以上药材切碎，用姜水煎煮服用。
加味四物汤
当归、白芍、熟地黄、川芎、天花粉、王不留行（炒制）、木通（各二钱）
以上药材用猪蹄熬制的汤来煎煮服用。
涌泉散
白丁香、王不留行、天花粉、漏芦（各一钱）
以上药材用猪蹄汤煎煮服用。
Lujiao San (Deer Horn Powder), Lianqiao San (Forsythia Powder)
For the treatment of Du Ru (Mammary Abscess due to Infant Suckling, 妒乳), Gancao Lujiao San (Licorice and Deer Horn Powder) is mixed with egg yolk (Jizi Huang, 鸡子黄) and applied after heating in a copper vessel. Lianqiao San consists of Fangfeng (Saposhnikovia Root), Shengma (Cimicifuga Rhizome), Yuanshen (Scrophularia Root), Baishao (White Peony Root), Bailing (Ampelopsis Radix), Shegan (Belamcanda Rhizome), Mangxiao (Natrii Sulfas), Dahuang (Rhubarb Root), Gancao (Licorice Root), and Xingren (Apricot Seed). For the condition of Ru Xuan (Hanging Breast caused by Stasis Blood attacking upwards, 乳悬), Xionggui Tang (Cyathula and Angelica Decoction) should be drunk, and its fumes used to fumigate the nose. If ineffective, castor beans (Bima Ren, 蓖麻仁) pounded into a paste should be applied to the vertex; remove immediately once the breast retracts, do not delay.
[Note] Sores on the nipple are called Du Ru (Mammary Abscess due to Infant Suckling, 妒乳), suitable for external application of Lujiao San (Deer Horn Powder), which is made by grinding Deer Horn (Lujiao, 鹿角) and Licorice Root (Gancao, 甘草) into powder, mixing with egg yolk (Jizi Huang, 鸡子黄), heating in a copper vessel, and applying. Internally, take Lianqiao San (Forsythia Powder), composed of Saposhnikovia Root (Fangfeng, 防风), Cimicifuga Rhizome (Shengma, 升麻), Scrophularia Root (Yuanshen, 元参), White Peony Root (Baishao, 白芍), Ampelopsis Radix (Bailing, 白蔹), Belamcanda Rhizome (Shegan, 射干), Natrii Sulfas (Mangxiao, 芒硝), Rhubarb Root (Dahuang, 大黄), Licorice Root (Gancao, 甘草), and Apricot Seed (Xingren, 杏仁). If postpartum stasis blood attacks upwards, causing both breasts to become thin, long, and hang below the abdomen, it is called Ru Xuan (Hanging Breast, 乳悬). It is appropriate to decoct Xionggui Tang (Cyathula and Angelica Decoction) strongly and drink it frequently, using the residual medicine's steam to fumigate the nose; this will dissipate stasis and cause the breast to rise. If it does not rise, apply pounded Castor Bean (Bima Ren, 蓖麻仁) to the center of the vertex (Dingxin, 顶心); remove as soon as the breast recovers.

Xiaodu Yin (Detoxification Drink)
Qingpi (Citrus Peel), Baizhi (Angelica Dahurica Root), Danggui (Angelica Sinensis Root), Chaihu (Bupleurum Root), Zhebeimu (Fritillaria Thunbergii Bulb), Jiangcan (Bombyx Batryticatus), Huafen (Trichosanthes Root), Jinyinhua (Lonicera Flower), Gancaojie (Licorice Joint) (equal parts).
Chop the above herbs, decoct in water, and take orally.
Gualou San (Trichosanthes Powder)
Gualou (Trichosanthes Fruit), Ruxiang (Frankincense), Moyao (Myrrh), Danggui (Angelica Sinensis Root), Gancao (Licorice Root) (equal parts).
Grind the above into powder, decoct in wine, and take orally. (Adding Soap Pod Date makes it named Li Xiao San, Immediate Effect Powder).
Shiliuwei Liuqi Yin (Sixteen-Ingredient Flowing Qi Drink)
Danggui (Angelica Sinensis Root), Baishao (White Peony Root), Renshen (Ginseng Root), Huangqi (Astragalus Root) (each 2 qian), Chuanxiong (Ligusticum Rhizome), Fangfeng (Saposhnikovia Root), Ziye (Perilla Leaf), Baizhi (Angelica Dahurica Root), Zhike (Aurantii Fructus), Jiegeng (Platycodon Root) (each 1 qian), Gancao (Licorice Root), Binglang (Areca Seed) (each 5 fen), Wuyao (Litsea Root), Houpo (Magnolia Bark), Guongui (Cinnamon Twig), Mutong (Akebia Stem) (each 8 fen).
Chop the above herbs, take 5 qian per dose, decoct in water, and take orally.
Qingpi Gancao San (Citrus Peel and Licorice Powder)
Qingpi (Citrus Peel), Gancao (Licorice Root) (each 1 qian).
Grind the above into powder, mix with strong Ginger Decoction (Jiangtang, 姜汤), and take orally.
Lujiao San (Deer Horn Powder)
Lujiao (Deer Horn), Gancao (Licorice Root) (equal parts).
Grind the above into powder, mix with egg yolk (Jizi Huang, 鸡子黄), heat in a copper vessel, and apply externally.
Lianqiao San (Forsythia Powder)
Fangfeng (Saposhnikovia Root), Yuanshen (Scrophularia Root) (each 2 qian), Bailing (Ampelopsis Radix), Mangxiao (Natrii Sulfas), Dahuang (Rhubarb Root), Shegan (Belamcanda Rhizome), Baishao (White Peony Root) (each 1 qian), Shengma (Cimicifuga Rhizome), Gancao (Licorice Root) (each 5 fen), Xingren (Apricot Seed) (20 grains).
Chop the above herbs, decoct in ginger water, and take orally.
Jiawei Siwu Tang (Modified Four Substances Decoction)
Danggui (Angelica Sinensis Root), Baishao (White Peony Root), Shudi (Prepared Rehmannia Root), Chuanxiong (Ligusticum Rhizome), Huafen (Trichosanthes Root), Wangbuliuxing (Vaccaria Seed, stir-fried), Mutong (Akebia Stem) (each 2 qian).
Decoct the herbs in soup made from pig trotters, and take orally.
Yongquan San (Springing Spring Powder)
Baidingxiang (Turdus Orientalis Excrement), Wangbuliuxing (Vaccaria Seed), Huafen (Trichosanthes Root), Loulu (Euphorbia Root) (each 1 qian).
Decoct in pig trotter soup, and take orally.
Mianhuai San (Forgetfulness Dispelling Powder)
Honghua (Carthamus Flower), Chishao (Red Peony Root), Guiwei (Angelica Sinensis Tail), Niuxi (Achyranthes Root) (each 2 qian).
Chop the above herbs, decoct in water, and take orally.
Maiya Jian (Malt Decoction)
Maiya (Hordeum Germinatum) (3 liang).
Decoct this single herb in water and drink as tea.
