下疳疮。是男子阴茎上发生的疮疡。多因性欲不得满足，或性交不卫生，导致邪毒浸渍，引发疮毒。日久不愈，可能演变为便毒，或腐蚀损坏生殖器，往往导致病情危重。此外，鱼口疮、妒精疮也都属于此类。民间常说：疳疮未愈，便毒又生。
妒精疮。这大概是因为妇女阴道内先有残留的精液，因而发生性交，虚热熏蒸，从而形成此病。初发时在龟头处像粟米样小点，触碰时非常疼痛，两日后流出清脓形成白色孔洞，侵蚀时剧烈疼痛。妇女若生在阴门内，正似疳蚀疮，只是不痛为不同之处。

Chancre (Genital Ulcer). This refers to sores occurring on the penis of men. It is generally caused by unfulfilled sexual desire or unhygienic sexual intercourse, leading to the infiltration of pathogenic toxins and the development of ulcerative lesions. If left untreated for a long time, it may develop into bubo (swollen lymph nodes in the groin) or cause erosion and destruction of the genitalia, often resulting in critical conditions. Additionally, fish-mouth chancre (Yukou Chuang) and jealousy sore (Du Jing Chuang) belong to this category. Folklore states that when chancre persists, bubo may subsequently appear.
Jealousy Sore (Du Jing Chuang). This condition is likely caused by residual seminal fluid remaining in the vagina prior to sexual intercourse. The resulting deficiency heat steams and熏蒸s, leading to this disease. Initially, small millet-like papules appear on the glans penis, which are extremely painful upon touch. After two days, clear pus flows out, forming white ulcers, causing severe pain during erosion. In women, similar lesions may occur inside the vaginal introitus, resembling corrosive chancres, but without pain as a distinguishing feature.
Xiao Gan Bai Du Decoction (Eliminate Chancre and Defeat Toxin Decoction)
Fangfeng (Saposhnikoviae Radix, 6 fen), Duhuo (Angelicae Pubescentis Radix, 6 fen), Chaihu (Bupleuri Radix, 1 qian 5 fen), Lianqiao (Forsythiae Fructum, 7 fen), Jingjie (Schizonepetae Spica, 7 fen), Huangbai (Phellodendri Cortex, 8 fen), Zhimu (Anemarrhenae Rhizoma, 7 fen), Huanglian (Coptidis Rhizoma, 7 fen), Chishao (Paeoniae Radix Rubra, 9 fen), Cangzhu (Atractylodis Rhizoma, 7 fen), Chi Fuling (Poria with Red Host, 9 fen), Mutong (Akebiae Caulis, 9 fen), Longdancao (Gentianae Radix, 9 fen), Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, 3 fen).
Crush the above herbs into one dose. Add 24 cun of Dengxincao (Junci Medullae) and decoct in water. Take on an empty stomach. If accompanied by bubo, adjust the dosage based on the patient's deficiency or excess condition, adding Dahuang (Rhei Radix et Rhizoma) 1-2 qian to the decoction.

Grind all together into fine powder and sprinkle onto the affected area. If erosion starts from one side, add Gougou (Canis Os, calcined to ash, 2 fen). If erosion starts from the surrounding area, add Bieke (Testudinis Carapax et Plastrum, calcined to ash, 2 fen).

Ba Bao Dan (Eight-Treasure Pill)
Ruxiang (Olibanum), Moyao (Myrrha), Haiercha (Camelliae Semen), Honghezi Hui (Ash of Red Brown Fruit), Hai Piao Xiao (Sepiae Endoconcha, roasted 1 piece), Zhenzhu (Margarita, fried), Xiangya (Elephantis Dentis Substantia, calcined), Longgu (Fossilia Ossis Mastodi et Femoris, each 5 fen).
Grind into fine powder. First wash the ulcer with rice washing water, dry it, and then apply the powder. Extremely effective.
For chancre with thin pus that does not scab, wounds that do not close, and chronic non-healing cases, use Liu Wei Di Huang Wan (Six-Ingredient Rehmannia Pill) added with Huangbai (Phellodendri Cortex), Zhimu (Anemarrhenae Rhizoma), and Maidong (Ophiopogonis Radix). Take 4-5 doses to cure.
One treatment for chancre: Use Huangbai (Phellodendri Cortex) peeled and stir-fried with pig bile until thoroughly cooked, then grind into powder and apply to the ulcer.
One treatment for sores on the scrotum: Wash with warm water decocted from Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma), then apply powder made from Naocha (Brain Tea).
One treatment for sores on the glans penis: Use snails from streams or ponds, stir-fry in a dry pan. First wash with warm water 5-7 times, then apply this medicine.

Grind into fine powder. Each time, decoct Tufuling (Smilacis Glabrae Rhizoma) 4 liang and Pig Trotters (Sus Scrofa Domesticus Pes Anticus) 3 pieces in water to yield 3 bowls. Drink one bowl in the morning, mixed with 4 li of the previous powder; drink one bowl at noon, mixed with 4 li of the previous powder; drink one bowl in the evening, mixed with 4 li of the previous powder.
