十香膏

疥疮与癣，都是由于热邪侵袭皮肤所导致的。风毒轻浅的，称为疥；毒邪深沉的，称为癣。大多是因为风毒夹带热邪而致病。疥疮发作于手足，或者蔓延至全身；癣则表现为肌肉间的瘾疹，形状或圆或斜，或者像苔藓一样散开。内部含有汁液而外部有皮屑脱落，分为干癣、苔癣、风癣、湿癣四种。这四种无不含有虫（指病原微生物），治疗癣的原则是祛风杀虫。
关于风疮、疥癣、瘾疹、紫白癜风、赤游风、血风疮、丹瘤以及破伤风的论述：病位在上部的，加桔梗一钱；病位在下部的，加木瓜、牛膝各一钱。如果湿气为患且位于下部，则去掉蝉蜕、僵蚕。
祛风败毒散
组成：枳实、赤芍、前胡、紫胡（各五分）；荆芥、薄荷、牛蒡子、独活、苍术（各六分）；僵蚕、连翘（各七分）；川芎、羌活（各八分）；蝉蜕、甘草（各三分）。
用法：将上述药材锉碎为一剂，加入生姜三片，用水煎煮后服用。
一个熏洗方，治疗疥疮如扫除般迅速。
组成：银朱（一钱）、雄黄（一钱）、木鳖子（一个）、好撺香（一钱）、艾叶（三钱）。
用法：将以上五味药研成粉末，用纸卷成条状，放在阴阳瓦上盛放，熏蒸两腿脚踝处，用被子盖住身体，只露出头面部。先用布包裹大小便部位。此法也可用于治疗熏疮和疥虫疮。
另一个方子：
组成：花椒、雄黄、蕲艾。
用法：将这三味药共研为末，用纸卷成筒状放在被子里熏蒸。
一个洗方，治疗疥疮如神效。
组成：防风、荆芥、马鞭草、白矾、花椒、苦参、野菊花。
用法：将上述药材锉碎，用水煎汤清洗患处，效果极佳。
一个治疗疥疮如神效的方子，由徐金坡传授。
组成：大枫子（五钱）、水银渣（三钱）、樟脑（一钱五分）。
用法：用油核桃一同捣烂，用绢帛包裹擦拭疥疮处。
一个熏治疥疮的妙方。
用法：取油核桃去壳，一半保留原样，一半捣烂，加入苦参末八厘，搅拌均匀，再合在一起，放在瓦上用火烧烟熏之，即可痊愈。

用法：将上述药物混合均匀再次研磨备用。先用槐、柳、桃、楮、桑五种树木的枝条煎汤清洗疥疮，擦干后将前面的药物根据疥疮多少，用地沥青加入少许盐，趁热调和药物，涂抹在患处。每天涂抹三次。忌食羊肉、鸡肉、鱼肉、猪肉头等食物。
一个治疗干疥疮的方子。
用法：取香油四两，花椒一两，熬至焦黑后研烂，加入去壳的大枫子七个，轻粉三钱，硫黄一钱，人言（砒霜）三分研为末，混入油中涂抹。
十香膏
组成：白矾（炒）、轻粉、水银、雄黄、川椒（去子炒）、樟脑（各一钱）、槟榔（一个研末）、杏仁（四十个去皮同研）、大枫子（去皮肉四十个另研）。
用法：将所有药物混合均匀，取八钱地沥青，全部放入乳钵内，研磨直到看不见水银星为止。制成如弹丸大小的药丸。当疮疥瘙痒时，将药丸在患处滚动摩擦。
一个治疗老人皮肤风疥疮瘙痒的方子。
用法：将藜芦根研为末，用脂油调匀涂抹，即可痊愈。
一个鼻闻香治疥疮的方子，由后山李怀严传授。
组成：大枫子（三十个）、朝脑（冰片，三钱研细）、水银（一钱研至不见水银星为度后加入）、油核桃仁（七个）。
用法：将这些药物放在一起再次研磨，用粗碗盛装在内，用纸盖住口，不要使气味泄漏。使用时擦在手心内，用鼻子闻几天即可痊愈。也可以直接涂抹。
Scabies and tinea are both caused by heat pathogens invading the skin. When wind-toxin is superficial, it is called scabies; when the toxin is deep-seated, it is called tinea. It is mostly due to wind-toxin combined with heat. Scabies occurs on the hands and feet or spreads over the whole body; tinea manifests as urticaria in the muscles, with shapes that are round or oblique, or spreading like moss. Internally containing fluid and externally having scales, it is divided into four types: dry tinea, moss-like tinea, wind tinea, and damp tinea. None of these four are without "worms" (referring to pathogenic microorganisms); the treatment principle for tinea is to dispel wind and kill parasites.
Regarding wind sores, scabies, tinea, urticaria, purple and white vitiligo, red wandering wind, blood wind sores, carbuncles, and broken wound wind: For lesions in the upper part, add 1 qian of Jiegeng (Platycodon Root). For lesions in the lower part, add 1 qian each of Mugua (Chaenomeles Fruit) and Niuxi (Achyranthes Root). If dampness causes trouble in the lower part, remove Chantui (Cicada Slough) and Jiangcan (Bombyx Batryticatus).
Qufeng Baidu San (Wind-Dispersing and Toxin-Resolving Powder)
Ingredients: Zhishi (Immature Bitter Orange), Chishao (Red Peony Root), Qianhu (Peucedani Radix), Zihu (Bupleuri Radix) (each 5 fen); Jingjie (Schizonepeta Spike), Bohe (Mentha Haplocalyx), Niubangzi (Arctii Fructus), Duhuo (Angelicae Pubescentis Radix), Cangzhu (Atractylodis Rhizoma) (each 6 fen); Jiangcan (Bombyx Batryticatus), Lianqiao (Forsythiae Fructus) (each 7 fen); Chuanxiong (Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma), Qianghuo (Notopterygii Rhizoma et Radix) (each 8 fen); Chantui (Cicada Slough), Gancao (Licorice Root) (each 3 fen).
Usage: Coarsely crush the above herbs for one dose. Add three slices of Shengjiang (Fresh Ginger Decoction Base), decoct with water, and take orally.
One fumigation method, treating scabies as if sweeping them away.
Ingredients: Yinzhu (Cinnabar), Xionghuang (Realgar), Mubiezi (Momordicae Semen), Hao Cuanshiang (Good Musk - *Note: likely a specific preparation or typo for standard musk/camphor mix in context, kept as transliteration*), Aiye (Artemisiae Argyi Folium) (3 qian).
Usage: Grind the five herbs into powder. Roll into strips using paper. Place in a Yin-Yang tile. Fumigate both ankles. Cover the body with a quilt, leaving the head and face exposed. First, wrap the genital and anal areas with cloth. This treats fumigation sores and scabies mite sores.
Another formula:
Ingredients: Huajiao (Zanthoxylum Fruit), Xionghuang (Realgar), Qi'ai (Artemisia Argyi).
Usage: Grind the three herbs into powder. Roll into paper tubes and fumigate inside the quilt.
One washing method, treating scabies with miraculous effect.
Ingredients: Fangfeng (Saposhnikoviae Radix), Jingjie (Schizonepeta Spike), Mabiancao (Verbena Officinalis Herb), Baifan (Alumen), Huajiao (Zanthoxylum Fruit), Kushen (Sophorae Flavescentis Radix), Yejuhua (Wild Chrysanthemum Flower).
Usage: Coarsely crush the herbs. Decoct with water to make a soup for washing. Miraculous effect.
One miraculous formula for scabies, transmitted by Xu Jinpo.
Ingredients: Dafengzi (Semend Crotonis Tiglii) (5 qian), Shuiyin Zha (Mercury Residue) (3 qian), Zhangnao (Camphora) (1.5 qian).
Usage: Pound together with You Hetao (Oil Walnut) until paste-like. Wrap in silk gauze and rub onto the scabies lesions.
A wonderful fumigation prescription for scabies.
Usage: Remove the shell of Oil Walnuts. Keep half intact, pound the other half. Add 0.08 qian of Kushen (Sophorae Flavescentis Radix) powder. Mix well. Combine again. Place on a tile and burn to produce smoke for fumigation. It will heal immediately.
Sao Guang (Sweep Away Light), also known as Yu Xiu Qiu (Jade Embroidered Ball). Treats various sores, scabies, and leprosy-like conditions.
Ingredients: Dafengzi Rou (Meat of Semend Crotonis Tiglii) (49 seeds), Xingren (Apricot Seed, soaked and peeled, 40 seeds, ground together with the previous two), Huajiao (Zanthoxylum Fruit, pips removed, 49 pieces), Baifan (Alumen, raw, separately ground, 2 qian), Shuiyin (Mercury) (3 qian), Chaye (Tea Leaf, separately ground to powder, 1 qian), Zhangnao (Camphora, 2 qian, separately ground, ground together with the previous three), Qingfen (Calomelas) (1 qian).
Usage: Mix evenly and grind again. Prepare for use. First, decoct branches of Huai (Chinese Scholar Tree), Liu (Willow), Tao (Peach), Chu (Paper Mulberry), and Sang (Mulberry) trees in water to wash the scabies. Dry thoroughly. Apply the aforementioned medicine according to the extent of the scabies, mixing with Dilu Qingxiang (Bitumen) and a little salt while hot. Rub onto the affected area. Apply three times a day. Avoid consuming lamb, chicken, fish, and pork heads.
One treatment for dry scabies sores.
Usage: Take 4 liang of Xiangyou (Sesame Oil) and 1 liang of Huajiao (Zanthoxylum Fruit). Boil until charred black, then grind into a paste. Add 7 shelled Dafengzi (Semend Crotonis Tiglii), 3 qian of Qingfen (Calomelas), 1 qian of Liuhuang (Sulfur), and 0.3 fen of Renyan (Arsenic Trioxide) ground into powder. Mix into the oil and apply.
Shi Xiang Gao (Ten-Fragrance Ointment)
Ingredients: Baifan (Alumen, fried), Qingfen (Calomelas), Shuiyin (Mercury), Xionghuang (Realgar), Chuanjiao (Sichuan Pepper, pips removed and fried), Zhangnao (Camphora) (each 1 qian), Binglang (Areca Seed, one, ground to powder), Xingren (Apricot Seed, 40, peeled and ground together), Dafengzi (Semend Crotonis Tiglii, 40, peeled and meat separated, separately ground).
Usage: Mix all ingredients uniformly. Add 8 qian of Dilu Qingxiang (Bitumen). Put everything into a mortar and grind until no mercury stars are visible. Form into pills the size of marbles. When sores or scabies itch, roll the pill over the affected area.
One treatment for generalized wind itching and scabies sores.
Usage: Wash with Tu Jili Tang (Tribulus Terrestris Decoction).
One treatment for elderly people's skin wind scabies sores and itching.
Usage: Grind Lilu Gen (Veratrum Nigrum Root) into powder. Mix with Zhiyou (Animal Fat/Oil) and apply. It will heal immediately.
One nasal inhalation fragrance for scabies sores, transmitted by Li Huaiyan from Hou Shan.
Ingredients: Dafengzi (Semend Crotonis Tiglii) (30 seeds), Chaonao (Borneol, 3 qian, finely ground), Shuiyin (Mercury, 1 qian, ground until no mercury stars remain, then added), You Hetao Ren (Oil Walnut Kernel) (7 kernels).
Usage: Grind all ingredients together. Place in a coarse bowl. Cover the mouth with paper to prevent leakage of vapor. When using, rub onto the palm and inhale through the nose for several days until healed. Direct application is also possible.
