上为细末。入腻粉一钱。研匀。炼蜜和丸绿豆大。每服五七粒。荆芥汤下。无时。
白花蛇散
治心肺中风。声不能出。
白花蛇（腰以上者酒浸，去皮骨炙黄，一两） 羚羊角屑（一两） 桂心（一两） 菖蒲（一寸九节者
一两） 人参（去芦，一两） 川乌头（半两，炮裂去皮脐秤）
上为细末。每服一字或半钱。麝香荆芥汤调下。并二三服。无时。
通圣散
治中风痉病。口噤体强。耳中策痛。发昏愦。不时醒。
蝎尾（二十一个，去毒） 晚蚕蛾（十四个） 天浆子（去壳，十四个） 白附子（半两以上为末） 朱砂
（一分，研飞） 麝香（一钱，研）
上拌研匀。每服一字或半钱。薄荷汤入酒两滴调下。
天南星膏
治如前。
天南星（一两为细末，酒调慢火熬成膏） 赤头蜈蚣（半两酥炙） 全蝎（半两） 乌蛇肉（酒浸去皮骨，
半两以上先为末） 朱砂（一两，水飞） 牛黄（一分，研） 麝香（一分，研）
上同匀细。入南星膏和剂。石臼中杵膏。软硬得所为度。每服一皂子大，薄荷自然汁。入酒一滴同化。服之
无时。

朱砂（半两，研磨飞制） 龙脑（一钱，研磨）
以上药物研为细末。搅拌均匀至细腻。每次服用半钱。用温开水调服。不限固定时间。
比圣丹
治疗同上所述症状。
干燥的全蝎（去除毒性，一两，微炒） 羌活（去除芦头，半两） 白附子（半两） 天南星（生用，半两） 黑附子（一枚，重半两以上，炮裂，去除皮和脐）
以上药物研为细末。加入腻粉一钱。研磨均匀。用炼蜜调和制成如绿豆大小的丸药。每次服用五到七粒。用荆芥汤送服。不限固定时间。
白花蛇散
治疗心肺中风。症见声音不能发出。
白花蛇（取腰部以上的部分，用酒浸泡，去除皮和骨头，炙烤至黄色，一两） 羚羊角屑（一两） 桂心（一两） 菖蒲（一寸长且具九节的，一两） 人参（去除芦头，一两） 川乌头（半两，炮裂，去除皮和脐后称量）
以上药物研为细末。每次服用一字或半钱。用麝香荆芥汤调服。连服二三剂。不限固定时间。
通圣散
治疗中风痉病。症见牙关紧闭、身体强直。耳中刺痛。发作时神志昏乱。不时苏醒。
蝎尾（二十一个，去除毒性） 晚蚕蛾（十四个） 天浆子（去除外壳，十四个） 白附子（半两以上，研为细末） 朱砂（一分，研磨飞制） 麝香（一钱，研磨）
以上药物混合研磨均匀。每次服用一字或半钱。用薄荷汤加入两滴酒调服。
天南星膏
治疗同上所述症状。
天南星（一两，研为细末，用酒调匀，慢火熬制成膏） 赤头蜈蚣（半两，用酥油炙烤） 全蝎（半两） 乌蛇肉（用酒浸泡，去除皮和骨头，半两以上先研为细末） 朱砂（一两，水飞法处理） 牛黄（一分，研磨） 麝香（一分，研磨）
以上药物共同研磨均匀。加入南星膏调和。在石臼中捣杵成膏。以软硬适中为度。每次服用如皂荚子大小的剂量，用薄荷自然汁，加入一滴酒同化开服用。不限固定时间。
Banjin San (Half-Gold Powder)
Indicated for wind-stroke affecting the Heart and Lungs. Symptoms include mental confusion, lethargy, loss of consciousness, chest and epigastric fullness and oppression, limb twitching and pulling sensations, shortness of breath, and continuous sweating.
*Ophiorhiza japonica* (processed with wine, skin and bones removed, dried, 1 liang) *Gastrodiae Rhizoma* (1 liang) *Scorpio* (toxicity removed, stir-fried, 1 liang) *Bombyx Batryticatus* (silk mouth removed, stir-fried, 1 liang, ground into powder)
*Cinnabaris* (0.5 liang, levigated) *Borneolum Syntheticum* (1 qian, ground)
Grind all ingredients into a fine powder. Mix evenly until smooth. Take 0.5 qian per dose. Administer with warm water. No fixed time.
Bisheng Dan (Peerless Sage Pill)
Indicated for the aforementioned conditions.
Dried *Scorpio* (toxicity removed, 1 liang, lightly stir-fried) *Notopterygii Rhizoma et Radix* (rhizome removed, 0.5 liang) *Radix Aconiti Kusnezoffii Preparata* (0.5 liang) *Rhizoma Arisaematis* (raw, 0.5 liang) *Radix Aconiti Lateralis Preparata* (one piece, weighing over 0.5 liang, processed until cracked, skin and umbilicus removed)
Grind all ingredients into a fine powder. Add 1 qian of *Calomelas*. Grind uniformly. Blend with refined honey to form pills the size of mung beans. Take 5-7 pills per dose. Administer with *Schizonepetae Herba* decoction. No fixed time.
Baihuashe San (White Flower Snake Powder)
Indicated for wind-stroke affecting the Heart and Lungs, manifesting as aphonia (inability to speak).
*Zaocys* (dorsal portion only, soaked in wine, skin and bones removed, roasted until yellow, 1 liang) *Cornu Saigae Tataricae* (1 liang) *Cortex Cinnamomi* (1 liang) *Rhizoma Acori Tatarinowii* (1 cun long with nine nodes, 1 liang) *Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma* (rhizome removed, 1 liang) *Radix Aconiti Karakolensis* (0.5 liang, processed until cracked, skin and umbilicus removed, weighed)
Grind all ingredients into a fine powder. Take 1 zi or 0.5 qian per dose. Administer with *Moschus*-infused *Schizonepetae Herba* decoction. Continue for 2-3 doses. No fixed time.
Tongsheng San (Universal Salvation Powder)
Indicated for wind-stroke with spasmodic disease. Symptoms include trismus (lockjaw), body rigidity, stabbing pain in the ears, episodic delirium, and intermittent recovery of consciousness.
*Tarsius* tail (21 pieces, toxicity removed) *Bombyx Mori Imago* (evening moth, 14 pieces) *Ootheca Mantidis* (shell removed, 14 pieces) *Radix Aconiti Kusnezoffii Preparata* (over 0.5 liang, ground into powder) *Cinnabaris* (1 fen, levigated) *Moschus* (1 qian, ground)
Mix and grind all ingredients uniformly. Take 1 zi or 0.5 qian per dose. Administer with *Menthae Haplocalycis Herba* decoction mixed with two drops of alcohol.
Tiannanxing Gao (Arisaema Paste)
Indicated for the aforementioned conditions.
*Rhizoma Arisaematis* (1 liang, ground into fine powder, mixed with wine, slowly boiled into paste) *Scolopendra* (red-headed, 0.5 liang, roasted with butter) *Scorpio* (0.5 liang) *Ophiorhiza japonica* (soaked in wine, skin and bones removed, over 0.5 liang, pre-ground into powder) *Cinnabaris* (1 liang, water-leveled) *Calculus Bovis* (1 fen, ground) *Moschus* (1 fen, ground)
Grind all ingredients together until uniform. Incorporate the Arisaema paste. Pounding in a stone mortar until the consistency is appropriate (neither too hard nor too soft). Take a dose the size of a soap bean. Dissolve in fresh juice of *Menthae Haplocalycis Herba* with one drop of alcohol. Administer. No fixed time.
