治疳热瘦瘁，有虫，久服充肥。
榆仁（去皮） 黄连（去头，各一两）
上为细末，用猪胆七个，破开取汁，与二药同和入碗内，甑上蒸九日，每日一次，候日
，研麝香五分，汤浸一宿，蒸饼同和成剂，丸如绿豆大。每服五七丸至一、二十丸，米饮下
治疳杀虫，和胃止泻。
芦荟（研） 木香 青橘皮 胡黄连 黄连 白芜荑（去扇秤） 雷丸（破开，白者佳，赤
者杀人，勿用） 鹤虱（微炒，各半两） 麝香（二钱另研）
上为细末，粟米饮丸绿豆大。米饮下二十丸，无时。
治疳，口疮，走马疳。
砒霜 蟾酥（各一字） 粉霜（五分） 龙骨（一钱） 定粉（一钱五分） 龙脑（半字）
上先研砒粉极细，次入龙骨再研，次入定粉等同研，每用少许敷之。
治疳瘦，久服消食和气，长肌肉。
陈橘皮（一两） 黄连（一两五钱去须，米泔浸一日）
上为细末，研入麝香五分，用猪胆七个，分药入在胆内，浆水煮，候临熟以针微扎破
熟为度，取出，以粟米粥和丸，绿豆大。每服十丸至二、三十丸，米饮下，量儿大小与之，
治疳渴。
草龙胆 定粉 乌梅肉（焙秤） 黄连（各二分）
上为细末，炼蜜丸，如麻子大。米饮下一、二十丸，无时。
治吐。
丁香 干葛（各一两） 半夏（汤浸七次，切焙） 水银（各半两）
上三味，同为细末，将水银与药同研匀，生姜汁丸，如麻子大。每服一、二丸至五、七
丸，煎金银汤下，无时。
治疗疳积发热、身体消瘦憔悴，体内有寄生虫，长期服用可使身体丰满健壮。

将上述药物研成细末，取七个猪胆，打破取出胆汁，与两种药粉混合放入碗中，放在蒸笼上蒸九日，每天一次。待日期满后，研磨麝香五分，用汤水浸泡一夜，与蒸饼混合制成丸剂，大小如绿豆。每次服用五到七丸至一二十丸，用米汤送服。
治疗疳积杀虫，调和胃气，止住腹泻。
芦荟（研磨），木香，青橘皮，胡黄连，黄连，白芜荑（去壳称重），雷丸（打破，白色者佳，红色者致人死亡，不可使用），鹤虱（微炒，各半两），麝香（二钱，另研）。
将上述药物研成细末，用粟米饮制成如绿豆大小的丸剂。每次服用二十丸，不限时间，用米汤送服。
治疗疳积，口疮，走马疳（一种迅速蔓延的口部溃疡）。
砒霜，蟾酥（各一字），粉霜（五分），龙骨（一钱），定粉（一钱五分），龙脑（半字）。
先将砒霜研磨至极细，然后加入龙骨再次研磨，接着加入定粉等一同研磨。每次取少量外敷患处。
治疗疳积消瘦，长期服用可消食理气，促进肌肉生长。
陈橘皮（一两），黄连（一两五钱，去须根，用米泔水浸泡一日）。
将上述药物研成细末，加入研磨好的麝香五分，取七个猪胆，将药粉分装入胆内，用浆水煮，等到快要煮熟时，用针微微扎破，以煮熟为度。取出后，用粟米粥和药粉制成丸剂，大小如绿豆。每次服用十丸至二三十丸，用米汤送服，根据患儿年龄大小调整剂量。
治疗疳积口渴。
草龙胆，定粉，乌梅肉（焙干称重），黄连（各二分）。
将上述药物研成细末，用炼蜜制成如麻子大小的丸剂。每次服用一二十丸，不限时间，用米汤送服。
治疗呕吐。
丁香，干葛（各一两），半夏（用汤水浸泡七次，切片焙干），水银（各半两）。
将上述三味药共同研成细末，将水银与药粉一起研磨均匀，用生姜汁制成如麻子大小的丸剂。每次服用一到二丸至五到七丸，用煎煮的金银汤送服，不限时间。
Treats malnutrition fever, emaciation and debility, presence of intestinal parasites; long-term administration promotes weight gain and robustness.
*Pruni Semen* (seed of *Prunus armeniaca*, peeled) 1 liang, *Coptidis Rhizoma* (Huanglian, removing rootlets) 1 liang.
Pulverize the above ingredients into a fine powder. Take seven pig gallbladders, break them open to extract the bile, and mix with the two medicinal powders in a bowl. Steam over a steamer for nine days, once daily. Upon completion, grind *Moschus* (Shexiang) 5 fen, soak in decoction overnight, and mix with steamed bread dough to form pills, sized like mung beans. Administer 5–7 pills up to 10–20 pills per dose, taken with rice water.
Treats malnutrition by eliminating parasites, harmonizing the stomach, and arresting diarrhea.
*Aloe* (Luohui, ground), *Aucklandiae Radix* (Muxiang), *Aurantii Fructus Viridis* (Qingjupi), *Coptidis Rhizoma* (Huhuanglian), *Coptidis Rhizoma* (Huanglian), *Alpiniae Oxyphyllae Fructus* (Bai Wuyi, dehusked and weighed), *Wanrelliae Fructus* (Leiyuan, broken open; white ones are preferred, red ones are toxic and must not be used), *Chrysanthemi Indici Flos* (Heshi, lightly stir-fried), each 0.5 liang; *Moschus* (Shexiang) 2 qian (separately ground).
Pulverize the above ingredients into a fine powder. Form pills sized like mung beans using millet drink. Administer 20 pills per dose, at any time, taken with rice water.
Treats malnutrition, oral ulcers, and gangrenous stomatitis (Zouma Gan).
*Realgar* (Pishuang), *Bufonis Venenum* (Chansu), each 1 zi; *Calamina* (Fenshuang) 5 fen; *Os Draconis* (Longgu) 1 qian; *Calamina Preparata* (Dingfen) 1.5 qian; *Borneolum Syntheticum* (Longnao) 0.5 zi.
First, grind Realgar into an extremely fine powder. Then add Os Draconis and grind again. Next, add Calamina Preparata and other ingredients and grind together. Apply a small amount externally to the affected area each time.
Treats malnutrition-induced emaciation; long-term administration aids digestion, regulates qi, and promotes muscle growth.
*Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium* (Chen Jupi) 1 liang; *Coptidis Rhizoma* (Huanglian) 1.5 qian (remove rootlets, soak in rice wash water for one day).
Pulverize the above ingredients into a fine powder. Add 5 fen of ground Moschus. Take seven pig gallbladders, divide the medicinal powder among them, and boil in starch water. When nearly cooked, pierce gently with a needle until fully cooked. Remove, mix with millet porridge to form pills sized like mung beans. Administer 10–30 pills per dose, taken with rice water, adjusting the dosage according to the child's age and size.
Treats malnutrition-induced thirst.
*Gentianae Radix* (Caolongdan), *Calamina Preparata* (Dingfen), *Mume Fructus* (Wumei Rou, roasted and weighed), *Coptidis Rhizoma* (Huanglian), each 2 fen.
Pulverize the above ingredients into a fine powder. Form pills sized like sesame seeds using refined honey. Administer 10–20 pills per dose, at any time, taken with rice water.
Treats vomiting.
*Illicii Fructus* (Dingxiang), *Puerariae Lobatae Radix* (Gange), each 1 liang; *Pinelliae Tuber* (Banxia, soaked in hot water seven times, sliced and dried); *Hydrargyrum* (Shuiyin), each 0.5 liang.
Grind the three ingredients together into a fine powder. Grind Hydrargyrum uniformly with the medicinal powder. Form pills sized like sesame seeds using ginger juice. Administer 1–2 pills up to 5–7 pills per dose, taken with decocted gold and silver water, at any time.
