大黄（二分） 草（二分） 伏龙肝（二分） 生姜（二分）
凡四物，合筛，以姜并舂治，以醋和，涂乳最验。
单地黄煎，主补虚除热，散乳石痈疽疮疖等热方。
生地黄随多少，取汁于铜钵中重汤上煮，勿盖釜，令气得泄，煎去半，更以新布滤绞，
去粗滓秽又煎，令如饧成矣。此用地黄须肥大味浓者，作煎甘美，东南地黄坚细味薄，作煎
咸不美。
治奶发诸痈疽发背及乳方。
神效水磨。
治妒乳方。
以鸡子白和小豆散，涂乳房，令冷，以消结也。
又宜以赤龙皮汤、天麻草汤洗之，敷黄连胡粉膏。
赤龙皮汤
槲树皮切三升，以水一斗，煮取五升，夏月冷用之，秋冬温之，分以洗乳。
天麻草汤
天麻草切五升，以水一斗五升，煮取一斗，随寒温分洗乳。
治妒乳方。
黄芩 白蔹 芍药（各等分）
上三味，下筛，浆水服一钱五匕，日三。若右乳结将去左乳汁，左乳结即将去右乳汁，

柳白皮，酒煮令热，以熨上即消。
又方
苦酒磨升麻，若青木香若檀香，以摩上并良。一味即得，佳。
又方
已入腹者，麝香、薰陆香、青木香、鸡舌香各一两、以水四升，煮取二升，分再服。忌
蒜、面、酒、牛马猪肉。
治妒乳方。
生地黄汁以薄之。
又方
葵根捣为末，服方寸匕，日三。
治妇人乳毒方。
败龟甲一枚，烧研，酒服四钱。
治疗乳痈的方剂。

以上四味药，混合过筛，用生姜一起捣碎处理，用醋调和，涂抹在乳房上效果极佳。
单用地黄煎，主治补虚除热，消散因服用石药引起的乳痈、疽、疮、疖等热毒的方剂。
生地黄适量，取汁液放入铜钵中，隔水加热煮，不要盖锅盖，让热气散发出去，煎至减半，再用新布过滤绞汁，
去掉粗渣污秽后再次煎煮，直到变成饴糖般的稠度即可。这里使用地黄必须选用肥大且味道浓郁的，制成的煎剂甘甜美味；东南地区的地黄质地坚硬细小且味道淡薄，制成的煎剂咸涩不好喝。
治疗奶发（乳腺炎）、各种痈疽、发背以及乳部疾病的方剂。

治疗妒乳（乳汁淤积）的方剂。
用鸡蛋清调和赤小豆粉，涂抹在乳房上，使其变冷，以消除硬结。
另外适宜用赤龙皮汤、天麻草汤清洗乳房，然后敷上黄连胡粉膏。
赤龙皮汤
槲树皮切碎三升，用水一斗，煮取五升，夏季冷用，秋冬温热用，分次清洗乳房。
天麻草汤
天麻草切碎五升，用水一斗五升，煮取一斗，根据寒温情况分次清洗乳房。
治疗妒乳（乳汁淤积）的方剂。
黄芩 白蔹 芍药（各等分）
以上三味药，研细过筛，用浆水送服一钱五匕，每日三次。如果右侧乳房结块即将影响左侧乳汁排出，左侧乳房结块即将影响右侧乳汁排出，
服用此方即可见效。
又一方
柳白皮，用酒煮热，热敷患处即可消散。
又一方
用醋磨升麻，或者用青木香或檀香，涂抹患处都很好。只用一味药也可以，效果更佳。

如果病邪已经入腹，用麝香、薰陆香（乳香）、青木香、鸡舌香（丁香）各一两，用水四升，煮取二升，分两次服用。忌食蒜、面食、酒、牛马猪肉。
治疗妒乳（乳汁淤积）的方剂。
生地黄汁涂抹患处。
又一方
葵根捣成粉末，每次服用方寸匕，每日三次。
治疗妇人乳部毒疮的方剂。
败龟甲一枚，烧制成炭后研末，用酒送服四钱。
Formula for treating breast abscess (Ru Yong).
Da Huang (Rhei Radix et Rhizoma, 2 fen) Cao (Herba, 2 fen) Fu Long Gan (Caulis Longi Fodiens, 2 fen) Sheng Jiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens, 2 fen).
These four ingredients are mixed and sifted. They are pounded together with fresh ginger, then mixed with vinegar and applied to the breast; this is highly effective.
Jian Di Huang (Decoction of Rehmanniae Radix), solely used, treats deficiency and eliminates heat, and dissipates heat-toxins such as breast abscesses, carbuncles, sores, and boils caused by mineral drugs (Shi Yao).
Fresh Di Huang (Rehmanniae Radix) in appropriate amounts: extract the juice into a copper bowl. Heat it over boiling water (Chong Tang) without covering the pot, allowing the qi/steam to escape. Boil until half remains. Filter and squeeze through a new cloth to remove coarse dregs and impurities. Boil again until it reaches the consistency of maltose syrup. For this decoction, select large, fleshy Di Huang with strong flavor; the resulting preparation will be sweet and pleasant. Di Huang from the southeast region is hard, thin, and mild in flavor, yielding a salty and unpleasant preparation.
Formulas for treating Nai Fa (breast inflammation), various carbuncles and sores, back carbuncles (Fa Bei), and breast diseases.
Shen Xiao Shui Mo (Divine Efficacy Water-Milled Powder).
Formula for treating Du Ru (milk stasis).
Mix Ji Zi Bai (Egg White) with Xiao Dou San (Powder of Phaseoli Semen) and apply to the breast to cool it down, thereby resolving nodules.
It is also advisable to wash the breasts with Chi Long Pi Tang (Tang of Cornus Officinalis Bark) or Tian Ma Cao Tang (Tang of Gastrodiae Herba), then apply Huang Lian Hu Fen Gao (Ointment of Coptidis Rhizome and Lead White).
Chi Long Pi Tang (Decoction of Cornus Officinalis Bark)
Cut Hu Pi (Quercus variabilis bark) into three sheng. Add one dou of water, boil to obtain five sheng. Use cold in summer and warm in autumn/winter. Divide and use to wash the breasts.
Tian Ma Cao Tang (Decoction of Gastrodiae Herba)
Cut Tian Ma Cao (Gastrodiae Herba) into five sheng. Add one dou and five sheng of water, boil to obtain one dou. Divide according to temperature preference and use to wash the breasts.
Formula for treating Du Ru (milk stasis).
Huang Qin (Scutellariae Radix), Bai Lian (Baeckae Fructus), Shao Yao (Paeoniae Radix Alba) (equal parts).
Sift these three herbs finely. Take one qian wu bi with Jiang Shui (fermented grain liquid) three times daily. If the right breast has a nodule affecting milk flow from the left, or the left breast affects the right, taking this formula will resolve it.
Another Formula
Liu Bai Pi (Salicis Cortex Internum), boiled in wine until hot, applied as a compress will dissipate the swelling.
Another Formula
Grind Sheng Ma (Cimicifugae Rhizoma) with Ku Jiu (Vinegar), or use Qing Mu Xiang (Aucklandiae Radix) or Tan Xiang (Santalum Album Lignum), rubbing onto the affected area. Using a single herb is sufficient and preferable.
Another Formula
If the pathogen has entered the interior, use She Xiang (Moschus), Xun Lu Xiang (Olibanum), Qing Mu Xiang (Aucklandiae Radix), and Ji She Xiang (Cardamomi Semen) each one liang. Add four sheng of water, boil to obtain two sheng. Divide into two doses. Avoid garlic, wheat products, alcohol, and beef, horse, or pork meat.
Formula for treating Du Ru (milk stasis).
Apply Sheng Di Huang Zhi (Juice of Rehmanniae Radix) thinly to the area.
Another Formula
Dui Gui (Abutilonis Radix) pounded into powder. Take one fang cun bi three times daily.
Formula for treating women's breast toxic sores.
Bai Gui Jia (Testudo Carapax et Plastrum) one piece. Calcine and grind into powder. Take four qian with wine.
